This is the best nursery in Hemel Hempstead. I have tried a few for my child, I was beginning to lose hope when I found Footsteps. All the staff are lovely, create a family environment and really care about each individual child. My child was displaying some behavioural issues which I now know were due to being unhappy in the previous nurseries, as now they have completely disappeared. Everyone who works there is so happy, you can tell they love their job. It's not a nursery where they take on lots of new or agency staff, most staff have been there for years and take their jobs seriously. Even the newer team members are so devoted and you can see them at the end of the day preparing for the next day with enthusiasm. Thanks for everything you all do!

This is not a modern home but a homely home with all required facilities. If we value something about this nursery, that is the care delivered and the development plan implemented for the little ones! The staff are really talented at what they do and the care provided is second nature to them. Our daughter speaks highly of them and loves going there! We always get a short handover but seeing my daughter being so pleased and the way she develops, speaks volumes!
