Acorns Day Nursery Ltd

Our daughter loved her time at Acorns Day Nursery. Through her two years at the nursery, she attended both the baby and toddler room. The staff were always friendly, welcoming and had lots of time for the children in their care. Our daughter was happy to go in every morning and was always greeted by a friendly face. The communication through the app was excellent and we really enjoyed seeing updates of what our daughter was doing. It was great to see such a wide range of experiences that staff carefully selected to aid the development of the children.

My daughter started at Acorns Day Nursery in July 2021 and, due to Covid, was quite shy initially. But she has developed much more confidence over the two years she was there. The staff were always kind and caring and they have done a really good job of helping to get her ready for school. They went out of their way to help her when she needed it and I cannot thank them enough for that.

Polite and friendly staff. My little one is happy and settled. Satisfied with his growth and development! Our little boy is very emotional and shy. But I am glad he is now settled and actually enjoys the nursery. The carers are really kind and compassionate and always ready to help/guide. Can't wait to see how much my little boy will learn and grow up here.

Our daughter went there from May 2018 to just before she started school this September 2021. The managers and the team looked after her and all the kids like family. It was amazing to watch her grow into a strong, happy, independent little girl. The environment there was perfect for her and she flourished. They always did amazing activities in order to keep the children engaged and learning in a really fun way. The online journal was fantastic as it gave a detailed record of what they were doing and even eating which I found helpful but also so fun to see how she was getting on. The preparation they did to get her ready for school was brilliant and when the day came for her first day at school she headed off without a care in the world. I would highly recommend this nursery!

The team is attentive and knowledgeable and always happy to offer support to both children and parents. I am very happy with the experience and support we had as a family over a 5 and a half years period.

My son has been going to Acorns for over 2 years and has a great time. The team are knowledgeable, kind and friendly. They do a wide variety of activities and I like that they use the online journal so I can see what he's been up to.

We are pleased with the level of care our son is experiencing at Acorns Day Care in his first year. He is happy and enjoying his time at the nursery. The environment is safe and the staff are friendly and caring. Looking forward to seeing my son enjoying Great Oak now!

We couldn't have asked for a better nursery. It has a real at home feel, the staff are fabulous and so caring. Our daughter has really flourished in the time she has been there and has come on leaps and bounds. Definitely the place for us and so worth it.

Acorns is a very good nursery. All staff are warm-hearted and helpful. They look like a big family. My daughter likes here very much.

We will be sending our younger son there also in due course.

I can’t say enough how great all the staff and team are at Acorn Day Nursery. They make you feel comfortable and like nothing is too much to ask, especially as a working single mum. They have been a great addition to my child's learning development and her becoming the character she is. They always keep you update with information of what events are coming up and on the parent app of what your child is up to on the days they go, which is great and puts your mind at ease knowing your child is learning and having great fun at the same time.

We have been very happy with the nursery. All of our children have attended and loved going there. They are encouraged in all aspects of development and we have an excellent relationship with the staff. Regular electronic updates keep us informed of their daily activities along with conversations with the staff.

The staff are genuine and compassionate in providing high-quality care for the children. They are kind and nothing is ever too much.

My two children have been going to Acorns Day Nursery for nearly 18 months and both are extremely happy. To be able to drop them off in the morning and leave knowing they are happy and don’t even know I’ve left is such a reassurance when leaving them for work! They talk about their friends and staff regularly at home which shows me how comfortable they are at nursery. All the staff are friendly and welcoming and I’ve had not one complaint since the day they started. Very pleased with my choice of nursery, having viewed all nurseries in the area this was the only one I felt comfortable to leave my children!

Acorns Day Nursery is a very good nursery. Both my daughters have gone to the nursery. The staff and management are excellent.
