Day Nurseries Owned by Bee Active Childcare

My son has very complex needs & every single one of the staff at both settings of Bee Active have gone above & beyond to make sure my son is cared for. The care, time & attention has been first class. They have also supported myself in very challenging times due to my son's needs & I feel the staff are more like friends than nursery staff. Tracy especially has been a god send to myself for support & advice. I know my son would not be the same & have been able to develop as much as he has without their help. Absolutley brilliant & I will be forever grateful for this scary & stressful time as a first time single mother. Many thanks x

Our son has only been attending nursery since May 2026 but he has really struggled with separation during this time. The nursery have been so fantastic with him during this time and have been very reassuring with their messages and photos throughout the day to keep me in the loop. The staff have created some fantastic bonds with our little boy and he's started to really enjoy his days with them! Their themes for the week and books are fab and the activities they do with the kids are great. Tracy has been fantastic with us regarding personal circumstances also and has gone above and beyond what I expected. Thank you Bee Active!

The staff at this nursery are the most kindest, warming and friendly teachers. My little girl has been super shy and very difficult to come out of her shell. That all changed after she finally settled into this lovely environment. So much now she says she misses school and Lydia during the school holidays. Also the environment, outside space and views are beautiful.

My little girl has transitioned from the Bee Active Nursery to the Preschool and has come on leaps and bounds. She did amazing at nursery too, but the preschool has been exactly what she needed. Shes always been an advanced communicator and they've really support this continued development. She used to struggle with social interaction with other children, but since moving to the preschool especially she's really come out of her shell with playing with others (which has been great for when baby 2 came along haha!) All the staff are lovely and its clear they care for the children deeply.

Childcare aside, this nursery is worthwhile for simply the confidence it's given my daughter. Messy play, group activities and arts and crafts are offered daily as well as a P.E type session at the adjacent primary school on Wednesdays. Children are also regularly invited to special school assemblies and to visit the nursery and reception classes. Because of all this, I know my child will be well prepared for nursery school in September. Her time at BeeActive has been a great thing for her!

She can't wait to tell me about her day on the way home and who she has played with.

This is the 2nd nursery my little boy has been to and my only regret was not joining Bee active from the beginning! I highly recommend this amazing nursery.

My daughter loves going to nursery and all the staff are amazing with her my daughter has been through a lot at the moment and the nursery have done everything they can and more to make it easy and been there for our whole family I can't thank them enough and Lucy and the whole team at pre school have been amazing and so has Tracy the manager your all amazing with my little girl and she's come so far since she's been with you aswell

They care for her as if she were their own and celebrate every milestone with us. Knowing she is safe, happy, and so well cared for has given me peace of mind I never thought I would feel again.We are so grateful.

My son absolutely loves going to nursery, i had looked and visited alot of nurseries before i chose beeactive, and the staff are brilliant, they are always finding new and exciting ways to learn through play with the children. I have found all the nursery staff easy to communicate with and I feel very supported whether it be potty training or nap times, we get regulare updates through out the day which gives great peace of mind, I am very happy I chose to send my son here, brilliant Nursery.

Every member of staff we've encountered has been warm, welcoming, and attentive. They have clearly taken the time to understand our daughter and what makes her unique.

My son has been going here for the past few months, very welcoming team all lovely and friendly and keep me up to date with everything! Super lovely place for little ones. Would recommend to everyone.

My eldest started nursery in September when it opened and straight away I could tell how comfortable he was. He absolutely loves it and the staff are amazing. You're always greeted with friendly faces from the staff, other parents and the children. I got such a nice feel from it the first time I walked in, I knew it was going to be a great nursery. My youngest started towards the end of January, i was worried about him starting as he doesn't like me leaving him but the staff have made him feel so safe and comfortable that he loves it too. The staff organise lots of fun activities, inside and out. They keep you updated throughout the day on the app so you can see all the fun they're having. My eldest has done amazingly since he's started, he's always learning new things and some days he surprises me with what he knows or what he can do!

I cant recommend this setting enough. Every single member of staff is amazing. So approachable and friendly, they go above and beyond to provide the best care to the children getting to know them all individually, understanding their personalities and likes/dislikes. I am always kept up to date with activities throughout the day and feel very comfortable leaving my son with them when I go to work. I have seen huge improvements in his development. I have also been very impressed with the safeguarding measures in place within the setting. Overall it's a fantastic place to send your little ones and I am so happy that I found it.

My son is so well looked after by the lovely, helpful & calming staff at this nursery. He has complex needs & needs alot of 1 to 1 time. He's a very sensitive child & every one of the staff go above & beyond to do their best for my son. There's been times where I have needed letters written or evidence collected & each time has been done in a swift & timely manner. They are especially helpful with ideas to help my child regulate & continue to support both my child & myself to the best that they can. I would advise this nursery to anyone who would want their child in a loving & safe childcare setting & I am thankful that I am navigating my sons next steps with them. I can only praise the manager & my son's main carer especially but the rest of the staff are lovely too!

My daughter loves coming to nursery and she so happy when she's come home from nursery and I've already noticed such a difference in her since she been with yourselves with her development in learning it's lovely thank you for everything you have done and in the future.

Absolutely amazing nursery. Makes you feel so welcomed and settled, amazing with the children and always make them feel so happy and settled throughout the nursery setting. Always brilliant with communication with both parent and child, highly recommend.
