Little Sneakers has been incredibly caring and welcoming for our little girl. Leaving your child with strangers for the first time is a terrifying prospect and our little girl can be extremely cautious around new faces, but we have seen first hand how she has settled with multiple members of staff who
have cared for her with love and patience. She has come on leaps and bounds with her communication since starting and she is always smiling and waving to staff as we leave at pick up. She is generally found happy and exploring in the garden at pick up, or cuddled into one of the team, it's always so lovely to see. I can't thank the staff enough for their work so far, a truly lovely team who all get involved in my child's care and who contact me as a courtesy if she's not feeling 100%. It's a tough job but I've seen nothing but kindness whenever I've been in the nursery, thank you all!

My little boy has been attending this nursery for over a year now and I feel so reassured that he is really cared for and looked after well by the lovely caring staff team there!
They work really hard in ensuring the nursery is a safe clean environment for the children to be cared for. Thank you for

I've just made the decision to remove my little boy from this nursery with immediate effect because the care is so poor.
- No communication between staff. Things I asked for/info I provided wasn't getting passed on.
- They didn't work with us to provide a good routine and kept my 13 month old awake
from 11am without a second nap frequently, despite me asking several times. Consequently he was constantly overtired and upset.
- 'Forgot' to tell me when my son had hit his head until the next day even though they filled out an accident form.
- Sent him home in a nappy so dirty his trousers were wet, he had poo dried to his bottom and had awful nappy rash.
I complained about the first 3 issues mentioned and made the decision to move him with a months notice but now after the dirty nappy I've removed him with immediate effect.
I refuse to pay £900 monthly to an establishment that couldn't be bothered to change my baby's nappy in a timely manner.

Little Sneakers is the best nursery in the area, my daughter was there 10 years ago as a baby and my 4 year old has just left to start school. Lots of the same staff working there still from the first time around, which says a lot. I wouldn’t have sent them anywhere else, the staff are all lovely, from
the baby floor to preschool, both my children have loved going and have grown so much in confidence. Lovely fun, safe and secure environment.

Great staff and environment. My son loved his 2 years at Little Sneakers, the staff are brilliant and communication with them about your child's progress is great. My son will miss this place when he starts school.

Well organised staff with lots of activities planned daily. They provide good support to our son who enjoys his time there. There is a massive garden too which the nursery utilises whenever possible. Would recommend!

I highly recommend this nursery. Our son started at Little Sneakers aged twelve months and has recently left to start school. I can safely say he has enjoyed every minute. Leaving your baby for the first time with people who are essentially complete strangers, can be a stressful time, but the staff
made this process as easy as possible. I always felt reassured that my son was being looked after by responsible and very caring staff, who were attentive to his individual needs. This continued as he progressed to pre-school. The nursery is spacious and has a lovely big garden allowing the children to stretch their legs. Staff involved children in a variety of activities, both indoor and outdoor. The nursery has a family atmosphere, providing a welcoming and nurturing environment. Thank you Sneakers!

My daughter has attended Little Sneakers for the last 12 months. She loves going each morning and always seems to have had a good day when I pick her up. I find everyone I speak with there extremely professional and they always have time to speak about my daughter and understand her needs. I love the

Brilliant nursery that both my children have been very happy at. Great staff who I trust completely and the children love. I would definitely recommend the nursery to anyone and it will be a sad day when my youngest leaves to go to school.

Little Sneakers at Studley have been very supportive and understanding of my daughter's needs. She is 2 and a half and isn't talking as of yet. The support between my health visitor and the nursery have been informative and supportive. I highly recommend this nursery.

Really happy with Little Sneakers. Knowing that my son is safe, well cared for and enjoys his time spent at nursery is very reassuring. I like the feedback I get from his daily plan and trust the staff.

My son has been going to Little Sneakers for over 14 months. We have seen a great improvement with his socialisation and communication skills. He has now moved down from nursery to pre school and I and his mother cannot recommend enough.

Little Sneakers at Studley were able to change their opening times from 8:00 to 7:30 to accommodate our 2 children and our commutes to work. For this, we are very grateful and would highly recommend the nursery to anyone.
Our boys love and always look forward to going to nursery. The staff are great
and the activities are creative and the boys learn a lot from them.
Parents are encouraged to be involved via the Tapestry app on which photos and details of daily activities are shared.

My child has been at Little Sneakers at Studley since he was 8 months old. He is there full-time.
I have to say as any new Mum I was a little worried about leaving my little one all day - but there's no reason to here!
The staff are amazing with the children and the way they look after them is second
to none. They do so many activities with the children and teach them so much about the world around them. I can not fault them in any way at all.
My child is starting school this September and they have prepared him for the change. I will be sad not to take him anymore! They are like his second family.

My child is almost 3 and joined Little Sneakers aged 9 months. It has been an absolute pleasure taking her and watching her develop in confidence and learn new things. The activities are varied, the staff caring and friendly, the outside space is fabulous - I can't recommend Little Sneakers enough.
My second child is due to start soon and I know he will thrive there and love it too.

My son has been going to Little Sneakers Nursery for two years now (from age just under one) for 4 days per week, and I can highly recommend them. From the early baby care which was full of love and individual attention, the staff and the Little Sneakers environment has grown with my son allowing him
to develop enormously with just the right amount of support and guidance at the right times. The food provided is of great quality and my son always eats plenty of it (he is not a good eater at home, so this is a high praise from him).
The most outstanding thing about Little Sneakers is ALL of the staff who work there have the children they work with at the heart of everything they do whether it is an organised activity or just a nappy change. Initially, while my son (who is very quiet) took a while to settle in fully. I never felt rushed at the drop off in the morning, and the transition was helped by ample cuddles from my son's key worker. I was also always made to feel I could contact the nursery at any time to check on how my son was doing. They have been brilliant during troublesome phases, offering insights into triggers for behaviour, and working together with me to overcome them.
I have recently upgraded my son from 4 to 5 days per week as I am very happy with the rounded experience he is getting from Little Sneakers. The right combination of play-time, discovery, socialising, love, attention, and learning opportunities for his age. I wish Little Sneakers did schools too!
