Heaton nursery is amazing. My son has attended since 6m old and is now almost 10 and will be continuing to stay until 11. They have built a really good bond with my son and myself and partner. My son has some medical issues in the past that they have helped with changing doets and medication when needed. Any issues i may have had they have delt with fast and with respect. My son loves going to daycare and misses it when he does not go in. I would love to thank all my sons carers and all the others for taking amazing care of my son. Recommend 100%

My daughter attends this nursery at the moment. The staff are so caring and follow my daughter's routine, they feedback daily on my daughter's day and her next steps. The staff in the baby unit are very passionate about what they do and take great care with all of the children. My daughter loves going to nursery and gets excited when we arrive. I highly recommend this nursery.

My daughter attends this setting, staff are very passionate about what they do and have a lot of experience with children. They provide a friendly environment at all times, the handovers by staff provide all information in depth about my daughter's day which is very useful to me, what they have observed, and next steps. My child loves going here and gets excited when seeing familiar key persons, I would recommend this nursery to any family or friends.

Just because a nursery is rated safe by Ofsted doesn’t mean it is, staff were not keeping an eye on my daughter. Picked my daughter up on one occasion with a massive gash wound on her head, she was only 17 months at the time. The nursery has no cameras to investigate this and staff could say anything. I honestly believe this place and the staff responsible are sickening. Take my advice, no, no, no.

My little Grandson goes to this nursery and he loves it! The staff are extremely warm and friendly and let you know what he has done throughout the day with enthusiasm. The staff and management are passionate about caring for children. The rooms are light and large with plenty to do. I would fully recommend this Nursery. I always feel welcome as a grandparent and they keep my daughter up to date with his learning through the parent app.

My little one was with Bridges until the start of reception. Staff are friendly and my little one loved going to the nursery every time.

I have placed my 18 month old little boy in the baby room in this nursery. The staff are very friendly and always listen to the needs that I ask them to do. When I pick my little boy up, they always give me a detailed description as to what he has been up to, what he has eaten and what his nappies have been. They tell me the activities he has taken part in during the day. If he is ever feeling unwell at the nursery, I get a phone call so that I can pick him up. I would highly recommend this nursery to any of my friends or family who are looking for childcare for their children.

I recently visited this nursery with my partner whilst looking for a place for our baby when I return to work. We were very impressed with the warm friendly atmosphere and the helpful and knowledgeable staff. The nursery is lovely with lots of things going on, the children all seemed happy and busy having fun. The menus look good and I loved the fact you got a little sheet each day with observations and photos of what your child had been doing during the day. The staff made us feel welcome and less anxious about leaving our child, they were able to offer us the flexibility we needed which was fantastic. We can't wait for my child to start!

My son has been attending this nursery for over 2 years now - the staff here are fantastic! The activities they do with the children are fantastic too! Such as soft play, walks, singing at the library. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone! My son loves it there!

My eldest little boy has been attending The Bridges Nursery from the age of 8months old he has been looked after to a high standard right through the nursery, his development was amazing. When he started school he was able to do all his basics this was with a lot of help from the staff at The Bridges. He now attends the out of school club within The Bridges Nursery and he enjoys doing all the activities, all the staff are amazing everyone is always welcoming. I've also not long went back to work after having my second child who is now 10months old, he has been attending The Bridges for the last month he has settled really well. Staff have made me feel relaxed and happy to leave him while I go to work making something difficult a lot easier. Thanks to everyone at The Bridges Nursery school for all your hard work.

Excellent nursery, staff are fab with kids and feedback is given after each session. The improvement in my son since he started a few months back it amazing! It is handy how they use social media frequently and can be easily contacted. Couldn’t recommend this nursery enough!

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and I couldn’t have got through half of my child’s meltdowns without them. They have been an absolute godsend, I would recommend the nursery to anyone. All the staff are like family.

Staff are pleasant and friendly, excellent communication and able to contact them anytime. Have a wide range of activities for the children who are there full time, after school and during the school holidays.

Fabulous nursery, every staff member knows my child by name, not just his key workers. Couldn’t be happier with the care provided.

All staff ensure all children are safe and happy, good interface between staff and parents and all children treated equally too. A good range of trips out and excursions too for children of all ages. My children are very happy there.

The nursery is very warm and welcoming. I was very apprehensive when I decided to put my son in a nursery but the managers and staff made me feel at ease immediately. It’s very relaxed and they’re so attentive to my sons needs. Daily reports are done for him and I trust the staff. Such a lovely place!
