Day Nurseries Owned by RGS Worcester Family of Schools in Worcestershire

My son has been going here since he turned 2 (now3), my niece was already here and we tagged along on a garden party they did after the holiday to welcome all the children back, I just loved everything about it, clean/ tidy/ well looked after. Lots of toy/ dens, inside. Outside has so much to do out there even I wanted to stay and play, I signed him up to join that day. He did a few settling in days and loved it, I think we have had a couple of days that he cried obviously about leaving me but soon settled in and now he gives me a kiss and cuddle and waves me off. You can see that all the staff love there jobs and put so much care and thought into every Childs needs and it really shows. My child has come on so much since starting and is thriving. I recommend this nursery to everyone now. I also love how they have an app to let you know what they had for lunch and give little updates with photos of what they have been doing. Thank-you to all of the dodderhill team your amazing.

We highly recommend!!

My grand daughter attends the nursery at The Grange and loves it. The children always look so happy when I collect. She has developed so much since starting there. The nursery staff are so kind and look after her so well.

We're so grateful for everything they've done for our child and would highly recommend this nursery to any parents.

I could rave about RGS Dodderhill Nursery & Pre School all day. They are a wonderful setting, they individualise each child's care and needs and my husband and I are a thrilled with how our daughter has progressed with them since April 24. The rooms are not over crowded and every single team member is so lovely and knowledgable in what they do. You can tell they all love their jobs and are passionate about what they are doing. We cannot wait for our next daughter to start when she is old enough. Thank you all!

Small class sizes mean each child and their needs are very well known and met.

My daughter is really enjoying her time at the nursery, lovely helpful staff. She is doing a good range of activities and having so much fun. We recommend RGS the grange nursery to all our friends.

Since my daughter started the nursery in January 2026, aged 2 1/2 years she has come on leaps and bounds. We felt she was falling behind at her previous nursery and we are so glad we decided to move her to RGS Dodderhill. She is becoming so much more independent and she is talking alot more. The teachers aren't there to just look after them, they actually teach and encourage the kids from 2 years of age, unlike most other nurseries. A lovely nursery in such a lovely setting.

Staff are very caring and we are always updated on each day's progress and activities.

Staff offer feedback from the day and regularly check in that everything is ok, this is reassuring as a parent that my child is happy and cared for, and it's always nice hearing about her day.

A wonderful nursery where our daughter has flourished. The teachers and all staff are completely dedicated to the best and the range of experiences are wide. We couldn't have put our daughter in a better place or in better hands.

I can not rate RGS Dodderhill Nursery highly enough. Our daughter is absolutely thriving there. She runs into nursery every morning happily, all of the staff are attentive and know each child personally. The range of activities on offer are always well thought through and there are lots of opportunities like the Harvest Festival, Christmas Nativity and Fathers Day to go in to the nursery and get involved with your child's learning and witness the magic that goes on daily.

We absolutely love the nursery. From the start it has been absolutely briliant. My daughter loves going there. Staff is amazing, keeping us always updated. Outdoor space is generous and locked gates are making it very secure.

Both our children have attended RGS The Grange nursery after turning two, and I cannot fault the setting in any way. Our boys are so lucky to have been surrounded by such kind, nurturing, attentive and genuinely caring teachers/ carers. I cannot recommend the nursery enough to anyone. I wish I'd attended as a young child!!

Our son joined RGS September 2025. We were previously enrolled with a different childcare setting and to say the difference is like night and day is an understatement.

The provision of care at RGS The Grange is fantastic, from the activities our son partakes in every day, to the daily communication from staff, we can honestly say, we could not be happier.

The Grange facilities are second to none in the area, there is so much for the children to do each day. The daily routine is clearly very well organised and the children have continual stimulus that engages them and helps them learn.

Our son is so much happier now, he is developing his academic skills already and his emotional self management is being nurtured by the wonderful staff at The Grange.

I can not fault this nursery in anyway! They are simple amazing. This is my second time using them. My middle daughter started with them back during Covid and they were fantastic with her considering how shy and reserved she was! My youngest daughter started in January this year and she loves it. Range of activities and clubs is so varied and suitable for all children. Even their toddler group 'ducklings' that we often attended beforehand is excellent. The food for lunches and the cakes; that sometimes even the parents can indulge in; delicious. Every member of staff is polite and engaging, even the headmaster. What a wonderful place for a child to spend time in. Holiday club accessible and easy to book! If you can send your child here they will learn so much!

We couldn't be happier with our experience at RGS The Grange, particularly in the Caterpillars class. The environment is incredibly nurturing, and the team goes above and beyond to create a warm and supportive space for the children.

A special mention must go to one of the staff members, who has been nothing short of exceptional. Her kindness, patience, and dedication have made such a positive impact on our child. Since joining the Caterpillars class, our child has come on leaps and bounds-growing in confidence, developing new skills, and truly excelling in ways we could only have hoped for.

We are so grateful to the whole team for their hard work and commitment. It's clear they genuinely care about each child's development, and we feel incredibly lucky to be part of such a fantastic setting.

We have found RGS The Grange to be an excellent nursery for our children. It delivers childcare at a level far higher than other (very well rated) nurseries we have used. Our children are happy and developing both rapidly and comprehensively due to the dedicated staff and wide variety of resources available to them. Staff are engaging, communicate well with us about their progress and are clearly well led. They are open to change when suggested and clearly really do care about the children in their charge. I have absolutely no reservation in recommending the nursery at all.

All staff at RGS Dodderhill Nursery are exceptional. My daughter has been made to feel welcome, safe and has been given the support and opportunity to explore and learn through play. Their variety of activities and ideas are very individual and always child-led.

Our daughter started mid-term last year, and every staff member has played a role in helping her settle in. Now, she looks forward to going to nursery every morning! The culture in this establishment is truly special-more so than in other childcare settings we've experienced. She always comes home happy, which, as a mother, is all I can ask for. It reassures me that she is being cared for, listened to, and loved. Choosing this nursery was the best decision we made, even if it means a 16-mile round trip every day. The effort is more than worth it!
