Jubilee is a beautiful place for a little person to go to nursery. With lots of outdoors space (including a large trampoline, a huge mud kitchen, a vegetable plot and much more) as well as great indoors space. At 10.5 months, our son took a while to settle away from mummy, but the staffs' care and dedication
to him made the transition really good for both of us. They really saw him as a little individual and gave him so much personal attention. He is now so happy there. He loves the outdoors and the animals and the staff are great taking them outside whenever it is possible weather wise. Lots of people on this site have already said it, but the staff are amazing and they genuinely care for the children and they are extremely flexible. They provide a huge range of activities (meeting a tortoise as well as the farm animals, sensory activities and messy play are part of everyday life and they even do baby sensory). I don't think I could recommend it enough.

Amazing location and outdoor activities which is why we chose this nursery. Their outdoor space is fabulous. They have a farm and woodlands that the children visit regularly. They get to meet and sometimes feed many farm animals plus play in the woods and stream.

The staff are also amazing. My children

love them all. Indoor facilities are also brilliant. Can't recommend this place enough.

Both our children have attended Jubilee on a full time basis and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, they have both had outstanding care and loved their time there. The staff have always been professional and caring and a great influence in our children's lives and education. The facilities, in particular
outdoors, are also fantastic and the children always came home full of stories of their days activities.

Jubilee is such a great nursery for my little boy. He has now been at Jubilee for 2 years, and he loves every minute of it. The various fun activities he does in just one day always amazes me, and he is always learning so much too. The other day he told his Daddy about a muscle in his back, knowing
the name and where it is, something he has learnt from his weekly stretch and grow class. The outside life at Jubilee is outstanding, with walks to the woods, visiting the animals and playing in the mud kitchen just part of his daily life with all his friends. He also loves the dancing, singing songs, drawing many pictures and story time.
The staff are always very helpful and friendly, always have time to discuss any concerns you may have or help with ways of tackling defiant toddlers.
Lastly the food is very good, a great variety, balanced and healthy home made meals.
I am so glad we have Jubilee, and always look forward to the various family events they put on throughout the year.

All three of my children have attended Jubilee Day Nursery full time from about 5 months old through to school, my daughters are now at school my son is currently at the nursery. Over the last 12 years I have seen the nursery expand as people have realised what an excellent place this is for children
to learn and have fun. This is not a converted/expanded house that has crammed a nursery onto a site. It is a massive building in a wonderful rural location with lots of gardens, woodland and animals to keep the children entertained and active. The staff are always professional, very informative about what you child has been doing each day and are extremely good with the kids. The excellent management team, led by the Nursery Manager, has been fairly constant over the years promoting staff to more senior positions as it has expanded or roles become available - which is good to see and provides excellent continuity for the kids. I am always amazed how the senior staff that move round the many rooms seem to know all the children. We have never had any problems with getting the children to go to JDN, they always look forward to being there - which is always a good sign. If you are looking for a nursery to provide your child with great pre-school years of interaction with other kids while enjoying learning indoors and outside take a serious look at Jubilee Day Nursery.

Wonderful nursery in a fantastic setting. Both of my little ones have learnt about so many varied topics including hatching eggs, gardening and so much messy play! The staff are so caring, friendly and to me it felt like a family for my little ones whilst we were away from them. Cannot recommend highly

We knew immediately that we wanted to send our daughter to Jubilee. Not only the recommendation from a number of colleagues, as soon as we stepped into Jubilee we got a great feeling for the place. It is set in a gorgeous area with plenty of land for the children to play outside as well as access to
woodland with farm animals! There is always lots for the children to do, indoors and out, meaning that our daughter is always exhausted (in a good way) when she comes home. She has loved everyone she has had caring for her, and we have always felt comfortable leaving her in their care. The place has a happy, relaxed, and at the same time, professional feel to it. They follow a very packed agenda, providing lots of opportunities for the children to learn and develop as well as to have fun. We couldn't be happier!

My son has been at Jubilee Day Nursery full time since he was 10 months old. When he started he was quite shy and scared of strangers. The staff at Jubilee Day Nursery are fantastic they settled him in really well and within a few months he had stopped crying if a stranger said hello. He has continued
to grow into a lovely little man and loves nursery! All of the staff are enthusiastic and pleased to see every child and parent that comes in. They work hard to provide a stimulating environment with activities that change daily. They encourage independence and help the children learn to do so much for themselves, I am devastated that he will be leaving them when we return to NZ. He will miss it greatly I'm sure.

