Can not recommend highly enough. The staff go above and beyond to look after the children, creating interesting themed activities multiple times a day, which having used a different Brentwood nursery previously, would only happen tops once a week. Communication with parents is excellent, with photos and updates regularly via an app. The children are always outside enjoying the forest and learning through their adventures which is great to see. My son has come on hugely since joining The Treehouse Club, they are both equally caring and professional, putting my child's experience at the forefront.

Our twins love going to nursery here! They come home telling us about their friends, staff, animals (they have pet rabbits there!), their walks and all the activities they have done. They have a really varied selection of activities, and I have no guilt sending them to nursery, as they have so much fun there and are always learning something new.

My son has loved being at this nursery, he really enjoys going in. Feedback from the teachers has been good via the app, and at the gate and have even had a mini parents' evening. We also had a meet-up to talk about a speech program. They really try to extend his learning skills whilst doing some great activities. They link activities with what is going on in the world, which is great.

This nursery has been such a support during the transition of both my children starting. They are always open and willing to talk about any concerns and understand how hard it is to leave your children in the care of other people. With time and patience, both my children love going to this nursery and they have developed into mind caring and outgoing little people!

My daughter has been going to the nursery since 2020 and loves it. From baby room through to preschool the key workers are outstanding. They really care and take an interest in the children. My other daughter will be starting next month and I am excited for her to share the same journey.

Upon joining The Treehouse Club, my son was very shy, and his speech was rather delayed. The nursery were brilliant with welcoming him into their family and within no time, his speech had come on leaps and bounds, as well as his confidence. He now asks if he can go into nursery on his non-attendance days and can’t wait to go in to see his friends and teachers. He loves his time at The Treehouse Club. I have been very impressed!

Our daughter was very shy and nervous, to begin with, but the staff made her so comfortable that now, she can't wait to get inside. We love that she's able to spend so much time outdoors and we feel that efficient processes are in place to keep her safe. Despite some staff inconsistency, we're always greeted with a smile and feel well informed about what our little one has been up to during the day.
