Cuddles is a fantastic nursery. My son loved going two years ago and my daughter who has recently joined is really enjoying it. Both have made positive steps by attending Cuddles.

I would absolutely recommend Cuddles at Canford Heath.

Cuddles has been fantastic for our daughter who has attended from 11 months and is now going to school in September. The staff are very caring and really go the extra mile. They do so many wonderful things for the children including trips out, parties, photoshoots, nativity plays and bringing in entertainers. The variety of activities is excellent and they really do well at preparing children for school. Highly recommend.

Our daughter has attended Cuddles since she was 10months, she has now just turned 2. As first time parents there were alot of nerves and things we didn't know but Cuddles have always been so supportive! Each step of the way their care, communication, guidance has helped A grow into the wonderful little girl she is today. We are so thankful for all the staff and all they do. It's peace of mind knowing A is well looked after and generally happy to be there.

I couldn't be happier with Cuddles Day Nursery. Nico absolutely loves going there and is always excited for his nursery days, which says everything. The staff are incredibly welcoming, kind, caring, and always so helpful. From the very beginning, they made his transition into nursery so much easier and helped him settle in with so much patience and support.

They have always provided the very best care for Nico, and they continue to do so every single day. It's clear that they genuinely care about each child and their development. I especially appreciate how much they encourage and support Nico with his speech and communication, and it's been wonderful to see his confidence grow.

The nursery offers a fantastic learning environment with lots of engaging activities, great resources, and a lovely outdoor space. Everything is always clean, well organised, and managed to a very high standard. As a parent, it's so reassuring to know your child is cared for by such a dedicated team.

Amazing nursery, my daughter is in centipedes, she is thriving. She comes home well fed, full of beans and she always looks forward to going back the next day! The outside play area is so fun and they really keep the children busy with activities!

I was welcomed back by a team of friendly faces, who all remembered my son and myself! Fran, Helen, Jasmine, Claire, Wendy and Emily have all looked after my 3yr old son in various rooms. My 3yr old loves coming to nursery. Well done Fran and the team! You guys are amazing x

They have really taken the time to get to know my child and they take an active interest in things that she enjoys.

Staff members are always welcoming and friendly and make my child feel comfortable and safe when he doesn't necessarily want to go in. The outside space is brilliant and they rotate gardens to give the children different experiences which has been great during the summer months.

Our daughter loves nursery and often asks to go on her day off! They do lots of art activities which she loves and have lots of garden time! They have also been especially helpful toilet training offering advice when needed;

The planning, thought, energy and commitment that go into their daily activities with the kids are admirable and they definitely go above and beyond what I expect of a nursery. Their communication is excellent and their adaptability to your child's needs knows no boundaries. My daughter loves cuddles. All the staff are brilliant, she always is having fun and has great stories to tell about her day. We can see how much she is learning from her days at nursery. Can't say a bad word about it.

Our little girl has been going to cuddles since she was 11 months old and she will be going to school in September. We will miss the nursery so much, she has absolutely thrived there and all staff in all rooms have made that happen. We would recommend 100% to others. All staff make such a huge effort from management to office staff. They always say hello to my daughter. My son also attends and he has come out of his shell so much, he loves the staff and each day there is a new activity or learning opportunity. We love cuddles!

Our daughter started at Cuddles in June this year after finishing at her previous setting 6 weeks earlier. We were worried about how she would settle but she has joined her pre-school room as if she already knew the place and all the people. She has fantastic provisions to play with and aid her learning and the adults in her room are always so engaging and enthusiastic. We couldn't be happier with the change that we made and look forward to seeing her progress at Cuddles in the next year before starting school

Cuddles have been amazing with my son who has a heart condition. He comes home always so happy and excited to tell me about what he got up to. Staff have been amazing and communicate well. I really appreciate all that they do as it really shows it's not just a job for them.

My daughter absolutely loves Cuddles nursery! The staff are amazing, the activities are brilliant and they even have a big swimming pool, fun slide/pool too for the warmer months! Highly recommend this nursery!

My child goes to a term time only class and is due to start school in September. The class staff have always been very helpful and informative on drop off and pick up. The cards and work my child has brought home is also adorable. The staff informed me of any praises and concerns they have had and tell me about my child's day every day. Always friendly and happy to help with my questions and concerns. I definitely recommend this nursery to others!
