Day Nurseries Owned by Smarty Pants and Lola-Belle's Day Nurseries

I wouldn't recommend this nursery. My daughter came here at the beginning of this year, she came for two days until I took her out. It appeared that my daughter was being left to cry and wasn't being consoled as when I would ring up the nursery, I could hear my daughter crying hysterically in the back but then as soon as I would say, "I am coming to collect her" as I live around the corner, she would be absolutely fine because there were teachers around her interacting with her (as they knew I was coming). My question would be why was my daughter crying so hard on the phone (which continued for an hour as I rang twice) but within a total of three minutes she was fine when I arrived. During my daughter's first three settling in sessions - I also saw another child being left to cry however they had told me that this was his 6th week of settling in session and he wasn't settling in very well however nobody was doing anything to console the poor little baby. All children had a snotty nose

Lola-Belle's Private Day Nursery is an exceptional nursery. Both our children have attended here and they love/d going there. The childrens educational and care needs are of the highest level. We have no worries when the children are in nursery, as we are in no doubt that they are in a safe and loving environment. Each child is treated as an individual and ensuring their needs are met to perfection. All staff are friendly and fulfil their duties with high regard. Very knowledgable indeed. Our childrens cognitive and social development has been phenomenal. Highly recommended.

Staff work hard to accommodate all children and do a good job. Good facilities and my son is always happy to go to the nursery and has progressed a lot since joining.

Superb nursery. There is no other nursery I would send my son to. The staff are the kindest and generous group I have met and nothing is too much trouble. They have very high standards and I know my son's care and safety is paramount. The rooms have recently been refurbished and look amazing! My son thoroughly enjoys his time here and couldn't be more proud to say that my son attends Lola-Belle's Day Nursery.
