My son has been attending Pixies for 3.5 years. It's a wonderfully bright, engaging setting and the staff are fantastic. My son has truly developed and met many a milestone during his time at Pixies. Throughout our time there, we've built good relationships with our key workers, who are always happy
to help, received ample guides/information to take away with us (toothbrush guide, giving up a dummy, potty training). Most importantly, though, my son loves going in, seeing his keyworker and friends each day.

I am extremely happy with the preschool. Plenty for my son to do and learn there. I do think a few more displays would be nice of the children's work, especially on the back stairs going to the garden would be good.

My son has been going to Pixies for the last 6 months and has come on so much since he’s been there in confidence and his development, his bond with his keyworker in the baby room is good and he will happily go to her each morning. overall a good nursery with some amazing staff who care for the children

Outstanding nursery for so many reasons, my daughter is potty trained but has not wanted to use the potty at nursery sometimes and within 2 weeks of attending this nursery, she is using the potty. The staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. The staff were very accommodating to the fast turn
around in which I needed my daughter to start the nursery, the induction and settling process made the transition to a new nursery effortless. This is my daughter's 3rd nursery and by far the best in all aspects.

My child has been very happy here all the way through.
The staff are lovely and attentive and my son speaks about the carers even at home. They have definitely helped his confidence and he has many friends.
I would also add, having attended previous nurseries they are great with the entry system.
Staff always attend the door and are very strict on parents letting other parents in, this reassures me that the children are in great hands.

A very friendly nursery and preschool, my 2 children have grown so much socially and also their eating habits. Through working with the staff at the nursery we were able to overcome aversions to certain foods and now they try a whole host of new foods.
All staff keep you updated of any new information
and if their are any concerns.

I cannot speak highly enough of the Team at Pixies at Locks Heath. My son has been with them since he was 11 months and he is now 7. He absolutely loves spending time there, and the relationships and friendships he has forged there are very special to him and allows my wife and I a great deal of comfort
as we try to balance full-time jobs. The school holiday activities are varied and well thought out, and we believe that Pixies offers the best value for money care in the local area.

My son has been at Pixies since he was 10 months old. His 1st keyworker was amazing and he loved her. As a working mum, it was a relief that my son felt happy and had people who knew him as well as me
The transition up to toddlers was handled very well and the help and advice they gave me on a number
of occasions (potty training) was very helpful.
Pre-school is where I think he has excelled and learnt a lot, both educationally and socially. The layout and structure of their day enables the children to prepare for infant school.
I have only had positive communication between all staff and myself (even through staff and management changes).
I have enjoyed the stay and play days throughout the years and also the Christmas plays/parties.
Tapestry is a great idea to keep track of your child's progress and is always up to date.
I've just had another son and would only put him in Pixies.
The staff are like friends and I am thankful for all they've done that has made him the little boy he is today

Great setting with a diverse range of staff, all bringing something different to a child’s learning. Excellent outside space which they use as much as they can and a lot cheaper compared to other nurseries in the area.
Our son has come on leaps and bounds after going up to preschool and that’s down
to the staff and the range of activities/learning they have in place.
Friendly management who are always there to listen/help with any problems you may have!

It is very daunting going back to work and leaving your baby in the care of others. We are very happy with our choice. The staff are friendly, caring and understanding and our son is growing into a confident, happy little person. The manager is always lovely and was very patient in answering all my
initial queries. Our younger son will be attending when he is old enough and I can only hope he loves it here as much as his brother.
