Tic Toc Nursery School (the house with dots on) Twickenham is a very nurturing environment and my son has had an amazing time here. There is a good mix of activities and the staff are amazing - my son has grown a lot in confidence during his time here and I highly recommend it!

Our son has developed great social and communication skills since attending Tic Toc and that's because of the wide range of activities and experiences they provided throughout his time there. He is due to start reception in September and couldn't be more ready. We will miss Tic Toc and the team very much. We couldn't recommend this Nursery enough to anyone needing love and care for their child.

Such a great nursery with great staff. Our son attended Tic Toc Nursery in Twickenham from when he was 2 years old and he loved going there so much. He also blossomed so much and developed extremely well, thanks to the very attentive and supportive teaching staff. They do a lot of extracurricular activities with the kids such as football and music sessions and include the kids in feeding the bunnies and chickens in the garden. Our son has made so many friends and really loves his time at Tic Toc. It is a truly warm and loving nursery that looks so well after the children. The food menu is great as well, with a very diverse menu with dishes from all across the world, representing the great diversity at this nursery.

We can't say enough about how amazing the staff are at Tic Toc - they go above and beyond in everything they do for the children and their families. Our daughter's key worker in particular is amazing, and they have built such a lovely bond - she talks about her constantly at home! They make each child feel so valued and loved, and it is so reassuring as a parent to know we are leaving our daughter in such great care each day!

Love this nursery! I always ask my daughter did she have a good day at nursery and the answer is always a yes! The staff are so friendly and welcoming. I always leave my daughter knowing that she will be in safe hands. The staff know the children inside and out which makes them amazing! My daughter is now in the dolphin room. Even the transitioning from the panda room to the dolphin room was done with such ease as the staff made my daughter feel so welcome. It’s great to see my daughter becoming a confident and independent young lady, all thanks to these wonderful people at Tic Toc Nursery School. I must also mention how good the food is. They have an on-site chef who cooks freshly prepared meals every day. My daughter hardly eats much for me at home, but when I see the blossom app it shows that she’s had all of her food at nursery. They go above and beyond to care for all the children. You are amazing at what you do. Thank you for all the love and care.

Tic Toc Nursery School (Staines Road) is an amazing nursery. It is the best in Richmond Borough. Working in education for over 20 years meant that choosing a nursery for my daughter was a hard decision to make but I would highly recommend Tic Toc Nursery School. It is a nursery where every member of staff knows every child very well and treats him/her according to their individual needs. Thank you to the amazing team they always meet and greet with smiles even after a long day at work. I cannot thank you enough for the love and dedication you have given my daughter during her time at Tic Toc. Thank you to the management team who always responded and acted upon any request or queries promptly.

Our child has been attending Tic Toc since he was ten months old, he is now four and will be starting school in September. We and my son are going to really miss Tic Toc. All of the practitioners are so lovely and he comes out so happy each day. It is clear to see that the staff really do care about the children and it is such a special bond they have. The parent app is fantastic for seeing what the children have been up to. My son loves the Forest School activities that they do. I would recommend Tic Toc to anyone. We don't actually live very near to Tic Toc anymore and haven't done for the last two years but were still keen to attend and would also send any future children here too. I always find the office staff really helpful and responsive too. We love it.

Our son loves this nursery, we checked out a lot before deciding on this one. We chose it for its warm friendly atmosphere and great outside space. All the practitioners are so loving and caring. They always have a jam-packed filled day with fun, creative arts and crafts and importantly, learning the necessities.

My son moved to Tic Toc Nursery having previously been at another nursery, which he loved, so I was incredibly nervous about the transition. However, as soon as we looked around the nursery we loved it. The staff are so friendly and engaged with what the children are doing. The activities they do are so varied and all the children are so happy and comfortable there. I couldn't recommend this nursery highly enough!

I cannot recommend this nursery enough. Our son has learnt so much and always talks about his day after nursery. The staff are so friendly and caring and offer comfort and support when needed, which makes the nursery feel more of a home-like environment for the children. We are so happy with our son's learning and development and without any doubt, recommend it to anyone looking for a local nursery for their children.

Lovely nursery with a great curriculum. Lots of fun activities and time spent outdoors with animals. The staff are really friendly and care about the children. My daughter is really happy here and enjoys playing with her friends.

Tic Toc, Twickenham is a wonderful nursery. I was incredibly anxious about leaving my twin babies (10 months at the time - 16 months when we left due to relocation), and the staff at Tic Toc could not have been kinder to me and more loving to the babies. We always felt like we were leaving them in a caring and authentic environment and we are very upset to leave. I cannot recommend this nursery enough.

Our daughter attended Tic Toc from the age of 11 months to the end of pre-school. She loved her time there and always came home happy and full of stories about what she had done that day. There was a good focus on numbers and letters in the last two rooms, as well as having fun.

My child attended Tic Toc for 2 years from age 2 to 4. Lovely environment, well cared for and most importantly, my son loved it. Activities were great, especially forest school. Highly recommended.

Both my girls were so loved at Tic Toc. One started at 2 years old and the other at 6 months. They thrived so much since attending, both of them being really confident in phonics and mark making by the time they left at 4 years old, which made me feel really confident about school. They made friends, ate well, and were always full of stories or drawings when they came home at the end of the day and the communication between nursery and parents was fantastic. From babies through to pre-school, I received regular updates through the app and they were always on the end of the phone if needed. They were flexible and really took the time to know my children. I would recommend them to anyone.

Our daughter has just finished her journey at Tic Tocs. She joined in Ladybird Rooms and then completed 1.5 years at Preschool. The staff were always really approachable and friendly, they gave us a detailed daily account of her day, including photos and notes on activities. She grew in confidence and made lots of wonderful friends. The Preschool Graduation was a wonderful celebration of her time there and the staff put in a fantastic effort. The office team were always so helpful and we felt the communication and management was very strong. My daughter often talked about the lovely food and friendly cooks! She enjoyed music classes, trips to the sensory room and nature walks. She spoke so fondly of all the staff (including the baby room and dolphins). Many traditions and cultures were celebrated and the children were given lots of opportunities for play and exploring. A nursery with a great team and we are very grateful for the positive experience and development our daughter experienced there.

This nursery has helped our son in every way and we could see he is developing rapidly. He goes in and comes out really happy. He became confident and friendly after attending Tic Toc Nursery School. We notice that he learns new things every single day. All the staff including the management are friendly and approachable and their menu covers all around the world. We would recommend Tic Toc Nursery School to all the other parents with no hesitation.

Since my son started coming to nursery, he’s really enjoying it and he’s very happy. I’m very happy with the nursery too as a parent, especially the meals, practitioners, how the children are looked after and the parents' app. The app is great for the staff to share all activities with the parents and I’m very much enjoying seeing what my child has been doing during the day.

Our 2-year-old has attended Tic Toc since she was 9 months old and we couldn’t recommend it more highly. She goes in and comes out happy every day - she even calls out the names of the staff when we approach every morning with excitement. The nursery uses a great app to show you what the children have been up to each day. We love seeing pictures of how much fun she’s having and it’s useful to see what she’s had to eat/how much she’s actually eaten and when she napped and how long for. The food is also really varied which I think has contributed to her eating so well and not being fussy. They have domestic animals in the garden and do lots of fun activities like baby yoga and lots and lots of singing. In fact, our daughter is constantly singing the songs she learns at home too, which we love. We looked at a couple of other nurseries in the area before choosing Tic Toc but we found here to be the best value for money. The staff themselves are priceless.
