Day Nurseries Owned by Once Upon a Time Day Nurseries

My son joined Once Upon A Time in January, as a first time mum returning to work I was very nervous to leave him in anyone else's care. The team at West Drayton eased both my own and my sons anxiety very quickly. The staff have done an amazing job of settling him in, they kept regular communication with me in the first weeks to help me feel at ease and he now fully enjoys his time with them. I really couldn't have asked for more!

I recommend to any parent to send children to Once Upon a Time if you're currently looking for a nursery.

All three of my children attended Once Upon a Time Day Nurseries - West Drayton and I absolutely recommend this setting. My two eldest sons are nonverbal and autistic and the manager and the key workers were absolutely amazing with them. The staff are compassionate, understanding and enthusiastic and the manager always went out of her way to ensure our children received all the support they needed with referrals, etc for extra support. Our younger son was reluctant to participate with Speech and Language sessions outside of the nursery, and didn't enjoy it at all but progressed really well when the nursery did it with him. We reluctantly had to use a different nursery for our younger two when they moved their setting from Uxbridge to West Drayton - the other nursery we used just didn't compare! When they reopened in West Drayton, we enrolled our younger two immediately, despite the longer commute. We honestly felt like we were leaving our children with family, and we look back with fond memories.
