My son started in May, and I was really concerned about how he would be.
The nursery have been amazing with him, he struggles with people in general and doesn't like certain foods, juice cups etc. However, after a week of clinging to my legs and screaming the nursery down when being dropped off, he
now opens his arms to whoever answers the door, goes straight in for a cuddle and I don't even get so much as a wave goodbye. More like can you go now Mum look from him.
They are good with his eating and will give him biscuits he doesn't eat dinner, they spent time moving him onto their drinking cups. After 6 weeks of being there he adores the staff and goes to them with zero issues. He always comes out happy and always gets excited to go....which speaks for itself.
Any issues I have had, which is just me being a fussy mum, have been rectified by the next morning.

My son started three weeks ago. So I can only be as honest as I can so far. My son has extreme amounts of energy and needs to learn to make friends. I have been worried about him starting as this will be his 5th setting and he’s had to leave his last childminders! He isn’t the perfect child but the
difference that it has made for him is amazing. Very informative staff and daily handovers. Fantastic communication, friendly and passionate to help my son progress before starting school and personal milestones. So far so good.

The best nursery. My little girl settled in very quickly, the staff are fantastic. My little girl really looks forward to coming to the nursery. She’s always coming home telling me all the different activities they have been doing and has so much fun. Staff are chatty and friendly, they give you lots
of feedback on pick up and are very flexible with changing hours. Couldn’t ask for better key workers for my daughter. I have recommended to friends and family that all have children there now too.

My son attends the nursery for almost a year. I am happy and satisfied with the service provided. Ladies give an update every day after my son is picked up.
My 4 years old boy likes going to the nursery and build a friendly relationship with everybody. I highly recommend it.

My daughter attends Clarence House 4 days a week during school hours and absolutely loves it! She is encouraged and built up in her character and learning too. I love their approach to learning and discovering through play which is perfect for her age. Developmentally she is quite advanced for her age,
but she is still challenged and encouraged to learn more. Her care/consideration for other young children have grown since attending and I can clearly see she is taught good manners and to share well etc.. I would happily recommend Clarence House to any other parent looking for a day nursery. The staff are very helpful with any concerns, they are flexible with changing hours etc, overall I'm very happy!

After both my girls attending this nursery, I was disgusted to pick up my 2-year-old and for her to be in soaking wet clothes. When asked why she was left in wet clothes the manager and member of staff was more than aware of the situation and still didn’t change her. She had a nappy change 40 mins before
my arrival to which the manager said to the member of staff I thought you changed her. I was not happy about the fact they neglected to change her clothes in weathers of 4 degrees. When phoning to complain the next day the manager assured me it would be investigated and that she was aware my daughter was wet at lunchtime! Which is around 11 am! She was left in wet clothes all Day! Which is horrific!
My oldest daughter kept complaining that another child had hurt her and when asking about this situation they basically called my daughter a liar because the cameras didn’t pick anything up, bearing in mind they don’t cover the whole nursery. Wouldn’t recommend if you care about your child.

My little boy has been at Clarence House since he was 9 months old, a year ago now. He has come on in leaps and bounds thanks to the wonderful dedication, nurturing and teaching from the superb staff at the nursery.
They spend time getting to know the kids, their likes, dislikes and their strengths
and weaknesses. They then ensure they focus on these areas to improve and learn.
The staff are always happy to help and support families when needed. They really are a great place for your little ones. I couldn't recommend them enough.

My daughter attended Clarence House day nursery for a short period and unfortunately had to leave because of a change in family circumstance. My daughter loved attending, she had a great bond with all of the lovely staff within her room and settled in so quickly. The manager is very friendly and always
happy to help and take comments on board. Throughout her time here we joined a nursery trip. My daughter made friends quickly and always came home happy and talking positive about her day, showing me her artwork she had completed. A diary was filled in daily to let me know what she had been up to as well as verbal feedback during pick up. The food provided is of a high standard and the care is great. Generally a lovely setting.

I cannot praise the nursery and the staff enough. I genuinely think it must be the best nursery. I am more than happy to leave my son each morning, knowing he is going to have a fun packed day. The staff are so kind and caring, my son loves every member and has a wonderful relationship with his key
worker.
Each evening when I pick him up I get feedback as to what has he been doing and anything particularly interesting that he has done during the day. A wonderful addition is they have a website which I can log onto and get regular updates and pictures of activities that my son has done. My son looks forward to seeing his “friends” each day and he has learnt so much, it is wonderful watching him grow and knowing that he is loving his nursery environment.
Thank you to the staff for their continued hard work and helping my little man make lots of wonderful memories with his “friends” as what he likes to call nursery.

My son has attended this nursery for 16 months and has transitioned from the toddler room to preschool. His confidence has developed greatly and he made some wonderful friends.
The staff are all very caring and have the child's best interests at heart.
The nursery provide good balanced meals and snacks
which the children seem to enjoy.
All areas of development are considered and the children have the choice to explore each area as a free flow system is used.
I am very happy to leave my son in the care of the staff at Clarence House and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a childcare setting.

This is a fairly small nursery compared to others and that is why we chose it. It means that the staff have a close bond to the child and you can see that in the way they talk about the child and the child talks about the staff. Great detail is given when you pick them up, and they always do a lot in
the short time they are there. My child loves it and has learnt so many different things, he surprises me daily with what he has been taught.
I can't fault the staff at all.

My child has settled into nursery so well and enjoys going and being a part of the setting. He gets on really well with staff and they are always there to offer a cuddle when he needs it. He has developed immensely since starting in September and continues to grow and learn.
I’d recommend this nursery
to any parents looking for childcare. I’m very happy I found somewhere that offers flexible hours with lovely staff.

A brilliant nursery, my son loves it, he’s learnt so much. We’ve had a few difficulties with his speech and the nursery team have worked with my son and he’s making so much progress. He’s learning something new every day he’s there!
Thank you so much.

I enrolled my little one shortly after their first birthday as I wanted them to learn social skills and get involved in activities I couldn't offer.
I considered lots of local nurseries but after viewing a few I decided on Clarence House. My LO has thrived here, I have never once regretted my decision.
The relationships built with staff and children has been lovely to witness. This nursery never feels like a 'business', I feel that my LO is truly cared about and my LO clearly feels the same. I highly recommend.
