Our daughter started here at 12 months and both she and we have been so happy from the start. Excellent communication and response to emails, well structured settling in and she is still so happy to go in 8 months later. The team are very knowledgeable and caring and provide a good range of activities. We will be sad to move up rooms but sure Newts will be just as positive an experience!

My son has been attending this nursery since April 2025, starting in Ducklings and has now moved to Ducks. From the day he started all of the staff at Quackers have been amazing. He comes home after each session so so happy. He has come on leaps and bounds since being at nursery, the staff know exactly what will make him happy and all of his interests. Special mention to his key worker: Ellie, every morning he is so excited to go into nursery to see her. I can not recommend this nursery enough.

The staff at Cygnet have taken the time to really know and understand my children. They remain caring and professional while also enjoying their roles and bringing a sense of fun. They have responded with listening and flexibility whenever there's changes or challenges to adapt to. The hours provided, pricing, food provision, and parking arrangements at the nursery have all been positive in my experience.

Staff are always welcoming, very friendly and approachable. It is clear staff really care for the children and all the children seem happy and content. The nursery is flexible to meet each child's need and they take the time to get to know each child. They complete varied and fun daily activities with the children. I would recommend this nursery based on the caring and kind staff.

I can't recommend Quackers enough. Both my children have attended and my son still does. There is a friendly, relaxed atmosphere and they can't do enough to help and support you. We loved Quackers so much we reserved a place for my son while I was still pregnant to get a space. They are flexible and do some wonderful things with the children.

The baby room is well equipped with several different spaces for the babies. We get thoughtful feedback each day and where we have had any questions they have been answered carefully and promptly. The staff are highly skilled and seem to really enjoy being with the babies in their care.

Quackers is a lovely nursery - they provide a range of enrichment activities that have helped build out our daughter's curiosity and confidence. The staff are brilliant at introducing themselves to the parents and being present with the children so she has familiar faces throughout the day wherever she is. The menu options are brilliant and have been great at introducing her to a variety of new tastes and flavours. While we have a key worker aligned, all the staff treat her with care, empathy and respect. They understand her personality and all bring out her fun, silly side. Handover at the end of the day is comprehensive and we come away feeling like we have participated in her day too.

We love this nursery. Our second child is currently attending and she is thriving. They have many highly experienced staff who give excellent care to the children, and lots of activities for the children to take part in, including visits from mobile farms etc. Can't recommend it highly enough.

My little one absolutely loves going to nursery. The staff are incredible , genuinely caring and so invested in the children's happiness and wellbeing.

It has a lovely family-run feel, and the fact that so many staff have been there for years really shows how much they care.

The outdoor space is fantastic, and there are so many wonderful activities: school plays, sports days, photos, farm visits, parents evenings.

Most mornings my little one runs in without even looking back, which is the best reassurance that he truly loves it there. I'd highly recommend

As a Dutch family, we moved from Belgium to the UK last November. Our son started at Quackers in December, and our daughter, who was born in February, started this month. Our only previous nursery experience was in Belgium, but so far our experience with Quackers has been amazing!

The staff are incredibly helpful, friendly, and flexible. They communicate well about the children's progress and any concerns, especially when there is a contagious illness going around. For our daughter, they took the time to help her settle in properly, which we really appreciate. As a parent, this makes it feel safe and reassuring to bring her there, even though she is only four months old.

Our son loves going to Quackers and happily says hello and goodbye to everyone. The activities vary from day to day, and the food is freshly prepared with a varied three-week menu.

Overall, we are very happy and grateful for the care Quackers provide.

We have had such a positive experience with Quackers. It is always clean, welcoming, and well organised, which gives us peace of mind as parents. The meals provided are excellent, with a great variety of healthy options.

The activities are above and beyond. Something I've never experienced at other nurseries. They have farm visits, P.E with an external company trained to teach children, music, they have caterpillars which they watch grow into butterflies. They've had duck and chicken eggs which they've learnt about and watched hatch. The amount of extra 'activities' is fabulous and the children clearly learn so much from it. My child is always chatting about what she's been doing. Plus the garden is fantastic. So much space for all the children to run around and be themselves. We love Quackers!

After being really apprehensive about my baby going to nursery I can honestly say Quackers have been AMAZING!!!! The staff are fantastic, my baby is super happy there and the attention to detail, the feedback provided, the food they eat, everything is just 10/10! I genuinely couldn't be happier!!! Highly recommend and so glad I chose this nursery!

My son has been attending this nursery for two months now, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. He settled in so quickly and comes home every day full of joy. The teachers are truly wonderful-caring, patient, and dedicated. A special thank-you to Erjona, who looks after him throughout the day. We feel incredibly grateful knowing he is in such good hands. He leaves nursery smiling, and at home he talks about the staff by name, which says everything. He's become such a happy, confident little boy, and that's down to the care, attention, and hard work they put in every single day.

I honestly can't express how happy I am with this nursery. A real gem, right near the centre of town.

We have been with the nursery for about a month and a half. The only reason we are moving is that a nursery closer to our home, which previously had no spaces, is now able to take our daughter. Otherwise, we would have happily kept her in the safe and caring hands of this nursery.

Last but not least we're extremely happy with how the 30 funded hours are allocated in term time - a nice surprise for September!

My son started in February 2025, he loves nursery and has grown in confidence since starting Quackers. He comes home talking about the staff members and activities, and says their names and his friends names in excitement when he knows we are going to nursery. He runs in happly and sometimes it is hard to get him to leave when he is having lots of fun.
