Kinderland Day Nursery South Croydon

2 of my 3 children attended Kinderland. My son attended from 2015 for a year or so before starting school and my daughter attended from 2018 to date. Every single interaction with this nursery has been professional, kind, enthusiastic, and accommodating. My kids absolutely loved/love their time there and always come home with lovely stories about what they spoke about, friends they made, the food they ate, or the various animals they got to meet and learn about. The staff always have a smile on their faces and genuinely enjoy spending time with our kids. I highly recommend this nursery. I am a fussy mother and would pick up on things that bothered me, but honestly, I can’t rate it highly enough. We’ll miss it when my daughter starts school in September.

I was very happy with Kinderland a few years ago when my daughter was little so it was naturally our first choice for her younger brother too. It still doesn’t disappoint. The staff are always helpful and friendly. I feel very comfortable leaving there my little one, knowing his day will be filled with exciting adventures and lots of fun.

I have no problem with the staff looking after the child but the management/finance department is highly unprofessional. They terminated our contract after a mutual agreement and still charged almost 3 weeks of fees, plus asked me to forfeit the deposit worth £250. This is absolutely unacceptable behaviour. They cannot possibly charge for the services they will not provide (post-contract end date). They claim I have to pay the "notice period" on one hand but say the contract is terminated (i.e. I cannot send my child to the Nursery hence costing me babysitter money) on the other hand. This is ridiculous behaviour from the management and they are not even apologetic. I am going to take this matter up with the appropriate dispute resolution body.

Both my boys have been well looked after here. They are safe, well-fed, entertained and taught. The staff are kind and welcoming and my youngest, still at Kinderland, enjoys fulfilling days there. They read together, dance, exercise, play outdoors, learn about animals, draw, make friends and lots else. He comes home happy and tired.

Plus, their garden is amazing!

My son attended Kinderland Day Nursery over 9 years ago and having had such a good experience there was no hesitation to send my granddaughter too! Some of the staff members still remain at the nursery, a testament to a happy workplace. The nursery is very well run not only as a nursery but as a business. The staff without exception are lovely, helpful, well trained and happy. The place has a happy atmosphere with staff that really care. A place you can confidently leave your child and know they will have a good day while you are able to get on with yours. My granddaughter has attended throughout the Covid-19 pandemic as my daughter is a key worker and Kinderland remained opened, very quickly dealing with the required risk assessment, working practice changes and business implications. I really do recommend Kinderland when anyone asks about a nursery. The children at Kinderland are happy, as are the staff and parents.

I’ll highly recommend Kinderland nursery to whoever is looking for one. It’s a place that will give you complete peace of mind and your child will enjoy an amazing place to grow up in.

My son has been attending Kinderland since May 2019 and has loved every minute! As a mother, I was really worried and panicking that he wouldn’t enjoy it but I had nothing to worry about as the lovely staff put all of my worries at ease from the very first day. My son has made so many friends and loves all the staff too, he’s learning so much every day and continues to flourish. Overall, I would highly recommend Kinderland!

During the recent pandemic, the nursery has kept us well informed and we have been confident they are doing everything they can to keep our soon both safe and happy.

I am delighted with this nursery and the excellent provision they provide for my two-year-old. He has been attending here since ten-months-old and has continued to flourish. He is excited when he arrives and all the staff (not just those working directly with him) know him well. He is challenged daily but has lots of fun with it. Throughout the challenging times of the COVID-19 virus, they have excelled in their commitment to the children in their care and have continued to provide a safe place for all the children whilst reassuring parents. He loves this place and the staff. We as parents are very grateful.

Excellent and very friendly staff and management. My child was well taken care of in “Kinderland Day Nursery”, it was like a second home for him. I highly recommend this Nursery!!!!

My daughter absolutely loved going to Kinderland Day Nursery. She started here when she was just under 2 years old and spent almost 2.5 years moving from the upstairs little kid's room to eventually the pre-school downstairs. She left only to join Reception at school.

The staff at Kinderland are professional yet friendly. High standards of hygiene and the onsite kitchen keeps those hungry tummies getting fresh food always. We absolutely love this nursery and would not hesitate to recommend to my network! These bunch of committed people provide outstanding care to kids. A big thank you to all the staff for their much-appreciated support.

Kinderland Day Nursery has been a dream development centre for my girls, they love and care they have showered on both of them is impeccable. Astuteness of the Kinderland family and gentleness of their love are the elements, which we all as a Parent look for.

One of my girls is in School, I was sadder than her, as I felt absolutely felt secure leaving her there.

I have known the owners for some time, I can ouch on their Kindness all the girls are gems.

Everything about his time at Kinderland has been positive. His development has been extremely impressive. Perhaps most importantly from his mum and my perspective, our son absolutely loves his time at the nursery. He's developed excellent relationships with the staff and the other children in his various rooms.

The facilities are impressive, we looked at a few nurseries in the South Croydon area before choosing Kinderland and the other nurseries just don't come close.

I cannot recommend Kinderland Day Nursery highly enough.

An outstanding nursery the staff really care about the children and the children grow and thrive in a commendable environment.

I will highly recommend the nursery to anyone looking for a safe and nurturing day care for their little ones.
