Amazing, friendly, and professional nursery. Our kids settled straight away into Apple Blossom at Alnwick. The staff are so caring, friendly and full of energy. Great activities, great staff, and a home-from-home environment. The outside space especially is amazing. Our kids' speaking and overall development have come on leaps and bounds since starting here. Absolutely cannot recommend highly enough.

Apple Blossom welcomed my son a few months ago. My son is a lockdown baby and was very anxious and would be in distress anytime I left the room. I cannot believe how settled he is at nursery! He is happy going in, speaks the names of his key worker and other staff. He genuinely has become happier and more confident and this is down to Apple Blossom nursery. The staff are friendly and communicate well with me. They offer a range of activities and keep me up to date weekly with progress reports and photos. I feel I have a good relationship with the staff team too. So I'm confident leaving my baby there! Thanks Apple Blossom Nursery.

My little boy is really well looked after and is always doing fun activities at nursery. They also do fun trips out. He has a great relationship with his key worker and the manager, he can’t wait to get to nursery on a morning. His key worker is brilliant and always remembers to tell me what he ate for lunch and tea, what time he napped, and what he got up to that day when I pick him up. I am very happy that my son goes to Apple Blossom.

My daughter has been at the nursery for 2 years, she's really grown in confidence since starting. It was a great first setting for her as it's small it's not too overwhelming. All the staff have been great with her and there's always lots for her to do.

Absolutely amazing nursery. My little boy loves this nursery, the staff are amazing, the activities and setup is brilliant. The staff have so much time for the children, always happy kind, and caring towards the children and parents. Highly recommended.

I cannot recommend Apple Blossom Day Nursery enough! Both of my kids started going to this nursery from 7 months old and are thriving. The girls are all so lovely and go above and beyond to care for the children and make it such a fun place to learn. I am constantly kept up to date with their progress and activities including photos. Thank you - you’re all amazing!

Apple Blossom Nursery in Hexham is a small nursery run by a lovely group of staff. We have found them very caring, welcoming, and willing to accommodate wishes for our child. For example, we use reusable nappies and wipes, which was accepted no questions. I also have an older child with additional needs, who has been accepted in their holiday club again, without any resistance (indeed, Apple blossom is the only childcare facility in the area that will accept her). The children play outside daily in all weathers and take advantage of seasonal changes (for example, in the summertime they take advantage of the nice weather by eating outside, going to the local park, etc, and in the winter playing in the snow). The outside space looks nothing special when you see it, but its use is maximised by the staff and it’s a nice shaded spot, ideal in the summer heat.

We can tell from the photos they send and the crafts he brings home that our little boy is learning through a range of exciting activities. Thanks everyone.

I’m so glad we chose Apple Blossom Nursery for our daughter to attend. She settled in really quickly and is so happy walking into nursery every day. The staff are all so friendly and always happy to help. They’re also great at organising so many fun activities, we love seeing all the pictures of what our daughter's been up to. The nursery has been great for her development and she’s made some great friends there. I would highly recommend Alnwick Apple Blossom nursery to anyone.

This is my second review as my other child is attending Apple Blossom now. My feelings have not changed towards this fantastic nursery, if anything they are even better. So now I have two children who attend and they literally are at their happiest when at nursery. The staff go that extra mile to not only support the children in attendance but the families too. Security is still paramount and with everything that happened with Covid-19, they dealt with it so professionally and still supported children and families. I dread the day my children leave nursery as I’m genuinely worried they will never have the experience they have at Apple Blossom. 100% recommend to anyone who needs childcare.

Apple Blossom is a fantastic nursery for my son! The level of care and attention are of high quality and he adores all the staff. Without a doubt, we made the correct decision. There’s always something exciting happening or planned for the kids. From World Book Day, Easter straight through to Halloween and Christmas, there’s fun had and so much to learn for our little boy. The leaps he’s taken in his development, self-confidence, and personality is great! And it’s absolutely because of the care and attention he receives at Apple Blossom. We highly recommend!

My daughter started coming to Apple Blossom baby room in September '21 just 2 mornings a week. She was quite shy but even after her first morning, I could tell she really enjoyed it. The staff are all amazing and lovely. They have loads of great activities set up each day/week for the children to enjoy. My daughter still doesn’t like ‘mummy leaving her’ but she absolutely loves her time here, the staff greet her which such enthusiasm every morning. I always get an update on her morning when I collect her, what she’s eaten, where she’s been playing, how long a nap etc. Her little face lights up now when I say ‘come on, we’re going to nursery today’. Fab place.

Would highly recommend Apple Blossom. My daughter started attending for 2 days a week at 6 months old as I had to go back to work, and I honestly believe she has loved every day. It has definitely helped with her development and confidence, especially as she started going in the middle of the pandemic. All the staff are lovely and keep you well informed, they even have an app where they upload photos of what the children get up to and key development stages. They are always doing fun and interactive activities and often get out and about to see new things and places.

Child struggled to settle in other nurseries but had no problems settling in here, they love going to nursery and have a bond with each and every staff member. The nursery is supportive to the parents too and has great communication methods. The staff are capable of facilitating medication, unlike other nurseries which really puts your mind at ease that your child is looked after.

Wow, where do I even start? What an amazing nursery this is with such lovely ladies working there. We enrolled my daughter in April time this year and she has never been to a nursery before. I have always been a stay-at-home mum but have recently started working part-time. She has been at Apple Blossom Alnwick for around 7 months now and she is absolutely thriving, her confidence and her speech in particular. During lockdown, it was hard for my daughter to interact with other children and we feel this impacted her speech development, she now has amazing little friendships at Nursery and absolutely loves all of the girls who work there. They all work so hard and are real-life superwomen, they do not get the credit they deserve and as a family, we are so very grateful for all of them. Thank you, girls, for making my daughter the happiest for the 3 days she joins you each week, as a mum that is all you could ever hope for and I am so proud of the little lady she is becoming!

Words can't describe how truly amazing all the staff are at Apple Blossom Nursery. My daughter attended 2 years and 5 months and every day she would practically skip in waving goodbye to me yet she won't go to many people. She absolutely loved going and enjoyed all the activities they used to do. You can clearly see how much the staff truly care and love your child. My daughter has learned lots of things at nursery and that I'm also thankful for. They will even work with you and they were fully supportive when potty training leading to only one accident in the whole time which was truly down to their help. If you want your child to go to a fun but educating nursery where all the staff are very helpful and caring this is the nursery for you!

Professional and caring staff who have the development and well-being of your child at heart. Children are fed a variety of nutritious meals cooked on the premises, development and play is hugely encouraged and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend it.

Our son attended the nursery for 2 and a half years and has thoroughly enjoyed his time there. The staff always made a lot of him and were always very friendly. When collecting him at the end of the day we always received updates as to how he had been and whether he had eaten well etc. We would highly recommend the nursery.

My son's speech and learning have come on so much and it's all thanks to the outstanding and wonderful ladies at Apple Blossom. If I could keep all my children at that nursery I would, so thanks again to the manager and her brilliant team.

All the ladies that care for my children are happy, cheerful, funny and I do not doubt that my children are in the best hands.
