An amazing nursery, with caring, supportive, excellent key workers who give everything to the kids. Time, energy, patience and focus. Our children are thriving at this nursery and they love it. Never an issue being dropped off and we know they're treated with great care, respect as little humans and attention.

My twin sons have been attending Hale Day Nursery since June 2025 and we have had such a positive experience. The grounds of the nursery have been recently renovated and provide a lovely environment for children to explore and thrive. The staff are so caring and as a twin mum I was anxious about negotiating drop off and pick up particularly before my sons were able to walk, Rhia has always been so understanding and helpful with this which is something I have appreciated so much. Updates from the nursery are provided regularly throughout the day and I love receiving the photos showing what my sons have been doing each day. I would highly recommend Hale Day and am so thankful how they have made the transition to starting nursery so smooth.

Lovely nursery, all the staff are very kind and my little girl has flourished compared to the last nursery she attended her language has developed so much and the staff are always doing activities getting all the children involved.

Emma and Annette are both managers I believe and are both fabulous and have made me feel nothing but secure and confident in my decision to send my child to Broussa. They lead with passion and the upmost care and it is greatly appreciated!!!

Everyone has been so attentive and accommodating to our child's needs during the settling sessions. As parents, we are assured that our child gets well looked after at Hale Day. Really appreciate it.

It is the 4th week for our daughter in Willow Tree. We are very happy. She is still settling but staff is amazing. Always very positive, engage with children. Classrooms bright with lovely toys and trays related to topic. Very good communication between staff and us - parents. Greeting our daughter with smile and compassion.

Willow Tree Nursery has been fantastic for our two boys. From day one, the staff have been warm, caring, and genuinely invested in their happiness and development. It's such a nurturing environment, and we've seen both of them grow in confidence and independence.

The balance between learning and play is perfect-every day is engaging and full of new experiences. We love being able to see their adventures through the app-it's great to stay connected and watch them thrive.

As many parents are, we were nervous about our child attending nursery for the first time, especially considering they were very shy and were often visibly uncomfortable being around people they didn't know. After just a few weeks, they had built a great relationship with their key worker and now 6 months later they walk around the house saying their key workers name and dragging around their nursery bag wanting to go. All of the staff are very friendly and our child has clearly developed well in all areas, but especially socially. They absolutely love going to nursery and get excited every time. The nursery have also been great in catering for our child's dietary requirements. The facilities and location are great, with lots of outside space and they're always taking part in a range of activities that appear both engaging and educational. I would highly recommend Hale Day Nursery to anyone seeking attentive, professional and stress-free childcare.

Our son loves nursery so much. We are always so impressed with all the activities and outings that are available for the children. They have such fantastic variety and even the garden set up is such a plus as a lot of nurseries don't have that much outdoor space!

The staff at Hale Day Nursery have been incredibly accommodating of our son and the many questions we've had during his first months at the nursery. He has struggled at times with not wanting to leave parents for the day but the staff have been great at building up his confidence in spending the day away from home. Regular updates help to give an insight into the trips and activities they all get up to.

My daughter adores the team at Hale Day Nursery and talks about her key worker on the days she isn't there! She settled in so quickly and happily naps there. She's always cheerful at drop off and excited to go. The food is also amazing - so fresh, balanced and healthy!

Our daughter has been at nursery now for a month. She absolutely loves it, the daily pictures and friendly staff put a first-time mum like myself at ease. Different daily activities (sensory etc) keep my daughter busy and learning a wide variety of food keeps my daughter trying new things. Overall very happy with all aspects of nursery and hope our experience continues to be as positive.

I can't rate Woodlands Day Nursery highly enough. My, now, 14 month old daughter started at Woodlands when I was returning to work - an anxiety-filled, vulnerable, transitional period of time for the family. From the off, the professional, knowledgeable, warm, and kind-hearted practitioners put both myself and my daughter at ease. My daughter really enjoys her time with the Woodlands team, and adores her keyworkers, so I feel relaxed and comfortable leaving her with them, knowing she will be having a fun and educational time outside of her home. The team encourage my little one to 'get stuck in' with messy play (indoors, and outdoors), and have tried to get to know her as an individual to try to maximise the enjoyment she takes from activities.

My son has been at Woodlands for just under 6 months and we have been nothing but happy with the nursery, the staff went above and beyond to settle him in to his new setting so quickly and make sure I was always comfortable when trying to settle him in. We are always kept up to date and well informed about what he has been up to each week with the weekly updates. You can really see the genuine care and compassion for each child during pick-up and drop-offs. The manager and the team do a fantastic job day in and day out, any child is lucky to be able to get a place within Woodlands!

I can't thank all of the staff there enough. They were the reason we considered not moving house/area and are so sad to go. I wish our youngest could have had the same start in the big, wide world there. Broussa, you'll be very much missed.

My daughter has been attending here since she turned one so just over 2 years now - we have become a little extended family here with the team at Willow Tree couldn't ask for a more lovely group of people honestly! Since day 1 they've always been so caring and attentive to our little girl. She has blossomed here with how calm and fun it is - it really is such a wonderful environment where every day we felt comfortable that she was in safe hands. Food is great, activities are engaging, and I'm sure she eats well - much better than home! She has passed the daytime nap phase but when she did it was so peaceful and smooth. Highly rate the team here and we will miss you thank you so much!

All staff are very nice and friendly. They have a clear curriculum for the children which obviously involves lots of play. The teachers are knowledgeable and have a variety of experience. The different classes all the way from baby to preschool have been great. They have a lovely outdoor area and have extra activities for the children to do. I would like to see more information and photos of the meals provided, something that has been asked for but not currently done.

Hale Day Nursery has been amazing for my daughter. She started at the beginning of September and has taken some time to settle in but throughout this time the staff and in particular her key worker, has been fantastic. They have been very kind, caring and loving with her and very supportive to me. It is not easy having a child that is taking time to settle into nursery however having the staff being reassuring but honest has really helped. I have really appreciated them taking my daughter in their arms and giving her a cuddle if she is upset at drop off and my daughter's key worker always hands over at pick up time and gives a good amount of information. The updates on tapestry are great to see too. Overall I would highly recommend the nursery.
