I genuinely couldn't speak more highly of Berkhampstead and the wonderful team there. I was incredibly nervous about sending my daughter to nursery and honestly never thought I'd feel completely comfortable leaving her somewhere, knowing she was safe, happy, noticed and genuinely cared for. But Berkhampstead has given me exactly that feeling. The team know my daughter so well - her little personality, her quirks, what makes her laugh and when she might need a little extra reassurance. She is truly seen as an individual and cared for as such. The change in her since starting has been incredible. She has grown so much in confidence and independence and genuinely loves going. Seeing her get excited to walk through the doors means everything to me. As a mum, knowing your child is with people who genuinely care about them is priceless. Thank you to the whole team for making what was initially one of my biggest worries into something I now feel incredibly grateful for. We love you Berky!

My daughter has been at this nursery since she was 1 and is now nearly 3! She absolutely loves it there as do we. All staff know her name and her character personally, she often leaves in the evening by hugging everyone and blowing them kisses! The team are amazing and so helpful whenever we need to add an extra day or speak to them about a situation. The food is fantastic, the app is constantly updated and the support she is gets is just brilliant. She has come on leaps and bounds in her speech, physical and emotional needs. We never feel rushed picking her up and always get a one on one chat about her day. Cannot recommend this nursery enough!

We absolutely love being part of Berkhampstead CK. Our son moved from another setting and we have been staggered by all that is on offer here in comparison. Daily communication as standard. We feel like that staff here really know our son and can tailor activities for his interests. We also love the field trips to the park etc. All the staff are friendly and take time to have conversations with us. We have had a few issues with other children at the nursery and we feel like our concerns were being listened to and they were proactive with solutions to keep our son safe.

Best decision ever to move my daughter here. Everyone is so kind , thoughtful and knowledgeable. From welcoming us in the morning to supporting with additional forms and guidance. Really thankful for the team. .

Possibly the best nursery you can find in Cheltenham! The staff are so wonderful, and the facilities are perfect for all the little children! Theres a great opportunity to get a feel for the primary school, too.

Our daughter is so happy and settled at nursery. All the staff know her name and the setting seems very calm and fun. My daughter (18m) spend a lot of time outside, which we love and she's always so happy to go in in the morning. Staff are also very communicative throughout the day and their daily summaries are great!

My child has been at the Charlton Kings nursery for 18 months now and we could not be happier with how it's gone. She adores the place and the staff, as do we.

We know all the staff by name and every time we collect our child it's a genuine pleasure to see them all.

A smaller intake has helped our youngest grow in confidence exponentially. The facilities have been well thought out and encourage independence where applicable. They continually invest in the children's development and wellbeing. Children are kept engaged on so many levels, I often have to bribe or drag my littlest and eldest away on pickup as they never want to leave! We're always welcomed on drop offs/pick ups and even staff who aren't in my daughter's room will always make an effort to engage with both my children. Credit to all the amazing staff who go above and beyond to create the nurturing environment my daughter is thriving in, and to the brilliant management team who are actively involved, so approachable and kind

Our child is loving the new nursery. It provides an excellent service. The staff are friendly and work hard to look after our young one. I receive frequent updates regarding my child's development on the app. Management have listened to our feedback regarding parking, and we are happy to see changes being made. I highly recommend this nursery.

We are so pleased that we chose Berkhampstead Day Nursery Charlton Kings for our daughter. The management team and nursery room leads and staff are incredibly caring and supportive and the atmosphere at the nursery is like a home from home for the children. The staff clearly spend a great deal of time planning varied activities for the children, often themed around events taking place in the wider world, for example national and international celebrations. The facilities are of a very high standard and very well maintained. The children get to spend lots of time outdoors.

We are so impressed with the Berkhampstead culture and standards that we have enrolled our son into the prep-school from September and we are delighted he can continue his journey with Berkhampstead.

Since starting at Birkhampstead in Jan 25, the change in my 2.5 YO was immediate. He was instantly calmer. The class sizes are small, the staff are attentive and want to do only the best for my boy. They want to work with us on every challenge that we're facing, he's still 2 so there are plenty!! Working with us on his communication, his feelings and emotions, hitting and biting and his eating (he now eats broccoli and cucumber!) As first time parents, they have not only taught my son things but us too. It feels like a family more than a service that you are paying for. My LB has gone from hating drop off and pick up at his old school to skipping in and not wanting to come home at the end of the day. The rooms are thought out for every aspect of the child's day and the activities they do are so fun and varied, we get lots of pics too! They don't spend all day in 1 room, they have a dining room, library, sensory room and an amazing garden. I couldn't recommend this nursery enough!

Great nursery, our little one absolutely loves it and comes back having had an incredible day! The range of activities delivered is amazing and the team keep you perfectly updated with information. All credit to the team and the environment they have created in such a short period of time!

Our little boy recently joined the preschool and we honestly couldn't be happier. He's excited and happy to go in everyday. The daily updates through the App are lovely to see and reassuring of the wonderful time the children are having, The staff are lovely, the managers are a dream team. They have created the perfect blend of both a nurturing and educational environment, in the setting of a beautiful restored building, with great facilities and outside area. Highly recommended. X x

Both my children attended. They are 1 year apart. They had been going to another nursery for 2 years prior. In the 6 months they went to Berkhampstead their jump in development, knowledge, experience and milestones was staggering. They were exposed to many things that only Berkhampstead could offer. They could not have been in a better environment. The team are so attentive and provide excellent reports and daily handovers. They are immense. They understand the needs of the parents too and support the family in many different ways. My kids have never looked back thanks to their experience here.
