Very pleased overall I can only say that my little one doesn't want to come home after 10 hours spent at preschool and he is excited to go back the next day.

My daughter Ruby has been with Early Years Academy since spring 2024, and we've been impressed ever since. the relationships that the team build with her are everything, and the team go the extra mile to make sure she is settled, loved and looked after every single session. All of the staff are great but particular recognition to Esther, Zoe, Kyla, Sam, Julie & "best sister" Danielle. Highly recommend to anyone looking at bringing their child here

My son goes to the nursery, everything they do for him is beyond expectations. They are very clear with the curriculum that they do the assessments to and are very clear with everything that goes on, seeing all of this leaves me with such confidence with what he is doing when at nursery. The staff are all incredible and very approachable, he has such a good relationship with all of them. He also has food there and the menu that they have is extremely varied and very healthy. Overall I couldn't wish for a better nursery for my son and would highly recommend it as a nursery for anyone else

I can't thank EYA enough for everything they have done for both my daughter and me. From the moment we walked through the doors at the first open day, I knew it was where I wanted her to be.

We bring our son to here full time, the staff and settings are outstanding. Our son Freddy plays and learns so much whilst here and absolutely loves it. Even though he can be difficult at times the staff treats him with such love and patients. We recommend this place to everyone we can

My daughter has came on impeccably since joining the nursery, all of the staff have been lovely and supportive of her journey! Everyday is full of enriching activities and my daughter always has plenty of stories to share.

Since our baby joined earlier this year, the staff at Early Years have made us feel so welcome, and they're all so lovely and friendly. I can't thank Mia and Hannah enough for how much effort they put into making us feel confident our baby is safe and well looked after. We couldn't be happier with them.

My child joined in April 26 and has settled in amazingly despite being unsure being left at first. They are in baby room and the baby room staff set up daily different activities including cloud dough, water play and time in the garden which my child thoroughly enjoys. The nursery also keeps us up to date via the app and a daily handover and it is great to see and hear about how they are developing and how the nursery is working to encourage them.

I couldn't be happier with the care and support my daughter receives at this nursery. The staff are warm, caring, and genuinely invested in each child's development. She has grown in confidence, made wonderful friendships, and always comes home excited to tell us about her day. The activities are engaging and educational, and communication with parents is excellent. It's clear that the team works hard to create a safe, nurturing, and happy environment. I highly recommend this nursery to any family looking for outstanding childcare.

Brilliant nursery, great selection of food for children, staff are friendly, first aid course was very good.

Our daughter is in the pre-school room. The staff are fabulous - supportive, creative, enthusiastic and as proud of our daughter's progress and development as we are. Dietary requirements are considered and the food is great. We love hearing about all the different activities and seeing pictures and write ups on the app which gives us great insight into what our daughter gets up to. We are grateful for the environment the team create which our daughter is excited to go into each day.

Ive had a very positive experiance with this nursery. The staff are very nice and the children are very well looked after. They communicate with parents/guardians openly and they also listen to what we have to say and take what we say on board. The environment has had very positive effects on my nephew and he looks forward to going.

Fabulous nursery, always go above and beyond for my daughter who has additional needs. Staff are knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. The environment is well thought of creating a nurturing enabling environment for all children. The nursery have been flexible and supportive of my daughter and us as a family. They are very inclusive and always offer lots of well being events!

My little boy started at the Early Years Ibstock in May 2025 and it was the best decision putting him with this nursery. All the staff are really good with him and we appreciate you all! We have noticed a lot of improvement with his social skills, physical skills and intellectual skills and a lot of that is down to support from the EYA.

Absolutely amazing nursery, my child is 10 months and started at 8 months, the girls in the baby room are absolutely incredible with her and helping her settle in, she's come on so much these past two months, the baby room is a calming area with various activities for the appropriate age!

My child has been attending nursery since a baby in the baby room. We have loved every minute at nursery. There is never an issue to do anything extra for the children, from art projects to community engagement. The rooms are beautifully laid out for the children to interact with each other and have individual time to explore and build confidence. Transitions between rooms is thoughtful and prioritises the wellbeing and comfort of the child. We highly recommend the nursery and have had nothing but positive experiences with staff and attendance at Early Years Academy Ibstock.

A wonderful nursery that truly cares for the children by following their ideas and interests. The staff are hardworking, dedicated and approachable and you feel a sense of community and belonging. My daughter loves the nursery and she has really strong bonds with staff that know her personality and support her independence.

My son only started in July but has settled so well thanks to the staff. His development has come along + staff involve us as much as possible which is great! The fact he foes straight to them in the morning tells me just how much he enjoys his time at nursery.
