My husband mainly does the drop-offs and pick-ups but when I do go in, the whole team make you feel like they have all the time in the world to discuss your child and they seem to know every one of them as little individuals. When she gets home at the end of the day, there's always lovely news of her day, whether it's playing in the garden, baking or painting. It does make being away from her that bit easier.

The staff are amazing and always make us feel so welcome and my granddaughter has her own key worker who monitors her progress and reports to me what she has done when I collect her. The atmosphere is warm and nurturing and the safeguarding procedures are excellent. Carry on the good work everyone and thank you for giving my granddaughter such a lovely introduction to education.

Kid Ease Norwich feels very different to the nurseries my daughter attended. Here, I feel happy when I leave him in the morning - not least because he always seems to be listened to and cared for. He plays with other children or on his own, he gets read to on his terms, they have a great play area outside and are always making stuff or doing fun things.

And they'll always have a chat with you - it's all very personal and makes me feel like I'm part of the nursery.

is great, allows your child to try new flavours and textures that they may not at home. (i.e. my son eats eggs at school, not at home, Why you ask? NO Idea!) They also are happy for the children to bring items from home on occasion i.e. if your child wants to share a favourite book or holiday snaps with their friends. Overall we are very happy and will be sad when we leave in August.

time at nursery, particular highlights are the Little Kickers football sessions, exploring for bugs in the garden and getting messy with glue and paint! The crèche sessions offered by the nursery have been really useful.

every parent looks for. The key person approach work really well as there is always a designated person who is looking after your child's needs, worries and records their development. I really like the natural look and feel of the nursery and also very impressed with the variety of Child-led and Adult-led experiences they do at nursery. These experiences have not only helped my child have fun but also learn, reason and develop at the same time. I was recommended this nursery as safeguarding and childcare is their priority. Every single member of their team is doing a great job, I would like to thank them in supporting and helping me in this journey of my child's development.

They are always there with a smile on their face to invite you in on every session, my daughter has dietary needs and every need is met without feeling like I'm being a pain. I am happy to say I can't fault this nursery and without a doubt if there was another pitter patter I would be on there door step without needing to look round a long list of nurseries.

The nursery has become an extension of family and the love he has for staff is clear as is the love shown to him in return.
