Adventure Learning is an exceptionally run, established private day nursery, situated in the heart of Langley, rated consecutively 'Good' by OFSTED in August 2023.

High quality child care is provided by the manager at the provision who has over 30 years' experience in child care with high expectations of herself, her staff team and children. The nursery accommodates up to 28 children aged two to five years. The nursery boasts a large outdoor garden and a dedicated nursery chef with freshly prepared meals on site each day.

My child started attending Adventure Learning day nursery in September 2019, and I can't recommend it enough. The staff are amazing, very friendly, patient, professional, kind, caring and I could go on! The facilities are fantastic, and so is the effort that goes into planning each session, they really
do go above and beyond. My child has formed some amazing bonds with the staff, and this is down to their continued support and kindness. Adventure Learning nursery is the best decision I have made for the well being, happiness and developmental needs of my child.

Adventure Learning has been great for my 3-year-old daughter for the last 6 months she has been attending. We only moved to the area in January and covid meant there was no nursery until July. My daughter has attended nursery in a different area since aged 1 and I saw the real difference of coming here.
I am so happy to have the manager and her team look after my girl. They are incredible at what they do and I never have any concerns or worries. Its a great setting and the nursery really work together with parents to ensure the best care and upbringing for the children. The food menu is great as she eats really well and my little girl learns and explores in so many different ways. The outdoor space has been amazing especially during this time and I am very confident in their standards and management of the current pandemic. Thank you so much for everything.

Adventure Learning is a lovely nursery with fantastic staff who provide a secure and fun environment for all the children. My daughter took some time to settle in but the team were very co-operative and took the time to help my daughter adjust. Since then my daughter loves nursery and has such enthusiasm
when attending. Overall I have been very pleased with my decision in selecting Adventure Learning, despite being recommended other nurseries in my area I felt an instant connection with this nursery. I have not regretted my decision and would strongly encourage parents to consider this nursery as my daughter has had a fantastic learning experience.

My child settled in straight away. The staff are great, I really like the way the activities are planned and the EYFS is taken care of. My son really looks forward to going into nursery.
I can honestly say they have a great food menu for all meals and have a huge outdoor play area that the children
love. Five stars for me.

I would like to recommend this nursery highly and happily. My daughter is very happy to be in nursery always, she never said no to me. All staff are very friendly and excellent in behaviour. Always maintaining hygiene outside the door and taking good care of children in these covid times.

We are so pleased that we found out about Adventure Learning from other parents who only had positive things to say about the nursery. Our child is so happy and is thriving in this nursery, she wakes up excited to go and always talks about the staff like they are family. It’s amazing to see the relationships
she has built there and to watch her confidence grow. The staff are so friendly and kind and they have created a real family atmosphere which provides so much reassurance for parents, they go above and beyond to ensure our children are happy and their individual needs are met. I would highly recommend this nursery.

Adventure Learning is an adventure for my daughter. She loves going to her nursery. She quickly gets up and gets ready in a few minutes while going to nursery. Staff are very friendly and understanding. They communicate day to day activities of your child. My daughter is very comfortable with the staff.

Staff are very kind and my child doesn't stop mentioning about them at home. Overall care, facility, learning is good. Decent facility and space. Not very crowded. It's safe and comfortable. Parents get a regular review of their child and I am delighted to send my baby here.

I can’t recommend this nursery highly enough. The staff truly go above and beyond to tailor their care and support to each child individually. Starting a nursery is always a daunting process but I felt so reassured with them and my son can’t wait for nursery in the mornings now. Watching his confidence
grow and how well he is cared for is priceless. The setting itself is amazing. Always so much to do to keep little hands busy. An absolute gem of a child care setting.

This nursery has been the biggest blessing to our family in 2020-2021. The staff always go over and beyond their expectation, to ensure our children are safe, educated and having the most fun they possibly can. We constantly get updated on their progress, special moments get captured for us and no celebration
ever goes uncelebrated at Adventure Learning. There are book days, holy days, Christmas and so many more fun dress-up opportunities where students get to share their culture and traditions with their friends. What my child has learnt, how she has grown and the relationships she has built, is priceless. My child feels like she has a 'school family' and always feels safe and loved, from the moment she enters the door to the moment she leaves at the end of the day. The school is clean, staff very professional and friendly, the menu is nutritious, facilities and care is outstanding! There is no other school I would want my child to be in! We love love love Adventure Learning!

About Adventure Learning, we heard from our friend whose son already attended to this nursery. We decided to apply to this nursery and finally, our daughter began Adventure in January 2019. From the first day she really enjoys playing and learning new things with her new friends. Staff are really friendly

Having visited and worked in lots of nurseries in the area, Adventure Learning is by far the best nursery in my opinion. It was always my first choice and I couldn't be happier that they had a place available for my 3-year-old.
My child has been at the nursery for almost a year now, in that time he
has formed good relationships with all of the staff and children. The staff are very attentive, extremely patient and caring. My child is always excited to go to nursery and is very happy being there, he often doesn't want to go home.
The nursery provides regular updates to parents via an online system and it's great to be able to see my child's development in all areas of the early year's foundation stage. The nursery staff have gone above and beyond to help my child with eating. With the patience and encouragement of the nursery staff, he now eats very well and is trying new foods regularly. We will be sad to leave when my child starts school. Best nursery in the area.

My daughter had a lovely year in Adventure Learning Nursery and had to leave only because she was starting school.
We were always welcomed with a big smile and my daughter enjoyed every bit of her time in the nursery. She still misses some of the staff from the nursery which speaks a lot about how
she felt about the nursery.
The staff are extremely helpful and supportive and I highly recommend the nursery.

Manjit

Manjit Sandhu

Job Title: Director & Nursery Manager Joined: 2014

When Mrs Sandhus' two sons went to university 10 years ago, she felt it was time to apply her 30 years of experience in child care in making her dream come true - to open a private day nursery in Langley to enable her to make a meaningful difference to children's lives.


Graduating with an Early Years Foundation Degree, Mrs Sandhu has a wealth of childcare experience that she shares with her staff. She has excellent leadership skills reflected in consecutive GOOD ratings by OFTSED and the high level of staff retention at the setting.


Being a parent and having lived in the local community in Langley, Mrs Sandhu is familiar with the high educational standards parents in Slough have for their children and she hopes to meet those expectations for each child in enabling them to reach their maximum potential whilst at Adventure Learning.


Mrs Sandhu is described by her staff as "loving", "caring" and a "perfectionist". In her spare time, she loves spending time with her family and taking her fur baby Bella out for walks.


Mrs Sandhu finds her role rewarding and fulfilling, as she watches each child learn, play and explore, ready for their next transition to school.
