Wellies is incredible! What a privilege to have a place like this near us for our son to attend. First of all the setting is top notch, countryside fresh air, LOADS of space and an abundance of outdoor playing, plus cows and tractors! Then you get the people, they are amazing. They care, like really care. My son absolutely loves it and has grown soooo much while there. He has a speech delay and they work with him 1 on 1 and in small groups to help him. All the staff are patient and kind and I've never had any kind of bad experience there. I'll always recommend them to anyone who's looking for a daycare for their little one.

Our daughter has been at Wellies for three happy years and we are so pleased with the care she has received. We've been able to see the progress she's made in each room. They've supported all aspects of her development from speech to potty training and then on to school preparations. Communication has been fantastic. We're very pleased to have our little boy starting at Wellies soon, it's a very special place!

We have a daughter who currently attends Wellies Day Nursery and has been there since she was 11 months old. Since her first day, we have been so happy with the care she has received there. All the staff are so lovely, nurturing and welcoming which is very reassuring as parents. Our daughter's development has also come on leaps and bounds in the last several months, the staff seem to focus a lot on early education and development and it really shows. All children including ours seem very happy and content there at drop off and pick up. We get a lot of updates throughout the day too. Can't rave about Wellies enough! Such a lovely place and the best team.

Our daughter has thrived since she started, gaining confidence and always excited to go in the morning. As a mum, I love the regular updates and communication, which really helps feel connected to her day. It's been such a positive experience for our family, and feel lucky to have found such a great place for our little one to grow. Highly recommend Wellies to any parents looking for a caring nursery.

Never pushy, always encouraging, I really can say I would make the same choice of nursery again and again. The team are great!

There's a big focus on outside play and sensory learning with a huge garden area and the nursery is on a farm so they get to see tractors and cows etc too.

The manager and the team are superb. They are attentive and always happy. They really make you feel like your child is in good hands when you say goodbye each morning.

Our daughter has attended Wellies for the last few years and we love the nursery and preschool on site. The staff are just wonderful and the activities they do every day are creative and help the children to progress. The manager knows all the children and is easily approachable, just what you want from someone running a nursery. It is such a fantastic setting amongst the fields and from the preschool building the children can see the cows and tractors. What better place to put your children every day! I recommend it to everyone and it was the best decision we ever made to send our daughter there. Our new addition will soon be joining her sister there and we couldn't be more confident in the fact she will be well looked after there.

I have recommended Wellies to friends and colleagues and wouldn't hesitate to do so in the future. We love being part of the Wellies family.

Both my eldest children went to Wellies, and now my youngest goes, we would not send her anywhere else, even though we have moved it's well worth the drive as the care and service is exceptional! The behaviours they learn at Wellies are the building blocks for such good behaviour and inclusion. All of the carers and the owner make the children feel so welcome and are so nice and engaging. I can't thank them enough for what they do each day. The outside space they have is amazing, so much space to play.

I have a nursery within a 2-minute walking distance however I chose to drive for 10 minutes to take my daughter to Wellies which I think speaks volumes about the nursery.

Wellies are simply amazing, both our children have attended from 8 months through to age 4, with our youngest about to leave for school. For the past 7 years, Wellies have been part of our family, taking the most amazing care of our children. The staff are so kind and caring and help to nurture each child as an individual, rather than as a number. The owner who manages the nursery is truly amazing, from our first visit I felt her enthusiasm for ensuring they provide the best quality of care possible. You can see that she is investing back into the nursery with new resources and changing practices to meet new thinkings and requirements. Both our children have thrived at Wellies, and loved every minute of their time there, they especially love all the outside space. Our eldest was so prepared for school thanks to Wellies that the transition was so easy and have no doubt this will be the case with our youngest. I can't recommend enough this nursery.

Wellies is an exceptional nursery, when I had to put my son in childcare before I intended due to redundancy, the owner and her team put me at ease. My son has flourished since being at Wellies and I know he will surely miss all the staff when he goes on to big school. I already have registered my second son who I know will love Wellies as much as his big brother.

Our son has returned to Wellies following the easing of lockdown and it’s so comforting to know he’s in such safe hands with the owner and her team. Ultimately, children of such a young age do not understand fully what is going on, so it’s good to see that whilst adhering to guidelines the children are shown comfort and care when needs be. It’s good to be back.

Wellies Day Nursery is definitely a nursery I would highly recommend to family and friends. The owner puts the children first, and the staff care for each and every one of the children that attend. It is set on farm grounds so lots of outdoor space for 2-year-olds to run about, and he loves seeing the tractors and the cows in the field. The owner is always there if you need support or just a little chat. The staff give you daily pictures and updates of your child’s day, which is great when you are working parents.

My little boy has attended Wellies for the past 7 months and I can see a vast difference in his social and intellectual ability. Mostly for me, I wanted my little boy to have fun when learning at this crucial time of his life and the opportunities provided to him by the wonderful staff and the encouragement to enjoy the outdoors at Wellies allows exactly this. I would recommend Wellies time and time again.
