Our daughter has been attending this nursery for a few months now; she started when she was 10 months old. The under-2s team has been fantastic. They have also been very accommodating with all our requests, ensuring that both parents and children are happy.
Our little girl has been very happy here,
and we can clearly see this reflected in her development. The team posts weekly updates about the various activities they have done, which is really nice for parents to see.
My only suggestion for improvement would be to share developmental milestones and updates more frequently through the app.
Overall, we are very happy to send our daughter here. A special shout-out to Chloe, our baby's key worker, who is incredibly kind and with whom our daughter has clearly developed a strong bond. Thank you to everyone at the nursery for all your hard work!

Nursery staff are always warm and friendly, attentive to details about the children. Broad range of activities offered with lots of outdoor play I feel confident leaving my child in their care.
Management team are pleasant but seem a bit disorganised.
I have received several inaccurate invoices. Communicating
by email is tricky as different people reply depending on the day and it seems a bit hit or miss whether you receive no reply or several replies.

The nursery always have the best interest for my child. I am always informed about my child's day. I love seeing photos of my child enjoying and would like to continue to see these as it gives peace of mind that they are ok. The food my child eats seems to be varied and she enjoys this.
The one thing
I would improve is maybe trips out of the nursery now and then but otherwise my child is really happy.

Fantastic and a world class professional nursery.
It is our first experience in the UK but this nursery is really brilliant and fantastic.
My child first was refusing to be there but the staff were really very friendly and professional to the extent that he is right now sad on the day he is not going.

My son has attended Singleton Nursery for over 3 years. He absolutely loves it! Watching him thrive in this environment has been a joy. The staff are friendly, caring and attentive. My little boy is always excited to go into nursery, he loves the food and eats well - the menu is always varied and nutritious.
I wouldn't hesitate to send any future children here!

Excellent nursery. Only really have experience with under 2s however the all the staff are lovely and so friendly and have been so reassuring with our 6-month-old. The nursery is wonderful, and the staff are amazing. Our child has been attending for 5 months, and we've had a very positive experience so far. The staff are so friendly and lovely, and have really taken the time to get to know our child individually and her needs/desires. The staff pay attention to
detail, and have made accommodations to ensure our child has the best experience possible.
The regular app updates are very reassuring as a parent, to know when our child has eaten, had a nap etc., and it's lovely to receive regular updates and photos of activities they've been doing. The activities even for the little ones seem to be varied, fun, and supportive for their growth and development in every area (motor skills, communication, creativity, reading etc). The outdoor space is also a great provision!
Overall we would highly recommend the nursery.

Today is my son's last day and we'll miss the place. It's been over a year and was such a welcoming place from the beginning. All the teachers are encouraging and nurturing with any discipline done thoughtfully and tactfully.
My son's unique quirks were noticed and celebrated, a hard thing to do when
you have a room full of children to manage. They really seem to all enjoy working with the kids and forming friendships.

The nursery is brilliant. All the staff are really friendly and helpful. The photos and daily updates are great. The variety of food and play is great for learning and we've seen a difference at home - in particular in using cutlery. We would recommend the nursery.

Our daughter who's 2.5 years old has come here since she was 5 months old. The nursery and staff have always been amazing! They do so much for the kids and their development at each stage and help the kids and us parents have a smooth transition into the next stage.
There's always contact there,
and they're quick if you need to get hold of them about anything. If there are any concerns (which is rare), they're quick to handle them and inform you. They keep you updated about your child's day, activities and development with pictures and development maps via the app.
The facility is clean and tidy with a wide variety of toys, games and books. When comparing prices when we first arrived, it's priced slightly higher than others but for the value of the money, you and your child get so much from it. Nursery provides a variety of nutritional meals and they have themed meals to celebrate holidays/culture. They have a lovely space outdoors with a mix of activities and toys and when dry they venture into the local park.

The staff are so friendly. Go out of their way to do things for my daughter and I love how well they know every child even ones that aren't in their class. There is a wide range of activities available and the food is delicious! The only thing that needs to be looked at is the buzzer system to drop
off and pick up. The wait for an answer sometimes is very long.

My daughter absolutely loves coming to nursery! The staff work incredibly hard and build such wonderful relationships with the children.
