We have had a fantastic experience at Bloomers Catford. From the prompt responses when we enquired over email, to arranging a tour visit, to encouraging us to check our eligibility for funded hours. The staff are all brilliant and open, and all so in their interactions. They communicate freely, and provide insightful feedback on our child’s day and learning. To have found a daycare whose operating hours ((7:30am-6.30pm currently) helps immensely as both parents work. It's been wonderful seeing our child make friends, learn so much and have fun every day.

Our family moved to Catford in 2025 and I had a look around every nursery close to us and Bloomers by far were the best in our eyes. Clean, comfortable, spacious and smiley staff members. our daughter and son settled in very quickly. I will never forget when leaving the kids for their first full day; Yemi the manager gave me tissues, a coffee sachet, a snack and a poem about how my children were in safe hands, I found that very sweet. Our daughter had a graduation party last year and the staff really pushed the boat out in decoration/ outfits/ speeches / videos on the projector and food for everyone. Our son really loves it at Bloomers and the staff has remained the same since the kids began, which really helps to build connections. The staff are all up on their safe guarding too and make sure weather wise the kids have everything they need. Zero complaints from us.

Great nursery - very convenient, as it was close to home. Our child attended five days a week starting at 10 months old until 4 years old and always went with joy, quickly making many wonderful friends. The only downside is the high staff turnover, although both the current and former teachers have been excellent, and this never had a negative impact on our child.

I would highly recommend Bloomers to anyone looking for a preschool/nursery space for their child. The staff are incredible and you can see how much they care for all the children there.

My two boys have been attending bloomers for a year and a half now. One of them has an autism diagnosis. I am not sure how we would have navigated a lot of things without help from the Senco/Deputy manager Stephanie. She has helped us so much and also Patricia who is our sons key worker. All the staff are attentive to the boys and do the best they can for them with the resources they have. I am so happy and feel content when the boys are there.

Our child has been at Bloomers since turning 1y and is now in pre school. We are very happy with how our child's development improved exponentially when we first attended Bloomers, how social activities are encouraged and the kindness of staff. The staff are very down to earth, keep us well informed and I am very happy with their safeguarding measures and knowledge. Minor illnesses are handled in line with NHS advice and parents are always kept in the loop. I know the exterior of the nursery premises does not look impressive at all, but it was the staff interaction with the children that won us over when we looked at nurseries. In the end, no under 5y old will judge how done up a place looks, they'll want to have fun, feel cared for and to be safe. I am satisfied that Bloomers has done this for us.

A wonderful nursery with truly compassionate staff who go above and beyond to support my child's individual needs. They communicate very well, offer helpful guidance, and always make sure my child feels safe, understood, and included. I'm grateful for all the care and support they provide. And would recommend them to everyone.

Since I've entered my son at the age of 14 month, he has loved every moment of nursery. He has settled in well, and I love how they consistently give feedback using the app. The staff is amazing and very supportive with any concern I've had. Staff are very easy to talk to and very understanding . They are very considerate with the children, I don't think I've ever felt more comfortable for my child.

My son has been eating well, playing well and napping well well and always very keen to go nursery. No cries when I leave him there.

This nursery has been amazing from start, I would recommend anyone that lives local or work local to drop their kids here.

Bloomers is a wonderful nursery. My son is very happy there. The staff are all very kind and caring and to their best to be supportive, flexible and kind. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone in the area looking for a nurturing and supportive place foe their child!

Over the last 12 years, my kids have been a part of this nursery. My eldest started in 2013 & now my youngest goes there & I wouldn't have it any other way! They have honestly become like a second family to us over the years & I love how its still more or less the same team. My youngest is SEN & the progress he is making & the patience they have with him, aswell as the help they provide for him is second to none! I have, & always recommend Bloomers to whoever I can!

My two children have been going to this nursery for the last 3 years and we're really happy with it. The staff are friendly and the kids love them, they're always happy to go in and regularly come out with stories of the fun they've had. The food is healthy and they always eat a lot. The classes are small which I really like as it means the teachers can focus on each child more easily. No complaints.

My two year old son started nursery at Catford Bloomers when he was 11 months old and we have been so impressed since the start. He loves nursery, the staff are warm, kind and trustworthy, they obviously go the extra mile to make it a welcoming and fun environment. It is such a relief to know that when I drop him off on the way to work that he is happy, safe and well looked after! The app is great for receiving updates throughout the day. The food is fresh and varied. The nursery is fairly small, so Artie easily made close friends and we feel connected to other parents and the community. It is is close to Catford and Catford Bridge stations for easy travel to central London. We would highly recommend Catford Bloomers.

It is such a lovely and welcoming setting! Both of my children (aged 2y and 4y) attend, and our eldest has been here for almost three years. The classes are small, so all the children know each other, and the atmosphere feels like one big family. The staff are incredibly caring and professional, and it's clear they genuinely love what they do. They understand and support each child's individual needs and are always there for the families too. Communication with parents is very good, and my children come home happy and excited to share stories about their day. We are very happy with our experience and would highly recommend this nursery!

My child has been in this nursery, both in the baby and the toddler rooms, for over a year and we've been very happy. The staff are really caring and attentive. I would recommend it to other parents.

Our son has been attending bloomers nursery since June and we've loved our experience with the nursery. The communication is excellent, the staff really supported us with the settling in period for our son and we felt at ease very quickly leaving him at the nursery. We love the fact all the staff have taken the time to get to know our son. The handovers at the end of the day are always so thorough and all the staff are so friendly. We especially appreciate our sons key worker / deputy manager Jacqueline who is so brilliant. Couldn't recommend bloomers enough !

The next step will be for my son to join the baby room in Jan 2026, and I'm confident he'll enjoy his time there too.

My son was at Bloomers Day Nursery for a year before starting Primary School. The staff are really great and caring. Always willing and ready to answer any questions you might have and readily give updates to the parents. Activity variety was great and the kids had enough space to play. The app in place also made it really easy to communicate with staff as needed.

I do actively recommend this nursery to other parents in our area looking for care for their children, compared to our experiences elsewhere, I feel this is a loving, supportive and well-rounded setting for those in their care.

We absolutely loved Bloomers and our baby loved it too. Very caring staff, lovely setting and just a perfect nursery. The communication with the app is just amazing and much better than most nurseries we’ve experienced. I’d recommend it to all parents of little ones.

Staff are excellent and facilities are really good. Good opening times. Great variety of food which our child really enjoys.
