Play 2 Learn Day Nursery Bedford

My daughter has been going to play to learn since she was 13 months. She has learnt so much from going there, and has grown in confidence and I really belive it is down to this nursery. All of the people who work there are so nice and really get to no your child. One of my favourite things about the nursery is the garden, it is amazing and has everything you would want for a little one!

We've had a really positive experience with Play 2 Learn Bedford and couldn't be happier with the care our daughter receives. The staff are incredibly kind, attentive and genuinely invested in the children's development, which gives us real peace of mind.

Our daughter settled in well, which is a testament to how nurturing and supportive the team are. They take the time to understand each child as an individual, and it's lovely to see the strong relationships they build.

The environment is welcoming, clean and well organised, with plenty of engaging activities that support learning through play. We especially appreciate how they encourage language, social skills, confidence and independence.

Communication with parents has also been excellent - we feel well-informed about our daughter's day, progress and any updates they have via the app they use.

We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this nursery to other parents looking for a safe, caring and stimulating environment for their child.

We've been so happy with Play 2 Learn.

The facilities are excellent, the range of activities is fantastic, and the staff are incredibly caring and attentive. Our child absolutely loves going and has learned so much while having fun.

Our daughter has attended Play2Learn for 18 months now and we cannot recommend it highly enough. The staff are lovely, experienced and enthusiastic. Were kept well up to date with her progress and very much enjoy all of the observations we receive in line with the EYFS with suggestions of how we could action this at home. We have our second child about to start in June and the staff already coo and make a fuss of him on drop off and pick up so I know he'll settle in just as well as my daughter has. The outdoor space and range of activities have been a real bonus for us as I know I'd never be able to provide all of this for her otherwise. Communication through the app is great too. It helps to know what's been going on in terms of naps and food all day.

We love our son coming here so much, he is so happy and learning so fast. The girls are great. The outside space is incredible and inside is all up to date. It's clean, tidy, warm and the sleeping areas are also really clean and safe. When we viewed it it was an instant yes for us.

We are delighted with every aspect of Play 2 Learn, the whole staff are so warm & welcoming. They know both children and parents & always make time to provide updates on how your child is developing. They go the extra mile by treating each child as individuals and catering to their needs. My son loves going every day, he has extremely close relationships with lots of the team so much so they're almost extended family. There are so many different activities that means every day is different. The food is nutritious and varied, there's brilliant communication via the Family App on how our child is progressing. There is an incredible nursery manager, she has so much warmth & energy - she's the beating heart of the building. I would highly recommend you send your child to Play 2 Learn.

As an anxious parent returning to work after maternity leave with my 9-month-old, I wasn't sure If I was ready to leave my baby, but my worries quickly faded. Play 2 Learn has been fantastic for both me and my daughter. The staff is genuinely lovely, showing just how much they care and how passionate they are about their work. I believe early years practitioners often don't receive the recognition they truly deserve, but the team at Play 2 Learn consistently goes the extra mile. I couldn't be happier with the care and support we've received during this transition. Thank you all!

After a lot of research into nurseries around the area, we were very keen on Play 2 Learn. They have absolutely exceeded our expectations and we couldn't be happier with P2L. Our son has settled in so well in the 5 months he has been here and absolutely loves it. He feels safe and comfortable around all the staff which brings us a lot of comfort. The team go above and beyond to support not only the children but also us as parents. As a very anxious mum, they have done everything they can to reassure us throughout the whole journey, no question is ever too much trouble. The nursery has excellent facilities and an especially wonderful garden. We recently attended a parents evening where we got to the opportunity to learn more about the curriculum and talk to his key worker and other staff about his development. It is clear how much they genuinely care about what they do. I have no doubt we picked the perfect place for our son to develop, grow and thrive!

My daughter was moved to this nursery by her mother after an incident at our first nursery choice. The difference has been obvious immediately. Everyone is responsive, friendly and my daughter clearly loves coming here. More than that, her mother has been much more at ease than she ever was dropping her off at the old nursery. We feel very fortunate to have found this nursery and would recommend it to anyone.

The nursery is so popular that the only issue we have had is trying to increase our daughter's hours there!!

My daughter has been attending Play 2 Learn for a few months and has settled in beautifully, and I put this down to the kind, caring nature of the staff here. We had a wobbly start at another nursery; we had a bad experience that left us feeling fragile and Play 2 Learn provided us the reassurance we needed that our little girl would be well cared for with them. I feel no anxiety at drop off, I know she is in great hands and amongst people who genuinely care about her welfare and development. They make everything so personable, have great attention to detail and provide really good updates throughout the day so that you know how your child is doing. You can tell that my daughter is loving being there, as she's begun to get upset when I pick her up as she doesn't want to leave! :-) Their facilities are wonderful too. I am very grateful for Play 2 Learn, their care for my daughter and would HIGHLY recommend them to parents in the Bedford area (and beyond!)

Thankfully we have a few more years at P2L but honestly wish we could stay forever.

Play 2 Learn has been brilliant for my son, he has loved his time there. The activities provided by the nursery and facilities are excellent, he has learned so much and the communications from the nursery have been fab too - we've had lots of lovely pictures of him and suggestions for ways we can encourage him at home. He loves outdoor play and the garden is fantastic but the range of indoor activities is really impressive too. The staff have always been so kind and made us feel like nothing is too much trouble, they've always greeted us with a smile, made him excited to come to nursery and they've always got the time to talk about his day and his development. He's had the best introduction to nursery life at Play 2 Learn and we will all miss it!

We were looking for a suitable nursery for our son who didn't get on in another placement and felt hopeless we wouldn't find anywhere he would be happy. After a while, he became so happy and comfortable and is going to miss everyone so much when he moves to school in September. The staff care for the children so much and are perfectionists when it comes to their care. The facilities are great and the nursery is fantastic at engaging the children in activities.

Play 2 Learn has been absolutely amazing for my son, he has additional needs and they have worked super hard with him to help his personal development I've had full trust in all of the team they are all one big family and so caring of all the children. They have always been so inclusive and included him in everything no matter what the challenges might be. We are so sad to be leaving them ready for school and honestly can't thank them enough on my son's nursery experience.

I would definitely recommend Play 2 Learn to anyone local looking for a great, happy, caring place for their children.

We couldn’t be happier with Play 2 Learn, Bedford. Being new to the area choosing a preschool for our son was so overwhelming but from my first communication with them I was sold. The staff are extremely nurturing and caring and the facilities are incredible. I cannot rate or recommend it high enough. It’ll be a sad day when he moves on to big school.
