Can guarantee the spare clothes nearly every day you pack are worn as they’ve had a great time getting messy and having fun! Wouldn’t send my children anywhere else.

This is all down to the staff. Every single one of them is friendly, welcoming, warm and so caring to my daughter, just like they were to my niece. It's a pleasure to see them be so loving to my daughter and she just loves them right back! It's a massive reassurance and comfort to know she is secure and safe and that is the best thing any nursery can provide!

A fantastic nursery with wonderful, friendly staff. My son started in the baby room in September when he was 14 months old. After a few sessions, he was already excited to go to nursery in the morning. The staff built a lovely bond with him so quickly and genuinely cared about him and his interests and needs. He comes out of nursery happy, we can always tell he’s had a lovely day. We always get lots of feedback about his day and there are often photos on the app for us to see what activities he has been doing which is great to see. We couldn’t be happier with the nursery, staff and how our son is growing and learning each week thank you Lilliput.

The staff ensure they build a good relationship with the children in their care. The staff are caring and are always pleased to greet my son into the nursery. Staff keep parents up to date with what their child has been up to during their time there. A daily diary is kept of what my child has eaten, along with information about activities, sleep and toileting. This is communicated to me at every pickup time to ensure a smooth handover. My son is always offered balanced and healthy options for mealtimes. He creates lots of artwork and has taken part in lots of different themes over the year such as Diwali, fireworks, and Children in Need. Lots of photographs are taken and sent to us on the app. I agree with the good points that are made in this year's Ofsted report for the nursery/preschool. I would recommend Anstey Lilliput to others.

My son has spent almost two years at this nursery and has really enjoyed his time there. He settled in so easily due to how caring and friendly the staff are, and he has always felt safe and happy. We've always been well informed and have been impressed with the communication when we have had questions. He has had key workers assigned to him but has developed relationships with all of the staff and feels comfortable with everyone there. We like the range of activities that are available, and we like the fact that he has so much choice and isn't made to do set activities; he learns through play and has become so confident. Show and tell sessions have given him lots of opportunities to become comfortable speaking in front of a big group, and his independence has increased with little things like getting his own breakfast in the morning. We definitely recommend this nursery as we feel that the children's needs are always catered for, and the staff are all so kind and caring.

Our son has just left the nursery to go to school in September. He absolutely loved the nursery and all of the staff. The two main things for me as a parent when rating the nursery are “is my child happy” and “do they make my life easier” which is extremely important as we are both full time working parents and for both things they were fantastic. Our next child will definitely be going here when it comes round to it. Highly recommended.

Lilliput Anstey is a lovely nursery. The staff can’t do enough to welcome and settle your child(and you!), they are very patient, extremely professional, approachable but above all they are excellent at safeguarding your child, they go above and beyond to set your mind at ease, responding to any query with speed. My little one has had a very happy few years at Lilliput and has blossomed within their care. The staff are more like an extended family rather than just nursery practitioners, and can’t thank them enough for everything they have done during the past few years.

Both my children now attend the nursery and I wouldn’t send them anywhere else. My youngest has allergies and the nursery have done everything possible to assist with his needs without it being a burden. My eldest loves going nursery and loves all the assistants. He has thrived there and they have certainly got him ready for starting school in Sept 2020.

Nothing is too much trouble for the staff, from the cleaner, cook, nursery staff and management - they are all fab!

Excellent nursery! I was hesitant as to whether to send my daughter to nursery as she has always been shy around people she doesn't know so I was quite worried but at the same time, I wanted to do it to help build her confidence ready for when she starts school and Lilliput has done just that! The staff are so lovely and always make sure my daughter is getting involved and enjoying herself. She loves it that much she even asks to go on weekends. It was the first nursery that I visited and I am so happy that I did. 100% recommend.

The convenience of Lilliput Montessori having its own car park is good and opening hours are excellent for working families. The purpose-built nursery has the office window facing the entrance to allow only familiar adults to collect children, spacious outdoor areas and designated pegs area for all children. A no mobile phone policy also helps safeguard our children. Staff are attentive, caring and very friendly. Staff will praise and encourage children to develop to the best of their ability whilst treating each child as an individual learning at their own pace and style. The Montessori areas encourage exploration. Parent handovers are always detailed, and staff will provide cover during busy periods to consistently maintain staff: child ratios. Meals are balanced and varied, and the cook will endeavour to cater for each child as an individual according to dietary needs. The Manager has always been helpful in answering queries in a timely manner. My children are incredibly happy here!

Within weeks of starting, it was noticeable the difference in her development and independence, as well as the ability to do new things, such as trying to read/sitting on activities for longer and she can't wait for Forest School!

The staff are always friendly, trustworthy and there's such a community feel. She will definitely do Galaxy Gang next year too, so we know the transition to school will be easier and we know we can trust the staff to support her next journey.

We can't thank them enough, from the support they've given us through to answering all my questions so promptly to put my mind at rest too. We highly recommend it to everyone.

Excellent nursery, both my daughter's are very happy and grew up here. All staff are really compassionate and have excellent skills. No complaints at all, this is their second home.

When my eldest daughter first arrived at the nursery she was a very shy young child and very mummy clingy. Since going to the nursery not only has she learnt so much such as how to use a knife and fork, and much more, my daughter has now become a very confident little 3-year-old and personally I put it all down to the nursery. Thank you.

Our son has settled into the baby room of the Nursery so well, thanks to the amazing staff. I feel so comfortable leaving him in their capable hands and I know he has a great time. The staff use Tapestry to keep me updated and show me how much fun he is having, and he is always smiling and playing when I pick him up. Thank you so much for looking after him so well, just like you did with my daughter all those years ago!
