We have had such a positive experience since starting at Dee's Day Nursery (Wimbledon) earlier this year. Our 1-year-old reaches out for the staff at drop off and seems genuinely excited to go in! This is a wonderful change from a previous nursery he attended where the whole process right from the settling in period seemed chaotic. The baby room is clean and has a range of lovely toys to keep the children occupied. The staff are incredibly friendly and have a real affection for the children which is so reassuring to see. We are kept up to date daily with a short summary of his activities, as well as sleeping and eating times etc. All really useful to know. Overall, we couldn't be happier with Dee's and are very grateful to the staff for the care they show our son!

Lovely nursery, my daughter loves it and the staff are so friendly and caring. Very homely feeling, as first-time parents we were a bit nervous about choosing the right nursery but we definitely have and would choose it a hundred times over!

My son went to Dee's from 10 months old - 3 years old. He was very happy at the nursery and made great relationships with the staff and other children. I would recommend this nursery, my son learned and developed a lot of skills which was a real help as a first-time parent. Thanks Dee's.

My son has been with Dee’s Day since one-year-old and he is now four and a half years old. When I moved to the area, I went to see nurseries around and Dee’s Day had the most reasonable fee with decent facilities, friendly staff and good reviews. My son is always happy and healthy. He is a timid boy and started talking very late. There was some concern about his speech and language when he moved to the preschool room but the new manager has been excellent and made such a difference in his confidence. She is very calm, patient and caring. She also listens to our feedback and makes changes which I highly appreciate. The menu is diverse and the kids love the chef. There are also weekly newsletters with pictures of the kids' activities during the week, what they learn and the popular dish. There is also a progress update every 6 months with great details about all areas of development. I can tell my son is in great care and he is making progress every day.

Our daughter started going to Dee’s Day Nursery when she was 7 months old, the staff were amazing with her from the beginning, she took some time to get used to everything but now she loves going there so much. We can trust she’s in great hands.

I have had both my children attend Dee's over the last five years and they have both flourished there. The staff are so friendly and caring and I feel at ease leaving my children there. I would highly recommend Dee's as a nursery.

From the moment I stepped into Dee’s Day Nursery, I knew this was the nursery that would look after my baby. He was only 7 months old and it was hard for me to let him go. The transition was amazing, they ‘held my hand’ every step of the way! I knew he was in safe hands. That was three years ago. My child loves Dee’s, as do all the children. You can see that at pick up when they don’t actually want to leave! The staff really care, they nurture them, teach them but also make sure fun is had every day. Since moving to preschool, my child has flourished. He is way ahead academically, it amazes me every day what he can do at his age.

I would recommend Dee’s to anyone. I trust them completely. And I love that they are like one big happy family!

Our daughter has been with Dees since she was in the 'baby room' at 9 months old. She is now 3 years old in the pre-school room and absolutely thriving.

Dees have been fantastic in supporting her in all areas of her development and more recently in the preparation for big school next year. Dees offer a balance of both indoor and outdoor activities, which we absolutely love. And with the newly introduced weekly newsletter it's lovely to get a peek into what activities the children are doing each week and all the new things they're learning. Every year we are given a detailed progress update with the relevant key worker. Furthermore, Dees employees always take the time to listen to any of our queries/concerns etc and always accommodate our requests. Most importantly, our daughter loves her teachers and often can't wait to go to school to tell them any news, stories or show a new toy.

My daughter loves this nursery, especially since being in the preschool room. Lately, they had a high turnover of staff, but in any case, the teachers are really great, loving, kind, make the children feel comfortable. It's a small nursery where my daughter feels really confident and built very intimate relationships with her peers and teachers. They do show them cartoons there and buy food from a supermarket. I would have preferred better quality food, though.

Thank you for your review! We are grateful for the positive comments and appreciate your feedback. We have updated our menus and our ingredients list with our Chef in March 2021 so hopefully the quality of food has improved! Additionally, we often show the children educational cartoons such as...

I was devastated and in tears when I left my daughter at nursery for the first time a year ago... but now I think it was the best decision I've made! My now 2-year-old absolutely loves going there. She wakes up in the morning and already talks about her teachers. I like the daily written feedback they give and occasionally 1-to-1 meeting to discuss my child's progress. I would not be able to provide as many activities as they do (painting, drawing, playing with water, with sand, decorating with glitter, stickers; you name it!). They are very active there - the children play in the garden and they have an indoor gym, they even do yoga! The diet is healthy and balanced; lots of veggies for mains and fruits for desserts. They let children taste different cuisines (e.g. curry, chow mein, stew etc). My child is learning good habits there: she is happy to wash her hands before meals, she says “thank you” and “please”. I feel that the teachers genuinely care about my daughter and her wellbeing.

Dee's Day Nursery (Wimbledon) Ltd has been looking after my son for the last two and a half years. They did so with great care and tenderness and he has always been very happy at nursery. He has been learning a great deal and we have noticed how well he develops and how much he knows when he spontaneously chats to us about measures, seasons and what not. He is very enthusiastic about practicing writing his letters and it is clear that he finds his daily activities enjoyable and stimulating. There is a lot of variation, from reading, singing, baking, art, to outdoor play. Never a dull moment. His carers are very attentive and he eats very well. They also develop a sense of occasion in the children. I would whole-heartedly recommend this nursery.
