Little Learners Nurseries are commercial initiatives belonging to LifeLine Projects: A charity with over 15 years' experience of working in Early Years provision and 17 years' experience of working with parents.

The charity, established in 2000, has a strong value-base, which flourishes because of its faith-inspired roots. It is all about impacting individuals and influencing systems: The vision is to build thriving communities, where no-one is isolated or lonely and everyone has the opportunity to give back. The values pervade all areas of work and are the drivers behind the way the programmes support people to become agents of change within their communities.

Cultivating a culture where children learn through play is therefore very important to Little Learners. They are very keen to build children’s confidence, social skills and whet their appetite to learn by providing a range of age-appropriate daily activities. Each of their nurseries works to the Early Years framework, offering a safe and stimulating environment from which every child who leaves them is well prepared and ready for school, determined to continue learning and have a positive effect on their friends and school community.

Little Learners makes the most of the expertise provided by the managers at both their locations by regularly sharing ideas and resources between their nurseries during fortnightly ideas meetings.

I'm a stay at home mum and I started my little girl just when she turned 2 and I fell pregnant with my second at the same time - sending my little one to nursery was such a overwhelming experience because I was worried about her but little learners are just so caring and so loving and I saw how happy
my daughter was there that it really put my heart to rest. They do the cutest activities and seeing my little girl smiling all the pictures makes me so happy. I feel the biggest reason why this nursery is so amazing it's because of the staff alongside many other factors but the staff really are a family away from home, would absolutely recommend!

We cannot recommend Little Learners Nursery highly enough! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine care. The staff are incredibly nurturing, patient, and attentive.
Our twins settled in so quickly thanks to their supportive approach and well-structured routines. The daily
activities are creative and engaging, from sensory play and storytelling to outdoor adventures and art projects. It's amazing to see how much confidence and independence our girls have developed since joining.
Communication with parents is fantastic. We receive regular updates and photos, which make us feel really involved in our children day.

Both my children are at little learners, and i cannot express how happy i am. Little learners is like the kids second home. What makes it so special is the staff. I am so glad we chose to send my little girl to Little Learners. The staff are super kind and friendly, welcoming and engaging. My little one has become so confident from attending Little Learners and has a smile on her face when we drop her off and pick her up. The nursery are great that they keep
us up to date with photos from the week and whenever she hits a milestone. The nursery has a warm and welcoming environment and I'm impressed with the nursery and staff, doing a wonderful job to care for my little one.

The team at Little Learners truly feel like family. My eldest daughter started there at just one year old and stayed all the way through to preschool - every stage of her development was nurtured with so much care, love, and attention. We made the most incredible memories along the way, right up to
her graduation, which was such a special milestone for us all.
Now we're beginning the journey all over again with my little boy, and it already feels like coming home. The smooth start he's had has made my return to work so much easier and more comforting, especially with my eldest now starting school.
Little Learners isn't just a nursery - it's a place where children are loved, supported, and truly thrive. I'll forever be grateful for the role they've played in both my children's early years.

The nursery and practitioners have been amazing since my child started there earlier this year. Incredible nursery! It's extremely daunting as a parent considering a nursery for your child but from day 1 being shown around, settling in days and even to date, I could not fault the nursery one bit. My son absolutely loves going and adores all the staff members he interacts with. He has formed really
strong bonds and often talks about them outside of nursery which just reassures me in every way possible that he is happy there. The staff have been incredibly welcoming not just to my son but to me as well understanding it is also a new experience for myself too. It honestly feels like an extended little family. One of the first names my child said actually happened to be a staff member! The handovers and drop-offs couldn't be better. I received a huge smile to set off the day and a really informative and friendly handover telling me exactly what my son has been doing throughout his time there. I know I made the right decision and picked the best nursery for us. Thank you to all the staff.

Since starting at Little Learners our daughter has gone from strength to strength in all areas of her development. We always feel safe and happy dropping her off in the morning happy in the knowledge she will always be very well looked after. The staff there are always friendly, diligent and professional.

It's been a wonderful experience for my child and I really have not found an area that needs improvement. The teachers and staff have been wonderful, supportive and caring and I could not ask for more.

I can't recommend it highly enough. All of the staff are wonderful and so kind and warm. There are lots of activities for the kiddies during the day, great food, lovely rooms, it is so well run but above all, you have the feeling that the staff really care. Our little boy loves it.

I could not be happier with my experience with Little Learners. My little boy has been attending since he was 18 months in October 2023. The nursery staff are super friendly, attentive and engaging! My little boy goes happily every morning, with a big smile on his face. The nursery keeps us up to date
with daily activities via the app and I love seeing all the pictures of the fun he is getting up to! Thank you Little Learners for caring for my son in such a great way! Highly recommend to other parents.

Since my daughter has been going to Little Learners she has improved a lot in her speech and has become more confident, she is always learning new things and tells us all about it when she gets home. My little boy has settled into Little Learners Ambleside Avenue very well. The staff are all so brilliant, warm, friendly and do such an amazing job.
