Magic Roundabout Nursery Walthamstow

I had a really bad experience with this nursery. Very unfriendly admin staff and manager. I raised a few concerns and was shunned and ignored. Too many children and nursery manager cannot cope with the volume. After a month of being ignored, I raised a complaint with the company secretary and I initially said I was taking my daughter out. He asked me to think about it whilst he investigated. I thought about it for a week and said I would like her to return as she really likes her practitioner who is amazing. The company secretary then informed me that they had given our space away! Absolutely ridiculous. I raise a complaint and they got rid of us and still have my deposit. I will be reporting this to OFSTED. Avoid this nursery and go for a smaller professional one.

I have my daughter at this nursery and I am very happy with their services. The manager is very good and polite and also the teacher at the infant room was very good but also now at the pre toddlers, they are excellent.

This nursery is fantastic, the resources are great, the staff are lovely, very friendly and caring. It’s been a while since my son has attended here and he’s very happy and well cared. I was very worried about his settling and separation but the information that you get through their app and when you pick up is very good, which shows great communication with parents. Well done to all of you working hard even in this tough time.

Overall very good, the twins thoroughly enjoy nursery and have developed well since joining. I feel the pricing is high considering we have twins, could be better. The drop off and collection queues are annoying and in the morning, it can take twenty plus minutes to drop off. The staff are excellent, especially three of them but all are good.

Our daughter has attended Magic roundabout Nursery since she was ten months old. She settled in very well and the staff particularly her key workers have always been so helpful and interested in what she does and how she is developing. We have been very impressed with Magic Roundabout Nursery and they have managed to create a very warm and welcoming environment. I would recommend Magic Roundabout Nursery to anyone who asks me about it.

An excellent nursery, all the staff are very helpful and go over and beyond to ensure our daughter is settled. We love that it is multicultural and our daughter is learning different cultures which is true to life. The food is also very, very good!

I have told a friend about this nursery as she is looking for one so I told her to come here as the staff are very good and understanding. I love this nursery for my daughter, so I would recommend this to a friend.

The nursery overall is amazing. I would highly recommend this nursery to all. The staff are lovely and try their hardest to help my son in every way possible. The learning side of things are great! They offer loads of activities for all children.

My two daughters have attended this nursery. They have very much enjoyed their time here and continue to do so. The staff interact very well with the children. Every morning my daughter looks forward to coming to the nursery. That is testament to the staff and facilities. Highly recommend this place. All food is halal which is great.

Pretty good place overall, my baby is always excited to come and the staff is lovely.

My son started Magic Roundabout Nursery in January 2021 and it has been an amazing experience so far. He has made major improvements in speech and self-confidence. I am looking forward to more positive changes in him with all the support he currently receives. I am always kept up to date which is good to know what is happening with him.

I would like to say about the nursery that it was the second home for my child. Also, the staff were amazing. We really enjoy the time spent in the nursery with the lovely staff.

Magic Roundabout Nursery is a good nursery. My preschool-age son started in July 2020 and he settled in so quickly and both the staff and management are fantastic.

I moved my child from another nursery in the summer of 2020. I was concerned with how my child was going to adapt to the transition. Magic Roundabout were fantastic and supportive with embracing and settling my child. The staff are totally child-focused and role model great examples of care towards the children. My child is so happy and confident. I'm so glad she's here, We're happy with her progress and development and, most of all, her happiness.

The staff are very caring and supportive and my daughter looks forward to seeing them every day she attends. I believe how they have managed Covid19 has been truly wonderful.

Great staff and management, amazing value for money. My little one adores this place and can't wait to get there every morning.

The nursery has a nice atmosphere. The staff are well educated and whoever I meet are very kind people. I like the activities that the babies are doing and the menu is good as well because my baby eats very well at the nursery.

Very good place for our child to grow and develop! We see a happy kid every day when we come and collect. Language and motor skills, in particular, are coming along quick! Thanks to all the staff.

All staff are lovely! I love that the day to day reporting of my child is logged in ParentZone. It is good to know what he gets up to throughout the day. The nursery has good measures in place during this Covid19 period to protect children's families. I like that if I need any further information, I am given relevant advice which is great for me. The feedback given if there are any concerns from me are listened to and I fell like I am always in the loop and they have my son's best interests at heart!

My child is happy at this nursery, she looks forward to going to nursery to interact with friends and staff. Thank you all.
