My son has been there since age 1. He is always happy to go in the morning and does not want to leave at the end of his session. The nursery is clean and provides healthy, fresh meals for my son, which was a very important point for me when I chose him this place. The staff are kind and well-trained,
and they always help me if I have any questions. They use an app which gives me live information about him, what he ate and how much, diaper changes etc. Really happy with them!

The best review I can give is that my child loves going to nursery, he runs to the door every morning when he sees it. The staff are always warm and nurturing and I can see from how my son is with them that he experiences them as people he trusts and knows look after him. Staff and management are always
friendly and communicative. It does have a smaller layout and less space than some nurseries but that is what comes with being in London and charging reasonable fees when compared to other nurseries, and in some ways, it is nice the children can easily see the different "rooms" they'll move into as they grow. My son is very happy here, and that makes me very happy with the nursery.

Very happy and satisfied.
My 3rd child is attending this nursery now never had any issues or complaints reason why my other 2 kids attending this nursery and now my 3rd one is going.
He has learned a lot and gained confidence.

I am overall very satisfied with Little Eve's. My 3-year-old son has been attending it for a little over a year and loves it there! He is so happy going in and never wants to leave when it is time to go. I feel comfortable knowing how much he thrives there. His speech has improved significantly and

My son has been there for a year. Excellent staff and very nice, the staff are very caring and also happy to help with everything. They have supported me and my son in every form. I'm very happy with all their services and always very clear on what's happening.

My daughter comes here at Little Eve's Nursery since she was 18 months up to the present (30 months now) and she loves it! The staff are nice and friendly. She is very jolly and lively after finishing her nursery sessions. Staff are very accommodating and professional. My daughter is getting more confident
and independent. I am surprised by how knowledgeable she is, this is because of the efforts of the teachers and staff. Thank you for looking after our kids.

I thought this nursery was a nice place with nice professional teachers until today. It took me a long time to trust this nursery and let my son go. After a lot of effort, building up trust and finally, my son bonded with some teachers in there. My trust was broken when I got to see the true colours
of the Manager. I was disrespected, shouted at, and patronised by her because my son dragged me in screaming inside the nursery. The reason that happened was because apart from hello nobody made any effort to help me to get him inside. He was supposed to have a key teacher greet him and try to get him to come in but all this was left to me to deal with. I was stressed out and I didn't know what to do. Then I get embarrassed and talk down to with lots of disrespect. I didn't allow it so I stood up for my rights and told her how I felt. The owner and the manager are both very ignorant, unprofessional and very patronising. I took my son out ASAP. They challenged me for more arguments, that's how professional they are.

We can only apologise to you again, as we had done repeatedly on the day, if you had felt in anyway disrespected or patronised by myself or any staff member. But as explained to you at the time and previously on several occasions at great length, we were unable to acquiesce to your numerous demands and requests due to rigorous health and safety measures which have been in place for some time around extra foot fall within the Nursery which has a knock on effect and added risk to the children in our care, especially as the Omicron Variant is taking hold within the borough.
We are very sad to see your son leave as he had become an important member of the class, but wish you success in finding a nursery which will suit your needs.

My son goes to Little Eve's Nursery since the end of 2019 new. All the staff there warmly welcomed my boy.
He has special needs and the staff are doing a great job in helping him participate, learn and enjoy time with other kids. They are truly involved in my son development. They are in constant
contact with my son's Speech and Language Therapist, SEND teacher and other specialists. They also did some trainees to understand and help him progress. My son is happy in this nursery and loves the staff and the kids are very kind to him. When I leave my son there I know they will take care of him. He did a lot of progress in terms of speech and moving around even his doctors are amazed by his positive improvements. We recently moved to another Borough and he still goes to Little Eve's ( 6miles from our new home). We don't want to change because we know we will never find a nursery little this one. I would like to thank the staff for doing an amazing job!

My son is very happy at Little Eve's. He enjoys every day there as he is well looked after with each day filled with fun activities. I get a good handover when I/or his dad collect him at the end of each day.
The staff are well trained and caring. He eats well there, and his language skills and confidence
have improved greatly.

I extremely recommend Little Eve's Nursey to all parents and carers. I use to have my son there for 3 years since he was one year old and now I am happy for my daughter to go this year. I can't describe how lovely and welcome the environment is.
I was so impressed with the level of care my child receives
at Little Eve's Nursery. They have been very kind and have helped my child settle quickly. The daily feedback at end of the day is great. It is always nice to see what he has been doing during the day. There is good communication between home and nursery, verbal feedback being very useful.
My son always leaves very happy and enjoyed his daily activities and enjoyed his meals.
They provide a very interesting menu, freshly cooked using a range of foods to encouraged my son to have healthy eating choices.
I want to thank all the staff for the amazing support and care my son had received and my daughter will receive.

This is the most amazing nursery, my son has attended for a year now. He has developed so much and the staff are very welcoming and take great care of my son. When I was looking for a nursery I viewed many but Little Eve's nursery was by far the best. Thank you.

The nursery has an open plan layout with an outside space for the children to play.
Especially now with covid restriction prohibiting parents from entering the nursery, it's nice to be able to see into the nursery and briefly watch my child during drop off or pick up in the parents designated area.
The
super friendly staff go out of their way to make your life easier within their limits. As long as you are upfront and communicate with the team, a solution to any problem can always be found.
I will be sad when my son leaves for primary school.

Both of my children have been at Little Eve's (1 still in) and I have always had a positive experience to date.


The staff truly care and management are very responsive to their needs. My son is autistic with speech and language delays and the nursery have worked with myself and speech and language

therapist to support his needs at nursery (with positive progression).


Little Eve's is a supportive, caring environment and I would highly recommend.

The communication is poor. They use an app to communicate but they don’t use it consistently so there isn’t much point. Terrible handover at the end of the day.
The food was completely not up to standard. Not varied or nutritious enough. One day my son was served plain rice for lunch, Angel Delight
for pudding and rice and peas for tea. They have menus up but do not follow them at all. They also don’t serve any meat but instead serve processed meat substitutes at most meals. They are regularly given things like biscuits, cakes, chocolate milkshakes, too much junk and not enough healthy options.
They have too much screen time! (Every day at pick up they are watching a screen!)
My son was also bitten by a child and they told me it happened at home at first. There was no incident report done at the time.
My son, who is potty trained reliably had so many accidents there and I believe it is because he was neglected - it doesn’t happen at his new nursery or at home.
Avoid.
