Overall Experience

Our family had recently moved to London from overseas and had settled in Wimbledon and needed a preschool for our 2 kids (boy and girl) aged 1 and 3.

Just like any other parents, we were nervous about enrolling our kids in a new preschool in a new country, Willows started & continued to be fantastic.

Even our son who is naturally cautious and reserved was running excitedly into preschool within a couple of weeks (which never happens).

We were at Willows for 3 months before moving to a different part of London and thus needing to leave Willows, which was a real shame because our kids loved it there. They were always doing activities, or creating things, or going places, and just had so much fun.

I'd consider it luck that we found Willows, but would wholeheartedly recommend Willows to other parents.

Special shoutout to our son's keyworker - she is absolutely fantastic & such an asset for Willows: friendly, encouraging, active, engaging, playful, organised, and a leader.

Overall Experience

Our experience with Willows Nursery and Pre-School has been exceptional since our children began attending in 2022. The staff at Willows are wonderful, kind, and incredibly caring. Their genuine passion for nurturing young minds is evident in the way they engage with the children. It's heartwarming

to see how much my children love going there each day. The facility offers great, freshly made food daily, ensuring that the children receive nutritious meals. They receive weekly music lessons which is always a highlight. Regular outings and trips are organized, providing exciting learning experiences outside the classroom. The team's efforts to help children develop into well-rounded individuals are truly commendable. I highly recommend Willows Nursery and Pre-School for their outstanding dedication and commitment to childcare. The staff are second to none, creating a safe and loving environment where children can flourish.

Overall Experience

We couldn't be happier with our experience at Willows! Since joining, our daughter has blossomed with confidence, something we hadn't seen as much of in her previous nursery. She absolutely adores the weekly visits from the 'Malcolm the Music Man,' who comes twice a week; it's truly the highlight of

her week! The staff's dedication to creating enriching experiences is clear, from thoughtfully planned day trips that spark her curiosity to the amazing, nutritious meals that she loves. We also really appreciate the opportunity to join afternoon sessions, which gives us a chance to see her thrive in her little habitat and share in her joy firsthand. It's been heartwarming to watch her come home full of stories of new adventures, and we're so grateful for the incredible care and attention she receives every day. Highly recommended!

Overall Experience

Willows has been like an extension of our family for the past 4 and a half years, taking care of our three daughters. They have provided the most wonderful experiences and start in life for our girls and filled them all with confidence ahead of starting school. I don't know what we'll do without the

amazing teachers in our lives when our youngest girls start school this September. Thank you for everything, Willows!

Overall Experience

We have two children attending Willows and feel so grateful that we have been able to secure a spot for them both at such a fantastic nursery. They both love attending and the staff feel like family! The staff go over and above to make sure children have a positive experience and we will be sad when

our time comes to leave!
They have varied meals and a great outdoor space. There is a calendar of trips each month and this is always a highlight for my children!

Overall Experience

By September we will have had 2 children graduate at Willows. The teachers are clearly high-level, the group overall is forward-thinking in its view on pre-school education, and the environment is highly welcoming. In addition the trips (national gallery, pre-graduation trip to the beach, amongst a

load of other smaller trips) that they do ensure a varied experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this nursery.

Overall Experience

Our child has been in Willows for almost a year. The settling-in process was really reassuring and our child found it much easier than we anticipated. The app used for communication and updates works really well. The weekly newsletters, parent workshops, and parent meetings are all super informative

and create an open channel of communication. The team have encouraged our child's independence and confidence. The setting is lovely in the rec. They organise great daily activities and outings and we love seeing all the amazing and different things he gets up to on a daily basis. As a qualified nutritionist, I'm really happy with the meals provided at Willows which are always nutritionally balanced and our child eats them all 99% of the time.

I am a Willows mum and have been for the past 7 years as all my kids have been at Willows. The staff are so incredibly kind and dedicated. They put the children first every time. The staff turnover is very low, which is unusual for this sector but is testament to the great team they have in place!

Willows is an excellent nursery with great staff members! Our minds are definitely at ease with our son there. The staff go above and beyond for the kids and they have learnt so much. My eldest has left the setting for school and still talks about all the fond memories from his time at nursery. We like

that they have trips and that the children get to play outside come rain or shine.

Very friendly and caring staff, who go above and beyond. They host lots of great and diverse activities for the children to encourage their development but are most importantly fun! Overall Experience

Willows in Colliers Wood is a really lovely nursery. The staff are exceptional and many have been there for a very long time and they really care deeply about the children. My oldest child still has a lovely bond with her old key person from Willows 2 years after leaving which is so nice to see. They

do such a varied range of activities with the kids including external trips and shows.

Overall Experience

Our family couldn't have survived without Willows these past few years! The staff are amazing, the ethos is so focussed on the child as an individual and their learning journey, they don't just care for them, they teach them. Our children regularly do cooking activities, go on trips, enjoy visits from

special guests such as dentists and nurses. I cannot recommend it highly enough, we owe the staff there a lot.

We have had both of our children at Willows Nursery since 2020. This is the most naturing, family, home-from-home experience I could have imagined for my children to experience. All the staff are exemplary and have been at the nursery for many years. They really know and care about our children and

this is evident in the bond they have throughout from age 0-5! A very supportive community of parents also where I have met some of my closest friends.

Overall Experience

This provision is truly outstanding. They are kind, nurturing, fun and our son has come on leaps and bounds since joining. He is profoundly deaf and the entire team has been wonderful at accepting him and championing him. Their willingness to adapt is exemplary and they have welcomed his additional

support team with open arms. His team have notoriously high standards and their feedback for Willows has been nothing short of incredible. His progress, particularly his speech and language and independence, has been a joy to see. The location of the nursery is perfect and it has its own brilliant outdoor space. They champion outdoor play whatever the weather which we love. The menu is healthy, fresh and varied and his tolerance of all food is incredible as a result. His key worker is brilliant at keeping us up to date. She's become an extended member of our family - our son talks about her (and all the staff) whenever he's not there. He adores them. Thank you, Willows!

Overall Experience

My daughter has been at Willows for the last couple of years and I cannot praise the staff enough. They have a curriculum, tonnes of extracurricular activities, field trips, plays, sports day and the list goes on and on. The headteacher knows every single child well and is super responsive to all queries.

It's not just a nursery but a community. We've had experience of other nearby nurseries and hands down they don't compare to the brilliance that is Willows! They are already readying my child for school and I have every confidence that Willows will set her up for success.

Teachers are incredible and the kids love them. My son looks forward to going to nursery every morning and we are happy in the knowledge that he is being looked after by people who care. Every single teacher, even if they don't teach my son directly, are so friendly and supportive. They are great at

communicating progress and daily activities through the app. Not only are they fantastic but it's in the most idyllic location with so much outdoor space on their doorstep. I can't recommend them more highly!

My second child is now at Willows having had our first child attend full time and graduate to school reception before. Willows has a stellar reputation for a reason - the staff are second to none, children learn and develop and absolutely adore it. Your child will eat and sleep and participate in activities

in ways they don't at home, and it's credit to the staff and environment. The bonus is the Recreation Ground setting with little-to-no air pollution, and their own private outdoor area. Don't be fooled by the outside, inside is a haven for little people.
