We love Dizzy Ducks. The staff are so kind and friendly. My little girl loves going.

I do wonder if everyone could wear slippers as often it is grubby.

My two boys love Dizzy Ducks, the staff are so caring and helpful, it’s like home from home, for my two are so happy there and enjoy every minute playing with their friends and learning new things.
And when I’m stuck and need extra childcare, Dizzy’s management is always happy to help out if they can.

Overall I can not fault the care or attention Dizzy Ducks gives each and every child in there care, its outstanding and I would definitely recommend Dizzy Ducks to any new family.

Absolutely love Dizzy Ducks Buttsbury! My son is thriving there and settled so quickly. He spends the days he isn’t there asking to see his keyworkers and friends.

I love the EY Log seeing pictures/videos and updates of what my son is up to on the days he is in nursery and it is great to allow access to more than one person in the family to see this.

My daughters both love Dizzy Ducks. They have forged great bonds with all of the staff.
My youngest daughter has always been very cuddly and shy of other people, she has flourished at the nursery. On non-nursery days, she often brings me her bag as if to say she wants to go and play, please!
The nursery’s attitude has always been ‘what can we do for your child?’. They have embraced my routine and choices so my girls have consistency.
My daughters have both had different medical conditions and all the staff have been aware of their needs and mindful of them.
They are all very welcoming, kind, patient and helpful people. We had a family event and they accommodated my niece at short notice so she was cared for with my children which made her so comfortable.

I am so grateful to all the staff for looking after my children whilst I work. They all work so hard and are always smiling and kind. The enrichment and the early education they provide my girls is much appreciated.

My son started at the nursery at the beginning of the year and although he isn’t yet settled fully, I am very pleased with things so far. The staff have been supportive to both my son and myself during this big transition and I’m happy with the care that he has received so far. From what I have seen in the nursery, the baby room has new activities daily to keep the children busy and the use of real-life resources (eg. Real food in the home corner) is fantastic for role play. One of the main reasons I chose Dizzy Ducks is the option for children to play indoors or outdoors, my son loves being outside so having a free flow space allows him the freedom to explore as he pleases. The menu is varied and the meals offered are healthy and nutritious and my son seems to enjoy trying new things that I wouldn’t necessarily make at home.

In terms of staff, every morning we’re greeted with a smile and the girls make a fuss over my son.

My daughter has been attending Dizzy Ducks for over one year now. She is so happy there - she loves going and always looks happy when we collect her in the evenings.
The staff are very friendly and my daughter is very comfortable to be with them.

I love the observation updates I receive, my daughter always looks like she’s enjoying herself and as a parent, it’s really useful to be informed of her progress against her age milestones.

My daughter loves pre-school and the caring practitioners do such brilliant activities with them. We appreciate being met with a caring attitude and friendly smile each day. It is so reassuring to know she is having fun with her friends. Her older sibling also attends breakfast and after school club which he enjoys too.

My daughter has been attending Dizzy Ducks since January 2016 and I couldn't recommend the nursery enough. My daughter has come on leaps and bounds on only 2 half day visits a week. She has formed strong bonds with the nursery staff which leaves me happy and confident when leaving her.

What makes DD for me and my daughter is the staff. They are all enthusiastic, knowledgeable and genuinely care about my daughters welfare.

It's hard leaving my daughter to go to work and hasn't got easier with time, however I am 100% comfortable leaving her at nursery.

The true testament of a good childcare establishment is happy children. My children are always happy to go to Dizzy Ducks Buttsbury, and happy when I collect them. Dizzy Ducks Buttsbury provides the benefits of a nursery whilst maintaining the comfort of a small setting.

Its is a place where I always feel comfortable leaving both boys, who are always having fun when I sneak a look. They both settled really quickly and the activities they do vary day by day. Show and tell still seems to be the favourite.

This is a lovely nursery which has greatly improved since the new manager. The staff are friendly and helpful. My daughter has special needs and staff have put themselves out to help her achieve her potential. She still attends holiday club as she likes to go back to visit the staff.

My daughter started at Dizzy Ducks Buttsbury last month and I am extremely happy with how well she has settled in. The staff are all fantastic with her and has taken all the stress for me out of returning to work after maternity leave. She enjoys participating in a wide range of activities and eats a varied and delicious range of foods (I think she eats better than me these days)! The nursery have exceeded my expectations as far as care for my daughter is concerned and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.

Both my children have had a fab time at Dizzy's. Both have very different characters but were encouraged to be themselves with each member of the team really nurturing them to be happy. I like the Buttsbury setting as it's small and homelike and all the children know each other. The staff have always been excellent and the nursery manager is really approachable and friendly. I've been a Dizzy mum for 8 years and have seen lots of positive changes but always relied on Dizzy's for that home-from-home setting full of fun and genuine care.

I have been extremely happy with this nursery which both my girls have/do attend. It is a smaller setting than other nurseries so you feel they know your child, and you get to know all the staff. Both my girls love attending which means I feel relaxed about leaving them there. One of my daughters has severe allergies and they have been great at dealing with this.

My son has been attending the nursery 2 days a week since he was 14 months old and he loves it here. He has come on leaps and bounds with his speech and he loves interacting with other children. The staff really care about the children and the parents and it has a real caring family feel about it. My son is 2 and half now and we wouldn't dream of sending him anywhere else.
Any ideas or opinions you have are listened to and considered and you always receive an answer.
The food is prepared to an extremely high standard and the chefs were trained by a famous chef who helped design the menu ensuring that the children's nutritional needs are being met, there are no chicken nuggets on this menu!!!

Dizzy Ducks is fabulous, it's the best!!!

Our daughter was at Dizzy Ducks, Buttsbury, for almost one year. During that time, she developed from a very shy 3 year old into a very confident and sociable 4 year old. I have no doubt that this has a lot to do with the nursery as the standard of care really is very high indeed. Now at school, she is really doing well in reading and writing, having had a great start with this in the pre- school at Dizzy Ducks. We will definitely be sending our younger daughter there when she is a bit older as I know that I will not have to worry when she is there.
