Little Miracles Day Nursery is a 50 place setting located in Chingford on the 212 bus route. The nursery (formerly a library) is spread over 3 floors and has spacious outside play areas across three sides of the building allowing children lots of outside play opportunities for all age groups.

There is also a large outside play area designed for babies and toddlers separate from the preschool garden.   What is unique about Little Miracles is that it has a 'home from home' feel to it.   It's a very family friendly and welcoming setting, which parents can relate to and have confirmed during many surveys.

The teachers are qualified and experienced and have the children's learning and development at the heart of everything they do. To get more information about Little Miracles, please call the nursery or email to arrange a visit or to request a parents information brochure.

My daughter loved this nursery and so did I. I knew she was well looked after and well-fed, which is all a mother wants when she's at work. Lovely staff and management. Fresh, cooked food on site. Would highly recommend this nursery.

My 4-year-old son attended Little Miracles Day Nursery when he was three years old. During his time there, he progressed greatly in his social skills and eating habits being a fussy eater. The staff are loving, caring, helpful and professional as they could provide information as and when requested.
There is enough space/garden for activities which my son enjoyed. He has now progressed to reception. I would use the nursery again if there was a need as I feel that my child is safe while there.

Little Miracles Day Nursery has helped my daughter, who had delayed in her development, improve within a short space of time. The nursery is friendly, well organised and very caring.
The staff at Little Miracles have had a big impact in my daughter's life. I would
like to thank a few particular members
of staff for making it all happen for my daughter, without them my child wouldn’t of come this far. This is one of the best nurseries in Chingford.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude towards the management team and staff at Little Miracles, they have been courteous and very understanding of my situation, and have been able to help aid my daughter to explore new experiments of life.

As a first time mum you can be very anxious leaving

your child in a new setting, however, the nursery has made me feel comfortable and stress-free. I was always concerned about my daughter's eating when she is in a new environment and the staff had taken this on board to keep me updated with how she is getting on at any time of day, they also developed new techniques in order to aide her with this difficult stance I was having with her.

the nursery has been an excellent extension and aid to my daughter developmental skills, and I would highly recommend them to all newbie mummies, as it is the perfect setting for a young child.

My son has been at Little Miracles for 3 years. I cannot fault the immediate staff who work directly with him. They all genuinely care and are very good with the children. Unfortunately, the management has changed a few times, communications have been very poor and sometimes unnecessarily abrupt. Also,
the billing system in place is very confused which probably relates directly to all the management changes.
My son has loved going to the nursery and the care he has received has been amazing all due to the excellent staff who I see day to day. I would recommend this nursery with a warning about dealing with the management. If they manage to hold on to a good nursery manager (which they have had fantastic managers in the past) Little Miracles would be perfect.

My daughter has attended Little Miracles Day Nursery for one full school year and I am very happy with the care and treatment she has received throughout. The friendly staff have made a good imprint on my child and we will remember them forever. Management has changed about three times during the year
and this was not really communicated to us, however, the deputy manager and other staff seem to have not been affected by this and their standards of care and organisation. We loved every second of the graduation party and will forever cherish the memories.

I have really enjoyed sending my child to this nursery. They have a very safe environment. My child is always taken care of. Also, I have seen a lot of improvement in my child since she started. The staff are really good and always let me know about any events taking place.

I am a mother of a 12-month-old baby girl, my child has attended this nursery for a while. I highly recommend this place. The staff are very professional and they helped my daughter to settle in very easily, which was very important for me. They have got a nice garden with many different activities
and the children have a lot of fun together in the baby room. It's really nice place, all the staff are very helpful and kind, you can find everything you are looking for for your child.

Current Review Score: 9.7 (9.715)

Overview of Review Score

The Review Score of 9.7 (9.715) out of 10 for Little Miracles Day Nursery is based on a) the Average Rating and b) the number of positive Reviews.

  1. The Average Rating is 4.9 out of 5 from 9 Reviews in the last 24 months.
  2. The score for the number of positive Reviews is 4.8 out of 5 from 9 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Day Nursery is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 4.915 for Little Miracles Day Nursery is calculated as follows: ( (101 Excellents x 5) + (3 Goods x 4) + (1 Satisfactorys x 3) + (1 Very Poors x 1) ) ÷ 106 Ratings = 4.915
  2. 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5'). The 4.8 Points relating to the number of positive Reviews for Little Miracles Day Nursery is based on 9 positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as per below:

The 5 points available are broken down as follows:

    1. 4 points are available for the first 10 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months; 3 points for the first Positive Review, and then 0.125 Points for each of the next four Positive Reviews and then 0.1 Points for the next five Positive Reviews. (1st = 3.000, 2nd = 0.125, 3rd = 0.125, 4th = 0.125, 5th = 0.125, 6th = 0.100, 7th = 0.100, 8th = 0.100, 9th = 0.100, 10th = 0.100) 3 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.1 + 0.1 + 0.1 + 0.1 = 3.9
    2. 1 point is available for the number of Positive Reviews reaching 20% of the number of registered child places in the last 24 months. If this number is partially reached, then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Day Nursery registered for a maximum of 50 child places has to reach 10 Positive Reviews to receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews it will receive 0.7 points. 20% of the 50 number of registered child places is 10. 9 Positive Reviews ÷ 10 = 0.9
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Day Nursery does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
