Sparklers Nursery

I want to start by thanking two particular members of staff for the great care and attention that they show my daughter. Also, to all the staff and to the nursery itself for the great place that they have created for our children. I love all the feedback and updates that they give daily. I would not trust anyone else with my daughter. The place itself is very well maintained and well kept. My daughter has learned a lot and is very happy every day when she sees that entrance door. Thank you!

Many thanks, from the heart, for all your hard work, love, dedication and patience to my children, and for keeping personal belongings in order (toys, clothes), helping with potty training, caring when they were not feeling well, making every day a fun environment to go to which was also very important.

My 3 year old has been attending this nursery since March 2023 and I can’t thank the staff enough for how far she has come, ie they helped her with toilet training when I have been trying myself for over a year. Including dummies as it’s a no dummy policy which I am glad. She has always been a mummies girl so attending the nursery has grown her confidence. Lately she comes home being able to remember everyone’s names now and calling them her ‘best-friends’ which is the cutest how she’s bonded with the staff as well as other children as she was such a shy child and she has learnt so much! So thank you again Sparklers Nursery.

My son started in September of this year. I cannot thank his teachers and the manager enough. The change in him has been nothing short of amazing; his willingness to eat and try new foods has improved so much! It’s so nice to see him so excited to go to nursery. They really care about the work they do at Sparklers and I’m so grateful.

Sparklers Nursery is not the best nursery. This is because they don't focus on the education of the children and they are quite unorganised. Some of the staff looking after the children do not come across as very friendly at all. The administration is poor and they do not construct simple emails properly. There was even a situation whereby they sent an email to all parents without blind copying. I could see every parent's email address. I would not recommend this nursery to anyone. There was only a handful of staff that were good at their job. One staff member accused my husband of not being my son's father even though he gave the password and they have a passport picture of both of us locked away in their filing cabinet. Disappointing!

I am very happy since I sent my child to kindergarten, my boy speaks English very well, he sings songs! I am very very happy and he is very happy.

I am happy that my daughter was attending this day care, although from the beginning after the holidays when I left her she was crying, over time she left with enthusiasm, the staff is attentive and friendly to the needs of each child, they do different activities each day, my daughter learned a lot there, she even eats alone with a little help from me, she is more independent now. I recommend it, it is a very good day care!

My child has attended Sparklers for a while and absolutely loved it. They're always doing fun activities for all the children and also ensuring they are promoting their learning.

Thank you for the nurture, love, care and for going above and beyond for my daughter, the staff members always made my daughter feel special, loved, safe and cared for. As she moves to the next level, I am happy to say that she is a more confident, joyous and enthusiastic little girl and the whole of Sparklers Team has contributed to that. We are very happy because we chose this kindergarten for our child. We thank all the educators for the education and all the knowledge our child has accumulated during these three years of kindergarten. Thank you for the care you had for our child! Congratulation, Sparklers Nursery.

The facilities and outside space are excellent. My children started to learn many things. They are doing a lot of activities with children, and the staff are very patient and understanding. I am very satisfied with this nursery!

The staff are amazing and kind; they really try to help out in any way they can. My son has thrived being there. Times to suit, good location. My little one was fussy with food, but he is willing to try new foods thanks to the nursery.

My daughter just started nursery in April. I am so happy with her progress. She is always happy to go to the nursery. She's learnt so many new things since she started the nursery. She's made new friends, and she always talks about all her teachers.

My child studied in this nursery school for two years. He has made nice friends and teachers. My son learned from this nursery - a lot of good things and a lot of activities. It is a safe, clean and spacious nursery with many games in which the child finds fun. Thanks to all the staff.

When my child started to attend Sparklers Nursery just over a year ago, he was very shy, and his speech was not great. Since he has been at this nursery, he has grown in confidence and is talking so much now. The staff at the nursery who have been working with my son are very polite and patient with him. They keep me updated on his progress at all times and work with my son very well on various issues that he has. I would recommend this nursery.

My daughter started at Sparklers when she was three years old. She couldn't speak English, just her mother tongue. Within a few months, she started speaking English. The staff is always friendly and caring, and they have always been very flexible with my and her needs. Now her baby sister, who is only a year old, will be joining the nursery too.

My daughter started at this nursery in January 2022. She has settled in really well with the staff and children. The activities are well thought out, and my daughter comes home very happy!