Love everything about Jubilee. They have been amazing with my both my children. The eldest has just gone to school and is brimming with confidence and can read and write - thanks to our partnership with Jubilee and the work we both did to help prepare him. The access to the woodland is just amazing
and the children are outside having fun and doing what children love to do everyday. My youngest is now 18 months and loves it. The staff are just so caring with him and they plan activities according to his interests. The Management Team are just lovely and have been a great support to me and my husband.

We have used Jubilee Nursery with both our children from the age of eight months during the period October 2009 to August 2015. I cannot praise the established enough and we have felt privileged to be able to send our children there. Both our girls have been nurtured by staff and really thrived. The
facilities are excellent and outdoor environment second to none. However, it's the staff who really make the difference they are just amazing. We hope our girls have many happy school holidays to come at their holiday club, Jubilee Jets.

At the end of a five and a half year period with jubilee, where my children have been from babies to leaving for school. It is the most incredibly special place, and I really believe my son and daughter have had the most wonderful start in life thanks to the amazing staff, brilliant outdoor facilities
and top class management and structure underpinning everything. We will miss Jubilee!

Jubilee Day Nursery has provided care for our two boys for just over three years. This nursery is wonderfully caring with the children loved and well looked after. One of the high lights for us is the amount of time spent outside. The ability to play outside in age related areas visit the animals, a
walk to the woods and forest school. The children are provided with a great range of food over the year. Our oldest who is now leaving is a wonderfully confident, outgoing, active and inquisitive child and Jubilee has played a big role in this. I would highly recommend this nursery to others.

My daughter has attended this nursery for over a year and we will be very sad to have to say goodbye this month. This nursery and the staff have been nothing short of amazing with my daughter. She loves attending the nursery, and has learned so much, including phonics, cooking, French, nature, art,
etc.

Her main carer is amazing and has helped greatly with my daughter's confidence and learning. She just adores her, which tells you a lot about the staff. She will be greatly missed. All the staff that I have encountered have been very friendly and attentive to my daughter's needs. You get the feeling that they genuinely enjoy their jobs.

The facilities here are excellent, including massive gardens with playsets, trampoline and huge sand garden. They also have their own Forest School where they take them on woodland walks and nearby farm to see the animals and learn about nature. They bring in specialist tutors and trained professionals for extra learning.

This is an excellent nursery and would recommend you go have a visit, as I felt this nursery stood out from the rest in the area.

Superb outdoor learning environment for children ages 0-5 years. I've put all 3 of my children through the Jubilee experience and they have loved every minute of their time in nursery. Excellent facilities, especially at 'the woods' and 'the animals' - being off site, walking distance venues for extra
adventure. Staff turnover is fairly high, however I think this is normal as once qualified staff are highly valued and paid more elsewhere. Cost is high compared to to other nurseries but the experience is much greater too!

Having only ever worked within the Early Years Sector, I have many years of experience working with children and see my vocation as a real privilege. My 20-year career at Jubilee has seen me progress from a nursery nurse to the position I am proud to hold today.

I am proud to lead a highly skilled and enthusiastic team of early-year practitioners who provide high-quality teaching and deliver a vast range of learning experiences. I have a passion for guiding and training the team to achieve great things for all the children in our care.

Over the years, I have had inspiration from many different learning approaches which have been embedded into our Early Years Curriculum, recently achieving an ‘Outstanding’ result from our latest Ofsted inspection at one of our Jubilee sites!

I feel honoured that parents give Jubilee Daycare the opportunity to care for their children and as a team, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional learning opportunities and unique Early Years experiences.

For as long as I can remember I’ve been caring for children; there was no other vocation for me. My 40-year career has spanned experience as a private nanny, and nursery nurse and spending the last 22 years as Jubilee Day Nursery’s Manager.

I am now using my years of knowledge and experience to focus on our children’s and staff’s well-being within our setting.

Overall well-being is essential to a child’s development;

- I have always believed that the outdoors is the best environment for children to play and learn. I passionately foster Jubilee’s great love of the outdoors, using our amazing rural setting to help me deliver overall well-being experiences for all the children in our care.

- Delivering yoga, meditation and mindfulness sessions, promoting healthy, confident minds introducing our pre-schoolers to team and structured sports, and promoting physical activity and teamwork.

The children are at the centre of all that we do and we strive to make these precious years a truly wonderful experience.
