My eldest went to Little Roos, and my youngest now attends, the staff are lovely and my child is always happy to attend and happy when they are collected, Management have always been quick to respond to any questions or queries I have had. I take great comfort in knowing that my child is safe and well looked after when they are left in the nursery's care.

The staff and management are very friendly and also very accommodating. It is lovely to see my boy happy when he goes to nursery and thats down to the staff and the engagement they have with the babies.

Overall Experience

This is a great nursery, our daughter has been going to this nursery for over 2 years now! The staff are fabulous and they take excellent care of the children. The activities, food and the app are all absolutely great. As feedback, their upstairs room could certainly do with some renovation as it is not as vibrant and cheerful as the downstairs rooms.

This is a great nursery, I've had one child go through from baby room to preschool and another recently started baby room. We have had no issues with management or care. It's been a home away from home for our kids. With the more recent change of ownership, there are some changes which haven't been entirely agreeable (e.g. removal of separate cot room for babies), but the overall care and attention of the nursery staff has always been brilliant.

Overall Experience
This nursery has recently changed ownership, and there are some improvements that could be made from what it used to be. There needs to be more feedback provided on how your child is developing, we used to have regular parent evenings and were provided with a progress review, but we get nothing now.

The one thing that needs addressing is the front door not being closed properly, which I feel is a safeguarding issue, which I have previously mentioned to the management but is still left open on a daily basis.

Overall Experience

My son started in May 2022 at 12 months old and started in the Baby Room. The staff, especially his keyworker, have been fantastic. Communication has been great and I have felt comfortable leaving him there. The settling period is always challenging for both parents and the baby, but the staff were amazing. My son is now 19 months and is happy going in and is developing very well. I had some concerns regarding how well he would sleep but they reassured me and were always happy to help and listen.

At the nursery, my team and I are committed to making sure that your child has access to lots of learning opportunities, explore the world around them and has fun. The team cares about all of the children they look after and ensures they have plenty of age-appropriate resources to help them develop into confident children, ready for the transition to school.
