Overall Experience

The staff at Early Leaners have been amazing with both my little girls age 1 and 3. They do different activities daily and have taught both my girls so much already at such a young age. The staff at Early Learners are very caring and have the patience of a saint, as sometimes my 3-year-old can become

upset when leaving me, and they always find a way to calm her down and update me when she has settled.

Overall Experience

My child started in April 2025. We were very nervous about them starting but they settled in very well with great support and encouragement from the team. I feel like the nursery has very good, open and honest communication which puts me at ease. The parent admin app allows me insight into my child's

day and gives me photo updates on how they are getting on which I think is great.

Overall Experience

We couldn't ask for a better nursery for our children. Both of our kids have attended, and the staff have always been welcoming, supportive, and caring.
Our first child thrived here - her speech developed so much, and they even helped with potty training. She loved every moment and always looked forward

to nursery days.
With our second child, we couldn't get a place straight away and had to try another nursery, which unfortunately didn't meet his needs. As soon as we moved him here, the difference was incredible. The manager quickly noticed he might need extra developmental support and guided us in the right direction, communicating with us every step of the way.
This nursery has supported not only our children but also us as a family. We're so grateful to the whole team and would highly recommend them - without doubt the best in St Helens.

My 18 month old son has thrived at nursery, his excitement everyday to get out of the house and ready makes his parents happy. The staff greet us at the door with a smile and make him feel welcome. His speaking and recognition of names of things shock us everyday and he is constantly picking up new

skills. We couldn't recommend early learners eccleston highly enough.

Overall Experience

Early Learners Eccleston is a fantastic nursery and all the staff are very kind. My son has been attending there since January 2025 and he loves it. We are kept up to date with his progress and they do lots if fun activities when he is there. One member of staff in particular is so passionate and caring,

she goes above and beyond for all the children. I was also informed in advance of the transition my son will make from the baby to toddler room. This put my mind at ease to know he is familiar to where he will be going with the rest of his class together. I highly recommend this nursery, thank you for all your hard work.

My daughter settled in quickly and had a wonderful time at this nursery. The staff are very friendly and helped her feel comfortable from the very beginning. Overall Experience

Our daughter has attended Early Learners since she was 14 months old. Initially we were pleased with what the nursery provided. Our experience with the baby room was very positive and staff helped to ensure our daughter settled, in particular the Nursery Practitioner. However, as she has moved through

each of the rooms, there have been a lot of inconsistencies. Communication via the parent app is not always updated fully. Observations/pictures of our daughter have been few and far between. There has also been a high staff turnover. Although, we would like to thank two other Nursery Practitioners for having a lovely relationship with our daughter. The nursery has been under new management recently and new staff have been employed. One new member of staff has been a great addition. We have seen some improvements in curriculum and resources for the children. However, communication is still inconsistent. As parents to young children this is something that we value. Overall, our daughter is happy in nursery and making good progress.

My little girl, now 18 months old has been attending nursery for the last couple of months. I was nervous at first as she can be a little upset being apart from me but the staff have gone above and beyond to help her settle. I couldn't be happier with her progress and she happily goes to the staff to

be picked up and waves goodbye when we leave. I love that I get sent updates on how she's doing. The app tells me how much she's eaten, slept and toileted which I find useful to know. The lunch menu also impressed me and if she doesn't like something they always offer an alternative. They also send out photos of her via the app of activities she's been doing. I'm extremely happy with how she's doing and I'm looking forward to seeing her grow and flourish more during her time here.

I cannot fault this nursery whatsoever my little boy started in April 2024 and he's come along so well, I was so nervous about him transitioning but all the staff were so welcoming and so supportive. The staff are doing such an amazing job, I have been in a few times doing stay and play with my little

My daughter has been going to this nursery since February 2025 now, she absolutely adores her Nursery Practitioner and the other members of the team! They are so welcoming of not only my daughter but also myself we are always greeted with a smile and the staff always say 'have a lovely day' when I drop

her off which I think is so nice! She is so caring and keeps me updated throughout the day which is brilliant as my daughter is only 6 months old and I was very nervous about her going. The activities are age appropriate, meals are provided on full days which is great! The facilities are brilliant, the Manager is always so approachable and helps with any questions you have. I'm so glad I chose this nursery!

My biggest worry was how my son was going to react to nursery and how they were going to cater for his needs as he is currently under going assessments for autism but he absolutely loves going and I have no worries when he is there as they go above and beyond for him, I'm updated on everything through

the app which is a big help at putting my mind at ease he is well looked after and has come on massively in the 3 months he's been there. I'm over the moon.
