Overall Experience

Wouldn't recommend another Nursey in the borough. My son is currently attending and my daughter left in September to join primary so many years we have been sending our children here and never once had any issues with any other children or staff they are outstanding

Overall Experience

Playaway have been fantastic with my daughter and I am so happy with the Nursery. I was nervous about how my daughter would settle as she was always quite anxious about being left but she took it all in her stride and has absolutely thrived here.

The communication is excellent, the app is updated

regularly. The holiday club is an added bonus as my son can come in the holidays and he absolutely loves it and never wants to have to go back to school. Such nurturing environment for all ages and he is always kept entertained and involved.

The staff are all incredible and you can tell everyone genuinely cares about the children in their care. I honestly can't fault this nursery in any area and I'm so happy I chose it.

Overall Experience

Fantastic place and highly recommended!
All of staff are very friendly and helpful. Our son started 1.5 years ago and he absolutely loves going there. He is getting ready to start reception next year while being well cared for and getting fantastic support. Tasha and the team creates warm and welcoming

environment, the kids have lots of fun every day. Tasha is well organised, creative and full of energy - always goes above and beyond! I particularly love that we are getting daily reports with photos - that is invaluable.

Excellent nursery. Both my kids went to this one. They helped ease my big one had an amazing time. My younger one loves going to nursery and always looks forward to it. Great facilities, great staff five stars.

I am more than delighted to have my son in play- away. The staff a warm, friendly and re assuring, when my husband and I were looking for nursery for our son this September we were looking for nursery that can provide the needs of our son and meet his target as a toddler to get him ready for preschool,

a place where he can build his confidence, an learn whilst having fun, amongst the options we heard we choose play-away, which we did not regret at all, we can see how much he's grown just this few months.His first day was mind blowing he came back home with so many words, it was a shock for me because he couldn't stop he went on and on every single day is a brand new day with singing, words and sentences, all this credits goes to the amazing & wonderful staffs, love the approach of teaching in cooperated rather than living them to explore, his previous school staffs were amazing but kids were left to explore and been curious in there little world. I must say keep up the excellent work.

Since my Little girl started there she has had the best time and absolutely loves going to nursery. The staff are great with her and she adores them. I really enjoy the updates they send out about her day. Would highly recommend to anyone.

A safest and friendly environment for kids . Staff is very friendly and talented. They always take care of the kids. Whenever I approach them with questions and problems regarding my tot they always have support me and gave answers to my queries. Highly recommended place for toddlers in Gillingham.

Overall Experience

My son has been at the nursery for almost 2 years now and I couldn't be more pleased.

The staff are really friendly and make an effort to know each child as an individual. He's met all his milestones while attending nursery and while I do not attribute this solely to them, they have supported the

care and guidance he receives at home to ensure there is no regression while he is at nursery. This was notable so when he was being potty trained as he only got better even though he has nursery sessions in between.

We have another son who's just been born and we feel very confident to have him join the nursery as well soon.

Overall Experience

The staff are always super accommodating and supportive,which as a first-time Mum is incredibly reassuring. I leave my baby girl in complete confidence that her needs are being met and she is safe. I've been particularly impressed at the fantastic communication by all staff. They share any concerns

but are equally happy to listen and answer any questions that I may have too.I cannot stress enough how much my child loves attending the nursery each and every day. She always mentions how much fun she has with both staff members and peers.
Thank you anyways for making my daughter feel right at home and allowing her to flourish. She has the best time there, and it's evident by how excited she is to go to nursery. Thank you for being her second family and for everything you have done and continue to do.
You ladies deserve all the credit for the amazing work you do!

My daughter has been attending the nursery for a while and she is having the best experience, I was a bit worried changing her from child minder to nursery but the staff have been amazing and she has developed really well. My son attends the holiday club and absolutely loves it. Even with certain eating

difficulties he has, the staff have been so helpful and supportive.

This has been a great choice.

Overall Experience

Could not recommend this nursery enough. I am a very anxious parent and the teachers reassured me so much. They are so caring towards the children. My daughter settled in so well and I get updates when she is at the nursery to let me know what she is up to so it makes it so much easier for me to leave

her and go to work. She absolutely adores her teachers and they really do care about the children. She has learnt so much since being there. I have also recommended this nursery to my friends who have then signed up their children and they are also thriving here.

My daughter started at Jenkins dale play a way nursery in July, so so pleased she loves coming to nursery her speach and her confidence has come so far. The teachers are all amazing helpful nursery is so clean and lunch times smells delicious. Thankyou for making Vienna feel comfortable and settled.

We couldn't be happier with the progress our son has made since joining playawaysThe staff are absolutely wonderful - so caring, patient, and attentive to his needs. They've really helped him grow in confidence, independence, and social skills, and it's been amazing to see how much he has developed

during his time there.

Every day he goes in with a big smile and comes home happy, full of stories about what he's been doing. It's clear he feels safe, valued, and nurtured, which means so much to us as parents. We are so grateful for the supportive environment the nursery provides and for the genuine care the staff show.

I couldn't recommend Playaways and highly enough - it's such a positive place for children to learn, play, and thrive.

Overall Experience

All the staff at Playaway are lovely and you can tell they really care for the children. My first daughter was there between 1-4 years and my youngest was in the baby room for about a month. They were both welcomed and fully integrated with lots of stimulating and fun activities for the pre-schoolers

My son started nursery in April at age 2, he had been with a childminder prior to this. Since starting nursery he has grown in confidence and loves everyday that he is there. The staff are amazing and caring, this is whether the child is in their room or not! I did not know what to expect when making

My granddaughter has come on in leaps and bounds since starting at this nursery. The staff are lovely, extremely helpful! My granddaughter really loves coming to this nursery and she has learnt so much. We are increasing her days here due to the fact that she has settled so well and is learning so much.

App keeps us updated on food and sleep patterns as well as playtime and learning. Overall I cannot fault the nursery for anything

This setting has been amazing for both my daughter who had short time there and my son who is in toddler room. I have found that all staff are welcoming, friendly and caring. We have 2 kids at Play-a-Way nursey and Preschool. One in nursery and the other in Preschool. The whole team is very good and pay attention to details. We were new to Chatham and have a child with autism. We were a bit worried to send her to nursery but we are very pleased with the way the staff look

after her and assist in her meeting her needs. Both our kids are very happy at the nursery and we are always confident that they have a wonderful day and receive the best care. The admin team are very friendly and makes us feel valued as parents.
