Overall Experience
We couldn't be happier with Puddleducks! From the very beginning, the staff have been incredibly welcoming, caring, and attentive. It's clear that they genuinely love what they do, and that really shows in the way they interact with the children.
Aunty Natalie and my daughter's relationship is so special and I am beyond grateful. The team go above and beyond to make both children and parents feel comfortable and supported.
The environment is bright, safe, and full of engaging activities that support learning through play. My daughter has grown in confidence so much since starting here, and it's lovely to see how excited they are to go in each day.

We're so grateful to have found such a nurturing and positive place. We would highly recommend this nursery to anyone looking for a caring and stimulating environment for their child

Overall Experience

My little boy has been attending puddleducks for 9 months now and he loves his days in nursery. He gets to take part in craft projects which sometimes produce something to bring home for me and his mum amd he gets to do wet play or messy play which is great as its not so easy to do at home if we cant go outside due to the weather. Staff are very friendly and always wish his parents or grandparents a lovely day when dropping off or picking him up. Learning/development targets are set to ensure that he is developing and learning. The cook makes lots of healthy scratch made meals. But the biggest praise that I can give is that my son loves to be there.

Overall Experience
This is such a lovely and caring nursery for our children. Our child can be anxious and uncertain and the staff have been so friendly and supportive. She loves her aunties and looks forward to attending school. Her transitions through the rooms (baby room, toddler room and now starting pre school) has been gradual and sry at her pace. They really respond to the needs of the child which helps so much when they know them so well.
We have now got our youngest attending in the baby room and he's settling so well too. They have opportunities to see each other too which is lovely.

I can't recommend them enough!

Overall Experience
We chose this nursery for our son because our daughter attended before him and had such a positive experience. It felt like the natural choice for our family.
Our son goes in happy every day and comes home happy, which says a lot about the caring and welcoming environment the staff create. He enjoys engaging in the fun activities and we love that the learning is child-led and based around play.
The team take wonderful care of him and clearly know him well as an individual. They always share what he has done during the day and what he has eaten, which helps us feel connected to his time at nursery.

We also appreciate how they interact with families through the parent Haslingden social media page, commenting on and liking photos shared from home. It's lovely to see the genuine interest they show in the children and their lives outside nursery.

Overall Experience
After viewing a few nurseries in the area, I knew we'd found "the one" with Puddleducks. My little boy has been a duckling since he was 9 months, and the amazing staff went above and beyond to help him settle into nursery life.
What I believe makes Puddleducks special is that it feels like a family. From the manager Clare - who is incredibly diligent and knowledgable - to the apprentices, each member of staff has come to feel like part of our extended family.

My little boy adores nursery, learns so much every day he's there and is building wonderful friendships. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found such a wonderful childcare setting and cannot recommend Puddleducks more highly.
