Kids Planet Burbage

Reggie started here in September and from the reports and conversations with staff at pick up, Reggie has gained in confidence. He is very happy playing with others, which you can see when it comes to pick up he seems very happy to be within that environment. The staff members are very good at keeping you informed and updated how your child is doing. Very good with listening and understanding if you have any concerns. Love seeing the photos they upload of your child showing what they've done that day or that week.

The nursery have been very accommodating with my numerous emails and phone calls when I'm having a panic about my children starting and how they will settle. They have accommodated additional settling in sessions and at short notice! They have also provided us with a home kit with photos of the nursery and staff, and books, so my children can feel familiar with the setting. I've looked at numerous nurseries and this is the only one I've felt comfortable sending my children too.

He has food allergies and I love that he gets to enjoy the same food as the other children, just with alternative ingredients. The food is incredible and he eats like a horse when at nursery. It's definitely the best nursery to help him grow and flourish.

I absolutely love the nursery my child has been going since he was 4 months old now 16 months old and thriving. I wish I was keeping him there but having to move him in September due to opening times and it's our of the way. Otherwise I love the forest school element and that it is a smaller setting. It means all the staff know my little boy and myself

My daughter loves going nursery. Looking forward to see how further she develops when she starts Pre-school in a couple of weeks

My son started his settling in sessions at 7 months old, I was worried because he was so young how he would get on, but he absolutely loved it. The build up of sessions was enough for me to feel confident leaving him when he came to start full days. The staff working with my son are all so friendly and answer any questions I may have and make me feel at ease. It's also nice how staff who work in different rooms pay attention to him. I am so happy I chose kids planet.

Both of my young son's have attended Kids Planet Burbage since April and they have both settled in really well. My partner and I have been very impressed with the level of feedback on an evening from both the baby and toddler rooms. We love that both of our boys have supervised access to the same garden so that they can see each other whilst also carrying out their separate class activities with their friends. The staff are very caring and enthusiastic and carry out regular observations and assessments on our children's progress. The nursery also provides formula, milk, nappies and 3 freshly cooked meals a day which always include healthy snacks. I definitely would recommend Kids Planet Burbage for any other parents looking for a great nursery!

Kids Planet Burbage provides great care for my child. He always has such a good day when he is there, and comes away in a great mood. They are always ready to comfort my child in the morning as he does struggle with drop offs sometimes. Love how they get outside in all weathers. Great nursery

I have nothing but positive things to say about Kids Planet Burbage. The staff from the baby room, tots, toddlers and pre-school are fantastic. They always greet us with a smile on their face and are always happy to answer and support with any questions. The managers are always so helpful and approachable and communicate upcoming events with regular monthly newsletters. The children are provided with healthy home cooked meals and my son is always happy playing when I pick him up at the end of the day!

Overall positive experience. Transparency on pricing continues to be a challenge and no clear justification for multiple price increases in quick succession. Preschoolers suffer from over subscription now in the younger years and have been pushed into the oldest and most tired resources. Updates on the app are sporadic, very few pictures compared to previously, and these are often weeks after the event so lose the opportunity to have a conversation with child about it

Such a great nursery in every aspect. The management and staff cannot do enough for my son who has high care needs; they all genuinely care about him and nothing is too much trouble. He loves his days at nursery and is always so happy to be there. Can't rate Kids Planet Burbage highly enough

We have been using Kids Planet for both of our daughters since they were 1. The staff look after them as if they were their own and I really couldn't ask for more. I strongly believe it is the warm, caring staff that make this particular nursery so brilliant.

Overall I'm so glad I selected this nursery for my son, the staff are so friendly and informative, my son loves the nursery and staff also and I feel so comfortable knowing he's in their safe hands. The app is also great for updates during the day etc.

I absolutely love this nursery, all of the girls are great and so welcoming. I've never worried about dropping my daughter off as I always know she's in good hands with staff who are kind, friendly and supportive and I would recommend this nursery to anyone.

The staff at Kids Planet are brilliant. They should be paid more for the quality of care they are able to give to the children. I'm glad that the staffing levels have finally increased for them to be able to do their job to the level and standard they aim for. This increase in staffing levels has been reflected in the happiness that my child now goes into nursery, which I do not feel is a coincidence. Thanks again!

Since attending nursery my child has overcome some challenges, I am a firm believer that the encouragement and social engagement he receives are fundamental to his development. Not only do they support my child but I too feel supported. They have engaged with external specialists, attended physio sessions and worked fantastically with our Portage worker. Our child comes home tired, messy and happy! Thank you!

All of the staff we have dealt with are friendly, helpful and excellent with the children. The range of activities and experiences on offer are great and really help the children to thrive and grow. We don’t worry at all about our son when he is at nursery, we know he is safe and happy and that is a credit to the staff who work there.
