First Class Day Nursery Ltd

There was not a day our son didn't want to go to nursery!

We've always felt completely reassured leaving them there, knowing they were happy, safe and so well looked after. They've created such a warm, welcoming and nurturing environment, and the my children have loved every minute of their time there.

The skills he has learnt whilst with First Class are astounding, they led him through potty training which he mastered without issues. And as he prepares to leave he will be leading with valuable skills such as being able to do basic reading, writing and sums. It blows us away that he is 4. The classroom learning is such an invaluable tool. The team always put lots of thought and effort into making crafts at key events such as Christmas, and provide regular updates on how your child is doing. Overall we couldn't be more grateful for the team at First Class!

My daughter settled brilliantly into the nursery and is thriving. Staff members are incredibly helpful and the communication is brilliant. We love seeing observations of what she's been up to and we look back at the photos together and she enjoys telling us all about her day!

My child started attending just before she turned one and has made such amazing progress thanks to the love, dedication and care of the staff at First Class. She has moved up to the next room, and the transition was done in such a seamless way that there was no distress or confusion. My child actually stands at the front door (even at the weekends) and asks to go to school. Staff are aware of the child's needs, and interests and strive to help them develop in line with the Early Years standards. I am so pleased to have found this nursery.

I have one child in the nursery currently and one who has now moved to school. This is a fantastic nursery. We moved during the pandemic and they managed my son's integration into a new setting perfectly. Both my children are very different personalities and their key workers have always encouraged them in different ways - really tailoring to the individual child. All the staff are super caring and lots have been there many years. They are also awesome at getting them ready for school.

I cannot fault this nursery. My son thoroughly enjoys his days in the nursery. Pricing is very reasonable in comparison to surrounding nurseries. Communication is great and all done via an easy-to-use app which is a godsend. Sent updates on his progress and photos of activities he has taken part in on a regular basis.

First Class is a lovely nursery. The staff are really friendly and place the children at the heart of what they do. My child settled in really well having started at 11 months in August 22. The nursery nurses take time out to spend with each child and this is really evident in the way my child has developed. The management team are awesome. They respond to queries really quickly and are always happy to help.

My son has been going here since around 8 months old, he's now just two years old and absolutely loves it. The staff are amazing, warm, friendly and honestly like a 2nd family for him. He talks about them at home and says 'I had fun' and 'I'm happy' and we couldn't wish for any more than for him to be happy. His speech is amazing for his age, he can count to 10 and is thriving. Highly recommend this nursery. We get regular updates and staff respond quickly to any queries. Great work by all, Thank you!
