I am the Nursery Manager and have worked here since 2018.

I have been in Childcare since the age of 17 years and currently have a level 3 in Childcare and Education and Level 4 in Management. I worked my way up from apprentice, Nursery practitioner, Room leader, Deputy Manager and currently a Nursery Manager here at Purley Day Nursery. I have 30+ years of experience working in Creches, Breakfast/Afterschool Club, Wraparound care and Holiday Playschemes.

I enjoy spending time with my family and going on holidays, I have 1 daughter and 2 cats called Simba and Joey.

My Name is Sally, I have worked in Childcare for 12 Years and have my level 3 qualification, I have worked at Purley Day Nursery since 2018, I started as a Nursery Practitioner and then went on to be a room leader in the preschool room, as well as becoming the Planning Coordinator and Health and Safety officer then in 2021 I became the Nursery Deputy Manager.

I am a Mum to a teenage Daughter, at the weekends I like to go and spend time with family, every year I go away on a Caravan holiday and then in the summer I go to Spain.

I have worked in the Kitchen for 14 years, starting from the bottom and working my way up to Chef. I started with covering maternity in the school and have a level 3 Food, Safety and Hygiene in Catering and level 3 in cake decorating this has helped with my love for making wedding/birthday cakes over the years.

I love to read, knit and crafts in general.

I am a level 3 qualified practitioner and recently qualified level 3 Senco, I have worked in childcare for 15 years. I have been interested in SEN needs and enjoy observing the children who I find the world difficult to manage, meet and exceed their goals. I have been at this current nursery for 11 years and have watched the children grow, change and develop over the years. My hobbies are horse riding, I enjoy this sport over the weekends. I hang out with my godchildren and enjoy FaceTime calling with my nieces who live in Australia.

My name is Joanne, I have always worked with children since leaving school. I qualified level 3 (NNEB) in 1999. I have worked with a range of different aged children over the years, however currently I work with 18mth-2years. I have also completed a NVQ 4 in Early Childhood studies.

I am a qualified Nursery Practitioner, I work within the 18-month - 2-year room.

I enjoy family time, especially with my grandchildren and I enjoy holidays where I can relax.

Before starting at Purley Day Nursery and Montessori Centre over 3 years ago, I worked previously in a Montessori Nursery as a qualified early years educator. Working within a Montessori intrigued me, so I began studying the philosophy at Montessori Centre International, where I trained as a Montessori teacher 6 years ago.

Outside my job, I have two school-aged children, a boy and a girl. They keep me occupied for most of my free time, during the holidays we love to go abroad and visit new countries, places around the UK and try new foods. I love learning about other people's cultures and traditions; it's a real passion of mine.

Hi all, I am a qualified level 3 with many years of experience, working in schools, being a nanny for a private family and also in Early Years. I will be becoming a first-time mum this year.

I have chosen to work in the childcare sector for my apprenticeship, due to being amazed by how children grow and learn.
