Excellent team of professionals. The whole team is very supportive to the parents, they also know how to smoothly get the baby to transition: solids, introducing meat, helping the child to communicate, etc.

We are very happy with this nursery! The teachers are wonderful and truly care for our daughter, which means so much to us. There are plenty of engaging activities for the children, and we were especially delighted to see ducks-such a lovely touch! The food is also great, making it a well-rounded and
nurturing environment. We're very grateful for the care and attention our child receives here.

This is a lovely nursery with competent staff who are very focused on the children. The staff are very professional and child-centred. The children are learning through play and the children are happy. Thank you to the manager and all the staff. My granddaughter is really happy to come to the nursery
and this makes the whole family happy as my granddaughter spends a lot of time in the nursery. The nursery is following the foundation curriculum and the nursery has a good Ofsted rating.
Many thanks to the manager and the team.

The facilities are slightly outdated and there is no separate room to sleep, but the staff are amazing, caring, very professional, giving us tons of details about our baby's day. Consistent and transparent to report small incidents. The food is fresh and cooked onsite! Our daughter is really happy and
is making a lot of progress.

Currently, my daughter is at Queensberry, she has been there for 1.5 years and my oldest so used to go there also. My daughter loves the nursery, she learns a lot, has become more independent, speaks a lot and does a lot of activities. She goes outdoors every day and has met a lot of new friends.

We love the nursery and couldn't be happier with it. The teachers are lovely with the children, very professional, you can feel they really care and look after them with love. We feel a great vibe coming from all the staff and the owner is always there too. My daughter is two years old and she loves
going to the nursery, always talks about her teachers and the activities they did.
The nursery is located in a classic Victorian building and therefore has just a small outside space, but they compensate by taking the kids outdoors every day, either for playing in a nearby garden or going to the museums, the market and walking around the area. Also it's located in a beautiful area in the heart of South Kensington, very close to the station.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this nursery. My son started at eighteen months and my daughter at eight months, they are both thriving and love their time at Queensberry. As a family that has no immediate family near by, we feel very lucky to have found such wonderful teachers who treat
our children as if they’re family. We are not sure if we will stay in London forever, but know we will not move the children until they can finish their time at Queensberry. We love it that much!

We had a wonderful experience at Queensberry Nursery. The team is great and our 2 children absolutely loved the time they spent there; they were both at Queensberry from 2 to 4 years old (pre-school). There is a strong sense of family and community, and all the staff knows all the children, that it
really feels like a second home for the kids. On top of the superb location, close to museums and parks which feature regularly as outdoor activities, the nursery is also located in a very nice building with lots of natural light. All the rooms are very well adapted to support the children's development as they progress from the baby room to pre-school; the pre-school teachers also did an amazing job of preparing our children for Reception. We highly recommend Queensberry Nursery!

Our daughter has been going to Queensberry Nursery for 1 year now and we are so happy with the opportunity she has had to attend Queensberry Nursery. Our daughter enjoys going to the nursery every day and has developed so much since she has started. There are many stimulating activities and progress
and growth is documented. The staff are professional and kind and that is reflected in how our daughter loves to see them and interacts with them. Furthermore, the staff are incredibly friendly and I truly feel a level of connection and sense of community, even with the constraints of these challenging times. I can only hope that in the years to come, our daughter will continue to find educators, an environment and peers as great as in Queensberry Nursery.

We are so pleased that we chose Queensberry nursery for our son. All of the staff really go the extra mile to ensure that the children are happy and stimulated throughout the day. Our son cannot wait to get to nursery every morning. We have been thrilled with his development since he started there and
we particularly value the website, where we can track his activities with photos throughout the day. The regular trips to the Science and Natural History Museum are a real highlight. Overall, a superb nursery with excellent and caring staff and we look forward to our second son starting there next month.

Our daughter has attended Queensberry Nursery from when she was 15 months old. She thoroughly enjoys going to the nursery every day and is always happy and smiling when we pick her up. All of the staff have been incredibly nice and friendly and we feel extremely lucky to have such nice teachers! They
are always very engaging with the children and are constantly teaching them new things! They often enjoy a walk around the area and the park as well as visiting the local museums! I would highly recommend Queensberry Nursery to anyone looking at nurseries as the childcare that they provide is outstanding!

I couldn’t be happier with Queensberry Nursery! My son has been attending for a year and it feels like a second home to him. The carers are beyond fantastic, genuinely loving. It is so good to know your child is in the best hands while you are at work. They definitely know what they do and how to manage/adapt
to every situation. The rooms and space is great – large and packed full of wonderful things for the children to explore at their own pace. I love that they play outside in the fresh air every day (weather permitting). Daily feedback from the key carers is very good, they really care about children’s learning and development and ensure parents are involved. The new website where pictures/comments and development of our child is tracked is so nice, especially in this Covid environment where parents aren’t allowed in. Many thanks from the heart for all your hard work, love, dedication, patience to my son and most importantly making every day a fun environment to go to!

Queensberry Nursery was the best choice for our son! The staff are always extremely motivated, kind and passionate in their work, combining warmth, drive, lead and creativeness to organise their classes. Our son attended pre-prep class, where we feel he is happy and ready to step up to the “big school”
next term. We confidently feel that the teachers are extremely caring to their pupils and proud of their achievements. We witness how they always go the extra mile as they strive to improve and diversify their teaching, making it fun and engaging, preparing new activities or spending time to plan and discuss with the parents, their childrens’ progress and well-being, with genuineness and competence. The kids also spend a good deal of time outdoors, often varying destinations between the few parks and gardens in the proximity. They also take advantage of the vicinity to the many fantastic museums, where the kids can learn whilst having fun. Thank You Queensberry Nursery.

Current Review Score: 9.0 (9.027)

Overview of Review Score

The Review Score of 9.0 (9.027) out of 10 for Queensberry Nursery is based on a) the Average Rating and b) the number of positive Reviews.

  1. The Average Rating is 5.0 out of 5 from 6 Reviews in the last 24 months.
  2. The score for the number of positive Reviews is 4.1 out of 5 from 6 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Day Nursery is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 4.958 for Queensberry Nursery is calculated as follows: ( (69 Excellents x 5) + (3 Goods x 4) ) ÷ 72 Ratings = 4.958
  2. 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5'). The 4.069 Points relating to the number of positive Reviews for Queensberry Nursery is based on 6 positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as per below:

The 5 points available are broken down as follows:

    1. 4 points are available for the first 10 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months; 3 points for the first Positive Review, and then 0.125 Points for each of the next four Positive Reviews and then 0.1 Points for the next five Positive Reviews. (1st = 3.000, 2nd = 0.125, 3rd = 0.125, 4th = 0.125, 5th = 0.125, 6th = 0.100, 7th = 0.100, 8th = 0.100, 9th = 0.100, 10th = 0.100) 3 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.1 = 3.6
    2. 1 point is available for the number of Positive Reviews reaching 20% of the number of registered child places in the last 24 months. If this number is partially reached, then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Day Nursery registered for a maximum of 50 child places has to reach 10 Positive Reviews to receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews it will receive 0.7 points. 20% of the 64 number of registered child places is 12.8. 6 Positive Reviews ÷ 12.8 = 0.469
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Day Nursery does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
