Carville Day Nursery

Welcome to Carville Day Nursery, a warm and supportive place for children aged 3 months to 5 years old.

The nursery’s experienced and friendly staff provide quality care in a safe and nurturing environment.

The nursery offers freshly cooked meals each day prepared from the best quality ingredients. Special dietary requirements are catered for.

There is a secure outdoor play area perfect for fun, discovery and adventure. There is a wide range of toys and equipment to support every child’s social, physical and emotional development.

Carville Day Nursery prides itself on being more than just a childcare provider. Staff work closely with parents in order to achieve good outcomes for children. The nursery’s aim is for every child to leave equipped with self-confidence and the tools for them to build on what they have already achieved at Carville.

The curriculum at Carville Day Nursery has been developed to cover all seven areas of learning with a particular focus on communication and language.

Most of the activities are play based and take place both inside the nursery or outdoors. Many of the activities are based on the children’s individual interests.

Weekly write-ups are sent out to parents, showing activities that the children have done during the week.

Carville Day Nursery provides 30 free hours per week over the year for those parents who qualify under the Government’s scheme.
