Lovely staff amazing manager and great services
My son has been going to Kindred since he was 1year 5 months and he s just graduated now ready for the next step to Big School. The support and love my little one received there is priceless. He will definitely miss the staff and the friends he made,
and I will miss going to work without feeling anxious or worried and knowing he is well cared for.The manager has done wonders since she started and you can see her passion, how close she is to all kids and the positive impact she has on the whole team. A huge thanks to you all at Kindred Harlow for your passion and dedication to the little ones

My girl loves coming here and has a great bond with the teachers in her room. She has come on so much recently all thanks to all the learning at Kindred. Communication has changed significantly between nursery and parent since the new manager started!

Absolute chaos, staffing turn over is appalling, current senior team do not deal with complaints appropriately and have no parental relationships.
Childs medication wasn't given, children running around doing as they please even if that puts the safety of the other children at risk. My children attended
from 2020-2023 where the nursery was rated outstanding, following on from an incident at the nursery, it was downgraded from an outstanding to a good with 3 recommendations less than 3 years after the inspection which got them an outstanding. A lot of the long term staff have now left, leaving the nursery with mostly new faces and inexperienced staff where children and my child came into the setting not knowing who the staff were let alone a key worker assigned to each individual child. The setting doesn't even hold the standards it use to let alone the management, would avoid.

My little one joined when he turned 3 and now he is about to 'graduate'. I had a few options closer to our home but they didn't feel right. When I was shown around the Kindred nursery I absolutely loved the environment they provide for the little ones. They have a lot of activities to get them working
together, exploring, experiencing and learning. I could leave my son there with peace of mind. I will definitely miss this when he starts school.
There is a lot of love in this nursery!

Since my child has been her, there has been a massive improvement with her socialisation skills with other children and adults. The adults are all friendly and take such good care of my little one. When I first viewed the nursery, it had such a warm kind environment. It’s not only her socialisation
skills that have improved, so much else has! But if I wrote all of that I’d be writing all day. She loves it there so much, she walks to the leisure centre and knows where she needs to go. It has been so nice to see her change from a newly crawling baby to a nearly stable walker in the past 8 months. I also love the online system and that every now and then I can see what she’s up to and read her termly reports on my phone. I could not fault this nursery one bit.

The nursery staff have really helped reduce our anxiety about having our first child in daycare. They provide a lot of detailed updates on children's progress and how their day was and their safeguarding procedures appear robust. They go to great lengths to develop fun learning activities for the children.
The food offered is varied and our child enjoys it. Overall we are happy with the choice we made for our child with Kindred Harlow.

Despite this not being a large nursery and they do not have a large outdoors, but they make it all work and come up with different activities every day. I like that every Monday they have a music lady (as I call her) come in who brings in lots of musical instruments for children, they sing and dance,
on Wednesdays they have football/rugby activities. There have been changes in management and the current two top ladies are amazing, very attentive, receptive to feedback, involved and approachable. My boy was in a different nursery and then we moved to Harlow, so he started at Kindred in January, staff were very accommodating as he was settling in. Overall really happy with our choice. He has plenty of opportunities to be active and creative, his language continues to develop well and they all had a trip to the local library. It feels that management and staff really care about the children and I feel confident leaving my boy there.

Lovely nursery. Very friendly staff and nice atmosphere. My son has lots of fun. He gets a lot of support and is learning new things. He loves the music sessions they have. I appreciate all the observations we get. It is great to be able to see what he was doing and how much he enjoys himself. I find
the nursery to be well organised and best for communications. I never previously experienced such a good email and online portal system in my son's previous nursery and in my daughter's one when she was smaller. I also found that the staff members are very professional and do not make anything difficult. I can peacefully go to work or do other things and I never worry about my son like I did before we changed the nursery to Kindred.

Wonderful nursery, my little girl attended for 3 years and my little boy has been attending for almost a year. They both love/loved coming here. Staff are amazing, attentive and really helpful. Puts my mind at rest knowing my children are really happy when coming to nursery!

My son has been going to Kindred since he was 9 months old. Whatever stage he’s going through all the staff are very supportive. If we are ever unsure of anything we speak to management who always make time to speak to us. My son's key worker is excellent and always updates me with nap time, food eaten
etc. My son went through a stage of crying at drop off but after speaking to the staff they came up with ideas like a sticker chart to help my son going in and it worked. I feel they always will go the extra mile for children and parents. I would highly recommend Kindred.

My son has been going for over 2 years now and he has come on so well since joining. The staff are very attentive and my son has formed some lovely relationships with them. The activities are very creative and they have some wonderful activities for whatever may be going on at each time of the year.
They seem to be getting the transition to school started which is really great. Thank you so much for everything you do.

I could not be happier with the service provided to my 2 babies since they joined Kindred. My son, who is now in preschool, has come such a long way, he used to be shy but now with the help of the fantastic staff, he has boosted his confidence. I am so very proud of him. My baby girl only joined the
baby/tots room in November and she is already so used to the lovely staff. Thank you for helping me raise independent kids who are kind, social and caring. You all are amazing!

2 of my children go here, one in preschool and the other in baby/tots since February 2022. Nice nursery with great staff. The activities are always creative and well-planned. Wide selection of things for them to explore and learn.

We have our daughter at the nursery now having previously seen our son develop really well here before he moved onto school. Our daughter is receiving equally fantastic care and learning, and she never feels hesitant about going in. When we collect her she's always busily playing or exploring and is
very tired and messy...which is a great sign! The staff seem to strike up great relationships with the children and are attentive and caring. My wife and I also really appreciate the flexibility offered by the management when we require extra days or half days. We highly recommend Kindred Harlow and it's excellent that their Ofsted rating now truly reflects the service they offer. Outstanding!

My son has been at Kindred since January 2022, he’s very happy there and always comes home happy. The staff are lovely and always very helpful. The children get assigned a key worker who takes extra time and care with their assigned children to ensure they are getting all their needs met.

My daughter loves her time at nursery. This is her 2nd year as she’s in preschool. All the staff are absolutely fantastic and especially the management team as they are amazing always going the extra mile to help with all our needs. The thing I love most is the genuine feel of being one big family.

My daughter has been coming since September 3rd, 2021. The nursery is absolutely fantastic, the staff are very friendly and welcoming my daughter is always so happy when she has been to school and tells me about her day and her friends. She is only 2 but has come on brilliant and her speech is coming
on leaps as well. 1000% recommend this nursery to anyone.

If this number is partially reached, then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Day Nursery registered for a maximum of 50 child places has to reach 10 Positive Reviews to receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews it will receive 0.7 points. 20% of the 40 number of registered child places is 8, which has been reached with 24 Positive reviews. Points = 1
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Day Nursery does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
