Day Nurseries Owned by The Little School Day Nurseries

We have been deeply disappointed with the experience at this nursery. The management appears disorganised, unprofessional, and unfriendly, which unfortunately extends to interactions with both parents and children. Communication is poor - for instance, our child's key worker was relocated without any notice or explanation. This lack of transparency, combined with a high staff turnover, has created a real lack of consistency and continuity in our child's care.
The condition of the outdoor areas is also a serious concern. The gardens are dated and poorly maintained, with broken items left near doorways - posing a clear safety hazard for curious children. The doorbells are non-functional, and overall, the setting feels neglected and stale, particularly when it comes to the learning and play equipment provided.

Children deserve a clean, professional, and safe environment to explore and grow. Sadly, this nursery does not currently meet those expectations. Urgent improvements are needed.
