My daughter has settled into the nursery incredibly well, and we couldn't be happier with her progress. From the very beginning, the staff made a real effort to help her feel comfortable, safe and confident in her new environment.
We've noticed an amazing improvement in her communication and social
skills since she started. She's become much more expressive and confident when talking about her day and interacting with others. The staff clearly put a lot of care and attention into supporting each child's development, and it really shows. They create a nurturing and positive atmosphere that encourages curiosity, creativity and learning through play.
She now looks forward to going in every morning, and it's a joy to see her run in with excitement. When we pick her up, she's always smiling and full of stories about the fun activities she's taken part in. The nursery is wonderful!

I fell in love with Al Falah when my child was a baby. I began to visit nurseries when she was 1 years old, but my heart was still with Al Falah. I loved the environment, the aunties are amazing, one in particular was a god send for children. All teachers are incredible. The nursery is so clean, so
much to play with. Safeguarding is on top. I was also impressed with how health-conscious they are and how our children can have breakfast, lunch and dinner. They have really encouraged my daughter to eat and eat her vegetables.

My daughter attends the Empress Avenue branch.
The staff are all extremely friendly and amazing with the children, my daughter won't stop talking about the teachers & all the fun activities she has done with them.
She loves attending the nursery and looks forward to each day.
They update me on her
daily & are very active updating the app & sending updates on the messaging group.

I'm happy with the care of the nursery for my daughter. She's not English speaker so they are amazing and to have the opportunity and teach her in English. She's learnt to eat alone there, to drink independently. She's been visiting the nursery since September 2024. Now she loves the place and aunties
cause most of the days she rushes to enter and forgets to say bye! I feel this place is her second home. Thank you all aunties for the patience you have to work with my child.

Our experience at the nursery so far has been positive. Our daughter enjoys her two half days and recently has started to show more keeness to attending. THe staff are friendly and professional. I like the fact that the setting is used for other positive initiatives such as charity. I have noticed some

My child has attended Al Falah Sunflower Nursery for 1 year now. She has formed an amazing relationship with some of the staff. In particular one teacher who comes with a bundle of energy & enthusiasm to match the kids. She always opens the door with a big smile and greets children with their name'
making them feel happy to be there. Putting this aside, learning wise I feel the nursery should collaborate more with parents to ensure children learn, and parents can be aware of what is being taught week to week. Feedback to parents on how their child is progressing would also be greatly appreciated. Overall a good nursery.

This nursery is amazing, the staff the learning is very good.This is my third child that is currently attending the nursery. She is very shy since she has started, however she is gradually buidling confidence with the teachers and other children with the help of nusery teachers. They are working very
