whole team are kind, calm and honest. It's the most organised nursery I have sent my children to. (Son previously went to another nursery (awful) and another outstanding location in another area).
Just the right amount of communication with the team and they are brilliant at organising fun activities for the whole family to enjoy. Excellent nursery, I highly recommend!

the kids and are good at keeping us updated about how their days have been and to discuss anything else we want to. The nursery rooms are clean, bright and busy, and full of activities and great play setups. The food always smells good in the morning and there seems a good variety in the menu. The outdoor spaces are well set out with separate gardens for the big and littles, and there is a lovely forest school area that the kids get to go to for a term each year.
My kids have both learnt so much at nursery and I like the approach the staff take to learning through play and enjoyment. I am so glad we chose the Nursery House, I can leave my children there and know they are safe and happy!

are fab, they get lots of outdoor time without having to leave the grounds which was really important to us and they are fed very well!
As for the team and his key workers absolutely excellent. They are personable, amazingly experienced and really do care.

I really love the offer of forest school available to pupils at different points of the year- our daughters love the outdoors and are especially excited about what the nursery has to offer. I would also like to add how inclusive the nursery has been, especially coming from an ethnic minority background- it's been important for us to know our children have a sense of belonging at the nursery and it is very evident that they do!

so attentive, with excellent handover skills and are one of a kind. When she leaves for school in the summer she is going to be utterly devastated but they have done a fab job in preparing her for this transition. My now 1.5 year also attends and loves it as much. She settled with minimal fuss and always comes home so happy and full of energy. I really do believe that Grace's is 'The Ritz' of the nursery world. Absolutely fantastic.

where you can tell that the staff, from junior to senior positions, are putting great efforts into caring, educating and creating a fun environment for the children. Both my kids feel very secure and happy and are very well looked after. This gives me the assurance that I leave my kids in good hands while I'm at work.
The nursery has great play areas, lovely food freshly cooked on a daily basis by onsite chefs, amazing teachers and helpful senior management that are very well organised and prompt to respond when needed. Grace's Day Nursery is down the best nursery in Kent!

They hold video call meetings to cover essential topics which I personally found very helpful. Overall this nursery is the best and we could have not asked for anything more.

A very important aspect is the fact that I received permanent feedback from the educators and the nursery staff, that I was kept informed of the progress or problems the child was facing. Being outside almost every day, regardless of the weather, is wonderful for children and gratifying for parents. The activities they have every day are very beautiful, useful and educational. There is also an emphasis on discipline and good child rearing, including care and consideration in relationships with other children.
