The payment system is straightforward and hassle-free. We also want to highlight the new bell system is fantastic! Although we've had some minor issues in the past, the nursery seemed open and committed to finding resolutions. Overall, we're extremely happy with the nursery and would highly recommend it to any parent looking for a safe, nurturing, and well-organized environment for their child.

A very good nursery that has impacted and improved my daughter in a positive way. Since she started the nursery her confidence has increased and she has learnt so much. I will recommend it to anyone who is interested.

This nursery is amazing! Every teacher is a star! They care about the children. My daughter loves to go there every time. They provide hot lunch, which is important for me too. Will definitely recommend it.

Tops made going back to work much easier when she was 8.5 months. They really got to know my daughter and what makes her tick. They're always friendly and the whole team from admin to nursery staff are really good communicators.

It is really easy to book in shifts around my working hours and keep track of everything from booking and invoices to what they have been doing throughout the day through the app.

Our experience of Tops Day Nurseries: Devonport from September - now has been exceptional. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, my daughter who is quiet and shy, felt at ease within a few days. She is always telling me how much she loves her new nursery and all her teachers! As a parent, I have no concerns about leaving her in their care. The staff are always happy to help. We love seeing her photos with the observations they take throughout her session. She's growing in confidence and making some lovely friendships.

My son has been going from a baby now he is 2 years old and has come a long way. Love getting the updates on the days he is in with pictures. It's lovely that he gets to have fancy food and be part of a sustainability-focused environment. When it's time for him to start school he going to have such a head start. Can't fault the staff and the times the nursery opens and closes it's been really flexible for me and now working parents get funding from the government. The price is really affordable. The admin staff are really helpful and send lots of emails to parents keeping people up-to-date and the management seems to be doing an amazing job with fresh ideas and high standards.

I feel lucky to have found this setting for my daughter!

Really good nursery, my one-year-old seems to be thriving, which is great and has made lots of friends. We did have an issue, which was nappy rash related but after a discussion regarding his more frequent nappy changes, the issue and rashes have been resolved. The staff are wonderful and give me lots of information during the handover. The pathway into the nursery needs to be maintained as a lot of overgrown bushes, a canopy would be nice for when parents are waiting in bad weather as the inside area is on the smaller side.

She always looks forward to going to nursery and recognises most of the staff when she sees them. We always look forward to the activity updates we receive, and are very happy with the care and support the team at Tops Day, Devonport provide.

My little girl has been in Tops Day Nursery, Devonport since she was three months old and is now two. She has such a lovely relationship with everyone in the nursery and she is so happy to go in the mornings, she runs in with a smile on her face. She has made so much progress and they always keep me up to date with how she's doing, whether that be at the door on a daily basis or through reports on the parent's app. We get observations regularly to see what she has been up to throughout the day. Staff are so friendly and approachable and I wouldn't send my daughter anywhere else. She has acquired a good range of vocabulary and learnt to be independent where necessary through nursery and these skills she now uses at home. If I ever had another child I would definitely send them here.

My daughter has come into her own since starting here. She's always excited to go, loves all the staff members and comes home happy after her day. The staff have always been really supportive of the whole family if we have encountered any issues in our lives. My daughter eats so well at nursery and usually ends up getting a second helping because she enjoyed the food so much. She loves all the activities that she gets to do here and as we don't have a garden at home, she gets to enjoy all the outside space.

I can’t praise the staff at Tops Day Nurseries: Devonport Nursery enough. My two nearly three-year-old son is thriving here, all thanks to them. He’s always excited to go to nursery. His speech has improved leaps and bounds, they had really taken into consideration the particular help my son needs and gives him the one to one time to work with him. The cold and warm meal time options are top marks. There are always fantastic group activities. I love seeing the pictures and reading the description of what the staff are monitoring, such as the fine and gross motor skills shared on the app, this is such a nice touch. I feel like we have hit the jackpot with these girls. Thank you for all of your care and attention.

Our daughter (3) has been going to Tops Day Nurseries: Devonport Nursery for just over a year now and she absolutely loves it. We couldn’t be happier with our choice of nursery. The staff have always been wonderful, and kind. I was nervous at first to send our daughter to nursery during the pandemic but the staff have been amazing throughout. Our daughter is always happy to go to nursery and always comes out having had a nice day. We couldn’t recommend the nursery more!

My eldest daughter has been attending this setting for over two years and now my youngest has started, they both enjoy their time in nursery and do a wide range of activities including forest school. The meals and snacks they are given are always healthy and the staff are all brilliant and really care. They are flexible with times to 15 minutes which is really great for my working day as it’s not always 9-5!

The staff are amazing. After moving my daughter here from another nursery, they made her feel comfortable, welcome and well supported through this transitioning period. She comes away happy, telling me all about her day. Which as a parent is a massive thing as you want nothing more than your children to be happy. The nursery is clean, tidy and has alot of resources and outside garden space.

Tops days nursery is been great for my son, I was a bit anxious when first I had to return to work but seen how he enjoys going to nursery make me feel at ease. He has developed so much since starting at tops days. He has never cry once I drop him and he always is happy to see the staff there. The Nursery Practitioner is great and does a fantastic job, and the Manager always makes my little one smile. They are doing a good job. Very recommended.

This has been a great setting for my two children. Staff are friendly and caring to the children and you can tell they enjoy their jobs. The setting itself is clean and has good indoor and outdoor facilities as well as lots of toys for the children to use. Staff are supportive and informative towards parents and there are lots of developmental schemes to help children (potty training, teeth brushing etc). Healthy meals with lots of variety and served to the children throughout the day. There is an excellent positive atmosphere at the nursery and this goes a long way in preparing children for school.

Tops Day nursery Devonport has had such an amazing impact on my 2-year-old son. Before starting nursery, I was worried about his development, merely communications and problem solving, but since December (when he started), he has developed so much, to the point I am no longer worried. The management, admin and staff have all been so welcoming and reassuring, and I can see how much my son loves being there. This is due to the brilliant effort, care and attention of the whole team.
