Feedback on development and learning is excellent and any issues are addressed immediately. The manager and her staff are always available to give advice and, if they do have time for you at that moment, will make sure they catch up with you as soon as they can.

Because he was one of the youngest, he was given extra attention at first and a quiet environment to sleep in, nothing was too much trouble to help him to settle in. When we pick him up we hear lovely, funny stories about the small things that make up his day (as well as photos), which are such a highlight.

From the minute I walked through the door and was welcomed, to this day I cannot fault Ashley Cross Day Nursery. The staff are so caring and lovely and always show an interest into each child who are treated as individuals and not just a number, as it's such a homely friendly environment. The nursery is always clean, full of toys both inside and in the garden to ensure the children have fun and learn through play. My daughter has developed in several areas her social skills have improved such as sharing and her speech is that of a 4 year old at 2 and a half. She comes home each day full of excitement telling me about her day. A happy child, means a happy mummy :). I have this nursery to thank for being part of her development but most of all for being able to put my trust into the staff and know my daughter is having fun and being looked after to such a high standard.
